I recently had a distressing experience at the Sheetz located in Beckley, West Virginia near Harper Road. As a 62-year-old Senior Citizen, I was unjustly kicked out on Christmas night by a security guard who accused me of loitering. In reality, I was simply waiting for the ticket office to open so I could catch a Greyhound bus back to Oklahoma City. Despite the manager acknowledging that many people wait for Greyhound there, I was forced to leave in the early morning hours, feeling scared and freezing cold. The security guard used a loudspeaker to publicly shame me, even describing my appearance. When I tried to reason with the manager, I was denied the chance to speak to the guard and left without being able to finish my food and drink. This treatment was dehumanizing and unwarranted. I am determined to address this issue further. Thank you. Robin B.

Today I went to Sheetz to redeem my gas points from Weis. At the pump, I inserted my Weis loyalty card followed by my credit/debit card as instructed. However, the pump did not prompt me to use my Sheetz card and did not recognize my Weis points or Sheetz points, despite having 20 points per gallon remaining from Weis. I tried another pump with the same result. Lacking a mask to go inside, I proceeded to pump gas without receiving my points, which left me frustrated. I am puzzled by the recurring issue as it happens nearly every time I fuel up at Sheetz. The employees attribute the problem to Weis, but I believe it is related to the pump itself. I recently had over [redacted] points, utilized [redacted] earlier, and have receipts from Weis that are valid for three more days. This discrepancy is a frequent occurrence, affecting my ability to enjoy the benefits of my Loyalty points when purchasing groceries. I request clarification on the issue and a resolution to ensure I can utilize my rewards as intended. Also, encountering email validation errors on the website is adding to my concerns and the suspicion of being involved in a scam.

I visited Sheetz today to redeem my gas points from Weis. However, I encountered issues using the pump as it did not prompt me to input my Sheetz card or recognize my Weis points. Despite having 20 points per gallon, the pump did not acknowledge them. This has been a recurring problem each time I try to get gas. The employees claim it's a Weis issue, but I believe it's related to the pump system. Recently, I used [redacted] points from my Weis card, and I still have valid receipts expiring in three days. I'm frustrated as I am not receiving the loyalty points I have earned. I wish to understand and resolve this issue to ensure I can access and use my loyalty points without complications. The pump should display the available points immediately after swiping the card to prevent confusion and inconvenience.

I had a disappointing experience with my order at the Sheetz in Morgantown. Despite ordering through the mobile app, I waited for 45 minutes in-store only to find that the food was not up to standard. The slushie was melted, my daughter's cheeseburger was cold, and the double order of mac 'n' cheese was not doubled and half frozen. When I contacted customer service, the person on the phone was extremely rude and rushed me off the call. I am upset by the poor treatment received and have decided to remove all 15 trucks from the Sheetz program. I typically spend over $10,[redacted] every 2 weeks on fuel and food for our drivers there. From now on, I will be going to Turkey Hill or Wawa for my needs, even though Sheetz is conveniently close to my house. I will not tolerate such disrespectful customer service for myself, my family, or anyone I know in the future.

I am feeling very frustrated. Recently, I bought an Amazon gift card at Sheetz to start my Christmas shopping. When I tried to use it, I discovered the card was locked. Despite visiting the store and contacting Amazon, I have been unable to resolve the issue. The store staff said they couldn't unlock it, and Amazon couldn't cash it in either. This is the first time I've encountered this problem, and now I have a $[redacted] Amazon card that is unusable. I have always had success with gift cards from Sheetz before, but this situation has left me at a loss. The store in question is Sheetz #[redacted] located at [redacted] Wilmington Rd., New Castle, PA [redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am feeling very frustrated. Recently, at my local Sheetz store, I bought an Amazon gift card to start my Christmas shopping. However, when I tried to use it at home, it showed up as locked. I returned to the store, but they couldn't unlock it for me. I reached out to Amazon, but they were also unable to resolve the issue or cash in the card. This has never happened to me before with cards from this store, and it's a significant inconvenience. The store in question is Sheetz on Wilmington Rd. in New Castle, PA. Could you please help me either cash it in or exchange it for a working card?

