Hello, I enabled two-step authentication on my Shopify account using the Google Authenticator app some time ago by scanning a QR code and getting a six-digit code. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the app and now I can't log in because I need the six-digit code. I am unable to retrieve the code without scanning a QR code again. My website is teddysox.de and I registered with [redacted] I would appreciate your assistance in regaining access to my account as I have spent a substantial amount of time working on my website. I have canceled my account three times already, but I am still being billed the monthly subscription fee of $47.20. Despite canceling each time I call, the charges continue. I was promised a refund for the fees but have never received anything. Please contact me urgently to address this issue. The chat function is not working properly, leaving me stuck in a frustrating loop of nonsense. Kindly cancel my account immediately. Thank you.
