Shimano Customer Service Issues

Regarding my Focus Sam 2 with Shimano EP 8, [redacted] Wh integrated battery and additional TEC Pack purchased in June [redacted]: 1. In additional battery mode with the connecting cable, assistance stops after the display on the additional battery shows >20% flashing. Reconnecting the cable did not resolve the issue. Despite not covering much distance, both batteries' energy depletion is not the cause. 2. The front brake has insufficient braking power, accompanied by strong squeaking and vibrations. Attempted cleaning and adjustment did not improve the situation. Brake model: BR MT [redacted]. Note: Brake pads Do3S Resin RL and once ss2 Resin RL??? 3. How does the power control function work exactly? In assistance level 1 = around 30%, does this 30% refer to the motor's maximum power or the power exerted by the rider?
