The boots appeared to be of good quality upon arrival. However, I specifically ordered a size 12 wide to accommodate my inserts. When trying them on without the inserts, I found the zipper only closed 3/4 of the way up my calf, with no room to spare. The calf area was surprisingly narrow, resembling extra narrow width rather than wide as expected. While I liked the boots, I won't repurchase them due to the mismatch in sizing. Therefore, I decided to return them.
