Purchased a frozen caramel latte with extra caramel from store #[redacted] at [redacted] Dixie Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC [redacted] on 12/8/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the drink did not have the extra caramel I requested and was the worst-tasting latte I have experienced at this location. The beverage was overly diluted and had an off taste. Moreover, it took 15 minutes to make because two individuals, presumably the manager and a trainee, chose to wash dishes before serving my drink. I am seeking a refund of $4.63 for this unsatisfactory experience. Waiting longer for a poorly made drink while watching other customers receive their complete food orders and then having to wait for dishes to be washed before getting my drink was frustrating. I would have returned to Sheetz if I had not been rushed and upset after tasting the drink three miles away.

Last night, I placed an order for two gift cards on the Sheetz app. Initially, I tried to purchase a $50 gift card, but encountered a connection error. Thinking it was a one-time issue, I proceeded to order a $25 gift card, only to face the same problem. Unfortunately, I did not receive either gift card, but the funds were deducted from my account. I contacted Sheetz customer service immediately, but they were unable to locate the transactions to cancel them. My bank advised waiting until the charges settle. This situation has left me in a difficult spot as I had to use my water bill money to get home, and now I cannot afford water during Christmas. During my road trip on 81, I stayed at a lovely hotel in Bristol, VA, and purchased a phone charger with an 8 ft. Type C cable at store #[redacted] for $17.89. Unfortunately, the charger did not work when we tried it in the car. We stopped at the next store on our route in Greenville, VA, hoping to exchange it, but the manager said we had to go back to the original store. Given that all the stores are owned by Bob Sheetz, I believe their policy regarding exchanges should be more flexible. The encounter left me disappointed with the customer service received. - Sandi

I have a concern regarding my recent Drink Subscription purchase a few weeks ago. Each time I order online and pick up via the drive-thru, my coffee is consistently incorrect, despite ordering the same way. I request classic coffee, xl, 3 yellow packets, and 3 half and half, which matches the cup sticker, but not the actual coffee. For instance, today, I received a large coffee with French Vanilla creamer instead. This happens frequently, with me rarely receiving an xl size. I hesitate to complain since it's a Subscription, not per coffee payment, but I end up wasting coffee due to incorrect orders. While I appreciate the convenience, the recurring errors make it less enjoyable. I value the Drink Subscription and wish for more accuracy to make the most of it. I was recently charged $67.17 for gas at the Sheetz location on [redacted] Campbells Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA [redacted], pump 2, even though I did not pump any gas. When I attempted to fill up, the nozzle was too far from my car. After my failed attempt, the screen displayed a message about insufficient funds, which confused me. As a result, I left without getting any gas. Now, I see the $67.17 charge on my card statement from Sheetz. I'd appreciate a refund for this erroneous charge as I did not receive any gas.

I bought 2 gift cards via the app. The first one had a connection issue, so I tried again and the second also had the same problem. I never received the gift cards, but the money was deducted from my account. I can provide proof via email. This happened on the 16th. I am unable to cancel the pending charge on my card, and I really need the money for Christmas. The situation is frustrating and unprofessional. If I took merchandise without paying, there would be consequences. I am a single mother with 6 kids and 5 grandkids, so this money is crucial for me.

I redeemed over [redacted] points for a specialty drink reward, expecting a milkshake, but got GFuel instead, leaving me with only 26 points. I didn't want GFuel and couldn't cancel. At Sheetz, they couldn't change it, and the manager suggested I contact customer service. I've tried but couldn't find an email. I hope to get my points back and use them for something I like. I go to Sheetz frequently and am a loyal customer. Waiting to hear from you soon.

I bought a travel coffee mug for my husband a month ago, and unfortunately, it leaks every time he tries to drink from it. I paid $14.99 for it, but when I went back to the store where I bought it, the manager said they couldn't replace it, suggesting it might have been damaged. I swear I didn't damage it, and it doesn't look like it either; the only issue is that it leaks. I believe the company should support its products, especially when they seem defective. I just want a new mug that doesn't leak.

On Thursday night, January 27, [redacted], I visited Sheetz on Rt662 in Fleetwood, PA. I went to cash a $10 winning lottery ticket at the machine for a voucher. I asked a cashier if the lotto was still open, and they confirmed it was. However, the machine did not dispense the voucher after I scanned my ticket. I informed the cashier, and after a delay, I received the voucher. When I tried to cash it, the cashier said it was past midnight and they couldn't process it. I was frustrated as I needed the money for a bill payment. Despite other Sheetz locations closing at 1:30 am, I was refused service. The delay and lack of communication caused me to incur a late payment fee. I hope that the management at Sheetz addresses this issue as I rely on their services regularly.

I am disappointed with the new store on Cedar Cliff Drive in Camp Hill, PA. It is severely understaffed and unclean. I observed a sprinkle donut on the floor under the Krispy Kreme display for days. The drink selection that initially excited me has become terrible with frequent shortages of Coke products and limited options for Red Bull/Monster flavors. The receipt paper at the pumps is often empty, forcing me to carry a pen and tablet to note my gas total. Despite my efforts to provide feedback through surveys, there has been no improvement. I was once a strong supporter of this store opening but now feel like it was a mistake.

