While out with my two kids, we visited your busy State College, PA location. Unfortunately, we experienced a few disappointments. Despite requesting no mayo on my son's order of the B.L. Tease, it was added. Moreover, our order was incomplete with one missing pepperolliz, and the fries were overly crispy. We only noticed these issues 15 minutes into our journey to Maryland. It was frustrating to have spent $30 on a meal marred by these errors. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably. Thank you.

Hello,
I am reaching out to address an issue regarding the notification process for employees when customers arrive to pick up their online food orders at the drive-thru. Today, I encountered a situation where I arrived at the drive-thru window for pick up but no staff member was present. I did not want to honk as I felt it would be impolite, so I parked and went inside instead. It seems there is a lack of communication regarding customers waiting at the pick-up window. A suggestion would be to include an option on the kiosk touchpad for customers to indicate that they are there to collect their online orders, ensuring that employees are aware. While I understand I can go inside, the purpose of a drive-thru is convenience. As a nurse, promptness is crucial for my job. I was initially thrilled about the transition to a Sheetz with a drive-thru, but this experience has left me disheartened. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently placed an order through the Sheetz app, but due to lagging, I was charged for two duplicate orders. This has never happened before, as we order from Sheetz often. I ended up with $6 worth of unwanted food. As a general manager in the food industry, I am understanding of mistakes like missing sauces, but paying for duplicate orders as a regular customer is unacceptable. I frequently recommend Sheetz to others when my own business is closed or does not offer similar items. If this issue is not addressed, I will sadly have to stop supporting your company.

Yesterday, I stopped at Sheetz and purchased $2 worth of gas but forgot to have my card scanned and didn't get a receipt since I wasn't sure my car could hold $20. When I went back to Sheetz later for food, I mentioned to the cashier that I forgot to use my card for the gas purchase and didn't receive a receipt, but nothing was done about it. I missed out on earning points and having a receipt for my purchase. I wish I knew how to handle the situation better when I wasn't sure if my gas tank could hold the amount. The cashier did mention I would get the difference back if my tank couldn't hold $20 and I paid with cash. I also forgot to scan my card for the 3 cents Fuel Discount. It was not a good day for me.

I have had unpleasant experiences with an impolite staff member at your Littlestown, PA branch. During my recent visits, I have overheard her making disrespectful comments about patrons, including remarks about their food choices and weight. Today, she went as far as mocking my decision to order a salad close to summer, implying it was futile and snickering. Her behavior is deliberately loud, causing discomfort to customers she targets. Witnessing her behavior towards others has been unpleasant and unprofessional. Although I do not know her name, she is identifiable by the pink or purple highlights in her hair and works the morning shift starting at 7 am. As a frequent patron who stops by for coffee and other items due to work in the area, I will no longer visit this location. It is crucial that your company addresses this matter if it values customer service and basic human decency.

My husband and I are big coffee drinkers. We usually visit the Sheetz in Columbia, Pennsylvania, twice a day for our coffee fix. Unfortunately, over the past few months, they have been consistently running out of coffee or not making it on time. We decided to try the Sheetz in Marietta, Pennsylvania, but encountered the same issues. It's frustrating to make several trips a day for coffee only to find it unavailable. Sheetz needs to address this problem by either adding more coffee makers or ensuring their employees keep up with the demand. Otherwise, we might have to switch to Turkey Hills nearby for our coffee needs. It's disappointing that our local Sheetz locations are falling short in this aspect.

I used the Sheetz car wash on Saturday, May 11, [redacted], which I have done many times before, but this time was the worst wash I've had. Despite paying for their top-tier wash, my car was left covered in soap with one side barely rinsed. The wash ended abruptly before completing the job, leaving soap streaks all over. I even took photos as proof of the poor wash quality, especially on the driver's side and rear window. I eventually had to go to another car wash to get it properly cleaned. At the very least, I would like a refund for the subpar service. Thank you for your assistance. - K.W.

Hello, my name is James. My Sheetz card number is 6[redacted] 5[redacted] with a four-digit number [redacted]. The other day I purchased hotdogs and noticed that my two rewards for two free hotdogs each were used without my consent. Typically, I get a prompt to use them, but this time I was not asked and my rewards were used. I was saving them for lunch during the work week and did not intend to use them. This happened at store number 34. I would like my points refunded since I did not authorize their use. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Hello, I visited your Sheetz in Lower Burrell, PA approximately two hours ago. During my visit, I made a purchase of food and some convenience store drinks. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that the nacho cheese I had paid extra for was missing from my order.
While it may seem like a small amount, losing eighty cents is still an inconvenience. Losing any amount of money is frustrating, whether it's a small sum like fifty cents or a larger amount like twenty dollars.
I kindly request that Sheetz provide me with the two nacho cheeses I paid for when I return to the store.
Thank you,
- Corinne

I wanted to inquire if there is a way to add my Sheetz points from a recent purchase. During a visit to a new location, I attempted to scan my loyalty card through the credit card reader, as instructed by the cashier. However, I did not receive the points for my purchase. I have my receipt and am a loyal Sheetz customer. I just wanted to share my experience to help prevent others from encountering the same issue. Thank you. - MS

I placed an order at Sheetz #[redacted] at 2 a.m. on June 13th, order #[redacted], spending $36.83 on a burger, full sub, two milkshakes, and mac and cheese for my kids and me. Unfortunately, I felt extremely disrespected during my visit. While making the food, the supervisors were complaining loudly in the back, making me feel uncomfortable and judged. Their behavior, discussing personal matters and complaining about the night shift, was unprofessional and hurtful. As someone who also works night shifts, I understand the challenges but believe that customer service should always come first. Despite being a loyal customer, this experience has left me feeling humiliated and disappointed. I will not be returning to this specific Sheetz location and will share my negative experience with friends and family.