I recently tried to purchase a beaded blanket from Sheetz, but my card was declined due to an address mismatch from my recent move. I also have a Box spring cover to return because I realized it doesn't fit my bed frame. Can someone guide me on how to exchange the cover for the blanket? The new order is slightly more expensive, but I'd like to process both transactions promptly. Can I handle this with a customer service representative to take advantage of the sale price on the blanket? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help! - C.T. Foster

During my recent visit to a Sheetz in PA, I encountered a breakfast order issue with the sausage egg wraps due to cheese being non-removable from a pre-made version. This led me to switch my order to a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and a similar item without cheese. Unfortunately, both items were not toasted to my satisfaction. I believe there was a miscommunication regarding the preparation process. I would appreciate either a refund or a Sheetz gift card for my inconvenience, as I was dissatisfied with my experience.

I often visit my local Sheetz and had [redacted] points saved up to redeem rewards tonight. However, when I tried to check out my free cup, the Sheetz employee yelled at me, causing me to cry in front of everyone. She was upset that I wanted my free Sheetz mug, even though there was no one in line behind me. I have been a customer at Sheetz for years and have never been asked to scan my card before purchasing an item. Despite my attempts to scan my card, she refused to scan the mug and kept talking down to me. When she finally scanned the cup after some insistence, she yelled at me, threw the cup, and rudely asked me to leave. I felt embarrassed and wanted to file a complaint but left in tears. My husband suggested contacting Sheetz corporate as she works for the company. The employee's behavior was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to that Sheetz location as long as she is there.

I ordered my food on the Sheets app and waited the allotted time. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I followed the instructions for pick-up, but unfortunately, I was left waiting for 5 minutes at the first window with no service. Moving to the second window, I still did not receive assistance. To my disappointment, upon entering the store to collect my order, I found it sitting on the shelf for 10 minutes. When I tried to address the issue with the lady behind the counter, she ignored me. The cheese bites I received were soggy and cold. It's disheartening that the customer service lacked care on this occasion.

I received a Sheetz gift card about a year ago, but when I tried to use it at the food kiosk, it wouldn't work. I recently tried to resolve the issue due to my granddaughter's health condition. However, I faced challenges getting assistance through the online website, card customer support, and the chat app that required my charge card information. I noticed changes in the gift card's appearance since my card does not have a four-digit code. I am reluctant to provide my charge card details for a prepaid card access retrieval. The customer support experience was frustrating, and I encountered difficulty submitting my concerns through the provided email space, making it impossible to reach out for help.

As a devoted Sheetz customer with over double the points for Sheetz Freak status, my family and I are all loyal customers. Recently, I noticed the switch to paper straws in my beverage subscription, and I must say, I strongly dislike them. Paper straws tend to stick to your lip, deteriorate quickly, alter the taste of the beverage, and are not as convenient to use. I truly hope this change is temporary, and the return of plastic straws is being considered. I completely understand the environmental perspective, so having paper straws as an option is appreciated. However, for customers like me who prefer plastic straws, having both options available would be ideal. I regularly purchase food at Sheetz but rely on a beverage as well.

Yesterday, I visited Sheetz for a meal but experienced missing items in my order. Despite the inconvenience, I didn't return due to the long trip. Today, I placed another order online, also encountering missing items. Although I spotted the errors before leaving, the worker explained the substitutions for packaging shortages. Unfortunately, the cookie was missing, and the ranch was absent with the pickle chips. When I inquired, I received different responses regarding the cookie availability. Feeling frustrated, I wish to address these issues and request a refund for the missing items in my recent orders.

I frequently order the same breakfast sandwich, but I've been facing issues with the cream cheese consistently. It's either too much or missing altogether. Today, when I ordered two identical sandwiches, the cream cheese was only a small dollop in the center of each bagel, making it hard to spread evenly. I paid $15 for both sandwiches, which is a lot for me, especially when basic ingredients are not prepared correctly. I suggest that customers should have the option to apply spreads themselves to avoid these problems. When ordering through the app, there should be a choice to have spreads on the side to cater to personal preferences.

