I have been experiencing issues at this Sheetz location for some time now, mainly due to the manager, Zach. I usually order hot dogs, but each time I have ordered, there have been problems. The first time they were cold, the second time they were made incorrectly, and the third time they tasted like bleach. This is concerning as my wife is severely allergic to bleach, and even a small bite caused her throat to start closing up, leading her to miss work. When I brought up the issue to Zach, he dismissed it and initially offered a coupon which he later denied mentioning. He then offered me a meal deal that wasn't as advertised on the menu. When I tried to explain the situation, he was dismissive and unprofessional, questioning me and my intentions. Overall, I am very disappointed with the behavior of this particular manager and feel that his attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

Tonight, I visited the Sheetz at [redacted] Colonnade Way, State College, PA. The store was busy with customers eager to buy lottery tickets. Despite two available registers, the staff insisted I wait in a long line for the self-service lottery machine. I found this disappointing as I believed I could purchase tickets at the counter. After the unhelpful encounter, I decided to leave and went to another gas station to buy my tickets. This experience highlighted the lack of customer service and etiquette from the employees at Sheetz. It's important for businesses to prioritize customer convenience and satisfaction, which was lacking in this situation.

My order numbers are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Upon parking our semi truck at 4:41 PM in the trucker lot, we were appalled by the state of the bathrooms. Even for seasoned truckers like us, the condition was unacceptable. The lack of toilet paper, unflushed toilets, and wet paper towels left on the sink made it unusable. Additionally, we encountered issues with the food service - missing creamers, out-of-order ice cream machines, and missing fries after a long wait. To add to the frustration, non-truck vehicles were disrupting the trucker area. When we revisited at 8:30 PM, the bathrooms remained uncleaned, with deteriorating conditions. My husband noticed the men's room had worsened significantly. This experience was unexpected from Sheetz, as we have never faced such issues before. The store's state was simply inexcusable.

At 10:45 am on a Sunday morning, I found myself frustrated once again with the Sheetz store near my home. The creamer machine was dispensing very slowly, indicating it needed attention. Moving to the coffee station, all "fresh alert" lights were blinking, and only one classic coffee machine dispensed half a cup while the other was empty. Reluctant to mix coffees or struggle further with the dysfunctional machines, I handed my half-full cup to an employee, informing her of the empty coffee. Unfortunately, she only stared back without any apology or thanks for the feedback. Disappointed, I decided to go to Starbucks, despite the higher prices, to ensure I could get a proper cup of coffee.

To whom it may concern,
I recently visited Sheetz store#[redacted]. I am a woman who frequents this location about four times weekly due to its proximity to my workplace. I typically purchase food and sometimes black and milds. Despite the legal requirement, I have never been asked for ID before. During my most recent visit, the cashier asked for my ID, which led to an awkward situation. The same cashier did not ask for ID from a white male customer who was next in line after me. When I questioned this discrepancy, the cashier made a comment about my appearance, which was quite embarrassing given the number of people present. I believe that all customers should be carded as per the regulations. I felt humiliated by this incident and would appreciate some form of resolution or compensation.
Thank you.

Recently, I visited Sheetz on Carlisle Ave. in York. Upon recognizing my order number matched items ready for pickup behind the counter, I observed two service workers engaged in conversation in the back, seemingly unaware of customers. When I attempted to retrieve my order as they were not assisting, one of the employees intervened, reprimanding me for entering the work area. Despite explaining my situation, I was met with further disapproval. Feeling uncomfortable, I left and noticed both workers discussing the incident. I hope for more respectful interactions with Sheetz staff in the future, as I found this encounter unprofessional. On a positive note, other employees at the same location have been friendly and helpful.

I visited Sheetz [redacted] on Babcock Blvd. in Pittsburgh on Sat., Nov. 24 for gas and coffee. However, I encountered a problem as none of the gas pumps seemed to be working. Several other drivers also had the same issue. Despite pressing the help button at the pay station, I received no response after waiting for some time. Disappointed by the lack of assistance from the employees, I had to go to another location for gas and buy coffee elsewhere. This experience reflects poorly on the customer service provided. While I understand that issues can occur, it was evident that many potential sales were lost as drivers left to refuel at other gas stations. Thank you.

