My family, consisting of four sisters, has a longstanding tradition of visiting Shoe Carnival to receive their $10.00 gift card. Today, I was informed by a staff member that the gift cards were only for the first [redacted] people, but it was evident that there weren't [redacted] individuals in the store. The manager, identified as Chick Johnson, mentioned you needed to be in line. This conflicts with your sales paper and commercials that clearly state it's for the first [redacted] people. Many individuals arrived after us but left empty-handed. This situation resulted in lost sales for the store. Could you clarify if this is a new policy or specific to this store location? Your prompt response would be appreciated. Thank you for providing comfortable shoes for hardworking individuals.

I visited your store in Hot Springs, AR tonight and had a very upsetting experience. I was trying to buy shoes for my granddaughter using a Christmas voucher she had received. As I was shopping, a man I had given a ride to also happened to be in the store, but I was solely focused on my granddaughter and did not acknowledge him. Suddenly, the manager Brian appeared, accusing me of causing a disturbance with the man I had given a ride to. Despite my attempts to explain and continue shopping quietly, Brian became increasingly aggressive, embarrassing me in front of other customers. I work in a reputable company as an internal auditor and run my own business, understanding proper customer service practices. Brian's behavior was unacceptable, and I felt humiliated and belittled. This incident has made me question my loyalty to your store, and I wanted to bring this to your attention.

This evening, I went back to the Shoe Carnival in Okemos, Michigan, to return a pair of Adidas shoes I bought for my son’s birthday. I had the receipt from March 17, [redacted], and it's less than 30 days since the purchase. Sadly, the shoes have deep creases that make me fear they will crack soon. Both my son and I are dissatisfied with the poor quality of the shoes. The manager, April, was unhelpful and impolite when I tried to return the worn shoes with the receipt. Despite explaining the defectiveness due to poor quality, she insisted refunds weren't possible for worn shoes. Her lack of understanding and rude behavior were appalling. I plan to reach out to the company about this issue. April's sarcastic send-off was unnecessary and unprofessional. This is by far the worst return experience I've had. Unless this matter is resolved, we won't be returning to Shoe Carnival.

I purchased two pairs of men's shoes for my boyfriend. When he opened the box at home, he didn't like them and tried to return them. Unfortunately, the store refused the return, claiming the shoes looked worn. Neither I nor the salesperson inspected the shoes at the time of purchase. The manager became defensive, questioning my boyfriend's honesty and wrongly claiming she assisted me during the purchase. Despite searching for alternative shoes, we couldn't find a suitable pair, and all we want now is to return the shoes and have the refund credited back to my card.

During my recent visit to your Russellville, Arkansas store, I purchased four pairs of shoes totaling over $[redacted]. Despite buying three pairs, I did not spin the wheel for a discount as I opted not to provide my email information, which I believe is used for marketing purposes. It was disappointing to not receive any discount for buying multiple pairs nor being informed about this policy. My experience was further marred by the lack of courtesy from the manager. I am considering not returning to Shoe Carnival unless I receive a substantial discount to show appreciation for my loyalty. Tonight, I attempted to purchase a pair of black Air Force Ones for a friend. Despite entering the last 3 digits of my security code multiple times as requested, the website kept indicating they were wrong, leading me to abandon the purchase. However, later I discovered my bank account was charged four times even though no order was technically completed. I urgently require a refund but do not have an order number to reference.