My spouse and I were enjoying sandwiches at the Sheetz in Dubois, PA around 4:00 PM yesterday, 10/07/21. We were seated on the front patio when a man flying a drone nearby was not an issue. However, our peaceful time was disrupted by a group of young teens engaging in inappropriate behavior:
1. Several teens were recklessly throwing a football around, causing it to nearly hit my wife multiple times until I intervened.
2. One teen wearing a t-shirt with a skeleton print was riding a bicycle erratically through the patio, weaving in and out between tables.
3. A short girl on a bicycle was performing wheelies dangerously close to the entrance.
The store should have security footage of the patio area. I was wearing a distinctive bright orange t-shirt, making me easily identifiable. The staff should recognize the teens involved, as they all left either by bike or on foot. I urge the store to review the footage and take appropriate action to prevent such outrageous behavior from recurring.

Hello,
I want to share my recent experiences at Sheetz, located at [redacted] Chapel Hill Rd, Morrisville, NC [redacted]. Despite being a regular customer who frequently visits due to its proximity to my workplace, I have encountered consistent issues with the service. On multiple occasions, I have ordered 3 or 5 crispy chicken strips with fries for my son, only to receive very small pieces that resemble chicken bites rather than full strips. Additionally, there have been significant delays in preparing my orders, with one instance where my order was forgotten entirely, resulting in a prolonged wait without any apology. Today, during another long wait for my order #48, I was met with rudeness from an associate named Kira Shipa, who displayed unprofessional behavior by snapping at me and making sarcastic remarks without considering my presence. Such treatment is unacceptable, regardless of how busy the location may be. It is essential for customers to be treated respectfully to maintain loyalty. I hope for a better customer service experience in the future to avoid losing valuable patrons.
Regards,
GL

Hello, I'm Mike M. I wanted to share an incident from October 30, [redacted], at Sheetz store in Ridgeway, Virginia, between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
I parked in a handicapped spot, walked between the painted hashmarks, and tripped over the curb transition but didn't report it. The yellow hashmarks extend past the curb, creating a trip hazard. I suggest narrowing the walkway to prevent such incidents. I had a similar experience at a Sheetz in Salisbury, North Carolina.
I'm sharing this to highlight a safety concern with the hope of preventing injuries. Though I twisted my wrist, it's not severe. I'm not looking for compensation, just raising awareness of the issue. Thank you for your attention.

I am employed at the Sheetz located on [redacted] Market Street in Parkersburg, WV. Our manager, Robert Nelson, has engaged in a relationship with an employee named Amanda Bibbie while still married, leading to favoritism within the workplace towards her and another coworker she is friends with. Many staff members have voiced their concerns about this situation, but fear the consequences of reporting the inappropriate behavior. Amanda, a relatively new employee, was able to switch shifts to mornings shortly after being hired, due to her relationship with Robert. This situation has caused discomfort among the employees, with discussions of a potential walkout due to their affair. It is unprofessional for a manager to be romantically involved with a staff member, especially when it leads to preferential treatment. Both individuals need to be held accountable for their actions to maintain a professional work environment at Sheetz.

I placed a curbside order at Greenvillage Road store in Chambersburg, PA, around 20 minutes ago. Despite patiently waiting, I received the wrong order for a Judson Hartman instead of my own. I discovered the mix-up once I returned to my desk for lunch and found three chicken snack wraps instead of the breakfast sandwich on a pretzel roll that I ordered. While I realize today is hectic before Thanksgiving, I believe more attention should have been given to ensuring the right orders were in the correct bags. I'm not angry, just disappointed that I don't have lunch now. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience to help resolve this issue. Thank you, Jen H.

Hello, I'm Joblennin. On Sunday, November 28th around 10 pm, I visited Sheetz at store number 42 located at [redacted] Manheim Pike in Lancaster, PA, after delivering for Grubhub. I ordered a double meat option platter with spicy chicken and tenders, along with a fried appetizer sampler (TOTS, MOTZ, and Boneless bites) for my 3-year-old son. While eating my platter, I found a hair that I had to remove from my mouth. After shining a flashlight on our food, we discovered another hair in the sampler and a smaller one in my platter. I spoke to the manager at the store, who apologized and mentioned that employees wear hair nets or hats. I was disappointed when I wasn't offered a refund for the contaminated food. I took photos of the hairs and plan to contact the Department of Agriculture for food inspections in PA. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