Since the opening of Bellwood Sheetz, we have been experiencing ongoing issues with trucks idling for extended periods behind our home. Despite the existence of a diesel idling law, the store seems unwilling to enforce it, insisting that trucks cannot be turned off until 10 pm. Our complaints fall on deaf ears, with no solution in sight. The security cameras are ineffective, as no one bothers to monitor them, and we are left dealing with truckers parking trailers and tankers near our property without knowing their contents. The constant exposure to diesel fumes forces us to keep our windows and doors shut, disrupting our peace. It's time for action to be taken against those responsible for these disturbances. The situation persists, and mere calls to the store do not suffice in resolving it.

Is it the policy of every Sheetz store to not hire individuals with "large hand tattoos, facial tattoos, or neck tattoos"? I used to think body art was a form of self-expression and have tattoos in those areas. I believe I would be a valuable employee despite my tattoos because I am hard-working and personable. I have put my turbulent past behind me and am now a mature individual. It is disheartening that Sheetz dismisses candidates based solely on visible tattoos without considering their true character. My tattoos are tasteful and have never caused any issues. I am seeking clarification on whether this policy applies company-wide to prevent wasting time applying for positions. - A.

I have been a loyal Sheetz customer for over 25 years. I used to live and work near the corporate headquarters in Altoona, PA. Sheetz, Inc. is known for being one of America's fastest-growing family-owned convenience store chains with over 18,[redacted] employees. I appreciated eating and getting gas there.
I have bought hundreds of gallons of gas along with two hot dogs over the years. However, on my last three visits to Sheetz #[redacted] near Costco in Frederick, MD, I was disappointed to find the hot dogs were cold (receipts attached). This is unlike the quality I expect from Sheetz.
These cold hot dogs are not enjoyable, and I believe it affects the high standard of customer service Sheetz is known for.
I hope this issue can be resolved as I have many choices as a customer but have always chosen to support Sheetz. Thank you.

I am reaching out to share a concerning experience my husband and I had at the Randleman Sheetz. My husband, a Supervisor there, had to leave on time to pick up our daughter. When he shared this with Kitchen Manager Briana, she made an inappropriate comparison between our daughter and her dog. I addressed this with Briana during a visit to the store, where I found the cleanliness lacking. Briana attempted to apologize insincerely and then argued about her actions. I informed her I would return to speak with the District Manager, Steven. Briana's behavior in discussing the matter with other employees was unprofessional and disappointing. As a fellow Store Manager, I believe this situation should have been handled with more professionalism and respect towards customers.

I stopped by the Lititz store on Route [redacted] at Airport Road around 4:50 PM today. I observed that all 8 coffee urns were blinking, indicating the coffee was stale. An employee confirmed that all the coffee was old, stale, and free. This seems to be a recurring issue and it would be appreciated if the store could serve fresh coffee. Thank you.

Last night my fiancé bought food from a store in Seneca Pa. While we were eating, I found an onion in my Garlic Parmesan chicken bits. This was concerning since there should not have been any onion in that dish. Luckily, I am not allergic to onion, but it's still important to address the issue. I suspect there may have been a lapse in changing gloves or some other oversight. I just wanted to bring this to your attention to prevent any potential allergic reactions in the future. Thank you for your time.

I frequently visit your Oakgrove (Ligonier) location to buy a large classic coffee, a newspaper, and a sports drink. Unfortunately, for the second time this week, I found all three classic coffee urns empty this morning. There was an attendant present, but she appeared to be socializing rather than brewing more coffee. Last week, I had to empty all three urns to fill a single cup due to the emptiness. On another occasion, six out of the eight urns were empty and not being refilled. Despite providing feedback through surveys regarding this issue, there seems to be no improvement. I will continue to support this store as it's the only option in town, but I hope to see better attention to maintaining coffee supply in the future.

Hello,
I am reaching out to share a recent experience we had at one of your locations. My husband and I are frequent travelers and have always enjoyed stopping at your establishments for food and fuel. However, during our recent visit to location No. [redacted] at [redacted] Charleston Rd, Bye, BB, [redacted], we encountered some issues.
After a long drive through the night, we arrived at 4:47 AM and were served cold food. When we requested it to be warmed, we were told we needed to pay again for this service. This was quite disappointing and left a bad taste in our mouths, quite literally, as the food was not up to the usual standard.
To make matters worse, a few hours later both my husband and I fell ill with stomach problems. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly.
I can provide further details with the order number via email at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently visited a store in East Liverpool, OH, and encountered a young worker named Tayler who exhibited a negative attitude towards customers. The overall customer service experience was quite disappointing. Today, a young lady confronted Tayler about her negativity and eye-rolling, only to be met with a rude response telling the paying customer to "grow up" as she was leaving the store. It appears that Tayler is the one who needs to work on her professionalism. Due to this unpleasant encounter, I, along with others, have decided to take our business elsewhere. It is crucial that this issue is addressed promptly.