My daughter, A.S., worked at the Sheetz store on King Street in Shippensburg. She was abruptly fired due to accumulating points, despite her dedicated six months with the company. She had versatile skills within the store and was unaware of nearing the point limit as no warning was given. I drove her daily, and she always offered to cover shifts, even when sick. She had to take a Covid test and was sent home for looking unwell. Despite her efforts, the manager stated their hands were tied. Ironically, points were recently erased for all employees. She excelled, receiving Employee of the Month twice. We request her reinstatement at the fast-paced King Street store or the I-81 location. The current point system is flawed. We urgently seek a meeting in Altoona to address this issue as my daughter is upset. A prompt response is expected.

I typically visit Sheetz every day for gas, food, and drinks for work and personal use. Lately, I have noticed many empty shelves in the refrigerator section, particularly missing products like Brisk tea, which I rely on daily. I have shifted to Pure Leaf tea due to the consistent absence of Brisk, but now even Pure Leaf is frequently out of stock. This issue is not limited to one store but seems to be common in multiple Sheetz locations I have visited, which is disappointing. Additionally, the ongoing increase in gas prices adds to my frustration. If this problem persists, I may have to consider switching to a different convenience store. Despite having been a loyal Sheetz customer for years, I believe that such ongoing issues can lead to customer loss. I hope to hear back from you soon.

I use a Sheetz Visa card for gas purchases, getting a 5-cent discount per gallon. On February 26, [redacted], I didn't receive the discount, so I contacted customer service. They said I should provide my address to receive a $5 gift card due to the error. I tried contacting them at 1-[redacted] all day without success. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and leaving my contact information multiple times, I haven't been able to connect with anyone. I visited the Lower Burrell location today, like I usually do. I ordered my usual cigarettes and a couple of Red Bulls, but the cashier overcharged me. When I pointed out the mistake, she became defensive and called a Supervisor. The cashier then refused to help me, claiming she didn't want to deal with it. I reminded her that getting it right the first time would avoid such issues. The Supervisor then took my purchase from the counter. This experience left me feeling like a criminal. I won't tolerate being treated this way at Sheetz in Lower Burrell. I hope the company addresses this situation promptly. I work hard for my money, and I refuse to feel this way when making a purchase.

I recently had my food stamp card break a week ago. I took a picture of it to remember the numbers on the front, but when I tried to use it, I was unable to buy anything and have been unable to eat since yesterday. I am handicapped and receive SSI. I had surgery recently and lost my ID during a hospital stay. Additionally, someone hacked my debit card where my money was stored, leaving me unable to pay rent and facing eviction. I feel very dizzy and all I have access to is a cup of water. My email, Facebook, and cell phone were also hacked. I am trying to recover from these issues and even my Sheetz card was hacked. I am now walking back to my tent as I cannot afford any food.

I'm facing issues with the touch screen and mobile apps at Sheetz. Whenever I visit the Fair Grove location in NC, I've received poor service. A recent incident happened when I ordered a peanut butter lovers milkshake and requested extra whipped cream and peanut butter syrup on top, but my order was wrong. The staff member was rude when I asked for corrections. The manager previously also refused to fix my order. It's disappointing that my orders are often incorrect or not remade when there are issues.

I recently refueled my vehicle with $6 at a Sunoco station near my home when my gas light came on. Despite pumping, my gas light remained on, and my car showed 40 miles until empty. Feeling concerned but hesitant to complain at the store, I left. On my way home, the gauge dropped to 35 miles until empty. Given my reliable [redacted] Subaru with low mileage, I know this isn't a car issue. As a single mother, every dollar counts, and losing $6 is significant. I no longer intend to use Sheetz for fuel, despite having worked there previously. I hope for a resolution to this disappointing experience.

On the morning of June 24, [redacted], before 9 a.m., my male associate and I bought 2 coffees, one each. Additionally, my associate purchased 2 doughnuts for me, a plain chocolate glazed and an apple fritter. Upon biting into the apple fritter, I discovered a piece of glass resembling a molar tooth, which left me very upset. Despite making numerous calls, I received no response. Finally, on June 28, [redacted], I returned to inform them of the incident and spoke with the associate manager, an older black male. He copied my ID, passed it on to his manager, and I provided a written statement detailing the incident. Sadly, there has been no follow-up. Although a representative called on June 29, my attempts to reach them since then on July 11, [redacted], have gone unanswered, and my issue remains unresolved.

As a loyal Sheetz customer for over 40 years, I must address a recent visit I had at the Richland Town Centre location near Johnstown. Despite being in my mid-70s, my love for your hot dogs remains strong, although I have switched to sauerkraut and mustard due to health reasons.
During my visit, I faced confusion with the ordering kiosk and a long wait. After paying $3.17 for what I thought were two hot dogs, I discovered only one hot sausage sandwich in the bag. Despite the mix-up, the meal was delicious, but the miscommunication at the counter was disheartening.
Navigating technology as an elderly customer can be challenging, and in this instance, it led to frustration. Clearer instructions on paying first and accurate information from staff would greatly improve the customer experience for patrons like me. I hope my feedback can help enhance the service for others and prevent similar incidents in the future.