For the past two years, Sheetz has been my go-to spot. Despite some issues I've overlooked, they usually provide great service. Lately, though, I've spent $60 on items I never received at the Sheetz on Pugh St. I've used different cards without success and even felt embarrassed. The inconsistent card acceptance at various Sheetz locations is confusing and uncomfortable. Staff at Pugh St. have rejected my orders multiple times, leaving me dissatisfied and undervalued as a customer. I've contacted associates who couldn’t resolve the problem, making me feel unwelcome in the State College community. I hope this situation improves soon. I've spent considerable money on Sheetz orders that were never fulfilled, leaving me disappointed and unsafe in my own community. I wish to see a change in their customer service approach for the better, as I've been a loyal patron. You can reach me at @[redacted] for further assistance. I hope for a resolution to this ongoing issue with Sheetz.

I have been a loyal customer of the Chardon Sheetz store since its opening, where I received my first Sheetz card. I truly enjoy visiting different locations. When I recently used the Sheetz app, I noticed some missing points and received emails referencing visits to the Parma Sheetz, a location I have never been to. Although I've had a replacement card before, I've never had issues with someone else's card being linked to mine. I'm concerned about how this mix-up occurred and I would appreciate a resolution without having to replace my card. Being a devoted Sheetz fan, I value the convenience of pumping gas before paying and have accumulated many points over the years.

I visited store number [redacted] tonight at 7:11 on 12/29/[redacted] and used the ATM. Unfortunately, my cash did not dispense, and the shift leader, Seth, was unable to assist me. I am requesting that all the video footage inside the store be preserved for review to confirm that the cash was not dispensed. Seth provided the PNC toll-free number but did not offer any additional assistance when informed of the problem. I suggested to Seth to label the machine as out of order, but he only acknowledged it casually. The ATM sounded like it was working, but it failed to dispense the cash amount of $[redacted]. I can be reached at [redacted], and my name is Nancy Patton. I had sent my husband in to withdraw the money, and upon checking on him, I discovered the issue. Kindly ensure the video footage from the store is retained.

I purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card at Sheetz on Centerville Road in Lancaster , Pennsylvania on 1/29/[redacted]. When I tried to scratch off the claim number, all the numbers became unreadable, and everything came off down to the plastic on the card. I immediately took the card to the Centerville Store, but they mentioned they couldn't assist me and advised me to contact Google. After reaching out to Google, they stated that without readable numbers, I should contact you. I am reaching out for help as I don't want to lose $[redacted]. I have the receipt, paid in cash, possess the card, and captured pictures of everything. Please review my purchase history as I frequently buy iTunes cards from Sheetz. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. My name is Wayne R S.

While visiting Sheets on Teideman Rd in Brooklyn, OH on January 11th, [redacted] around 1 pm, the experience left much to be desired. Despite minimal customer traffic with one cashier and multiple kitchen staff, the drink cooler was poorly stocked, with empty slots visible. Attempting to request a drink from the cashier revealed a lack of attention to restocking the cooler until second shift, which is disappointing for customer service standards. The management of this situation falls short and reflects poorly on the overall experience.

To the concerned party,
I want to bring to your attention an uncomfortable incident I encountered at your Conneaut Lake Road location in Meadville, PA. I visited the store on Saturday, January 19 around 10 am. While ordering food, I met two acquaintances from the neighboring workplace, who inquired about my well-being during my divorce. I calmly responded that I was fine and mentioned that my soon-to-be ex-husband's new girlfriend, Alyx, works at Sheetz. At this point, the "manager" Destiny spoke loudly across the two ladies, asking me to refrain from drama or confrontation in her store, despite my conduct being appropriate. Later, Destiny explained that all employees were briefed about my situation and advised against interacting with me, raising concerns for their safety, even though I posed no threat. She also criticized her coworker Dayna and hinted at a conflict of interest if I continued as a customer. Two witnesses from that day agreed that Destiny's behavior was uncalled for. I appreciate Alyx's professionalism in distancing herself. As a manager myself, I would never treat a customer in that manner without cause. While I will no longer frequent your store per Destiny's request, I believe it's important for you to consider how your establishment is represented.
Thank you for your attention,
Kari Hanby

I frequent Sheetz #[redacted] at [redacted] W. Trindle Rd. in Carlisle, PA every day for my coffee and a snack. While this location is the most convenient for me, I must say it seems to be poorly managed. Since the beginning of [redacted], I have experienced multiple occasions when all the coffee makers were empty or the cappuccino machine was malfunctioning. Just today, I had hot water sprayed on my hand due to a clogged machine. Three days ago, none of the coffee makers had any coffee ready. I believe it would be reasonable to ensure that at least one of each type of coffee is always available for customers. Additionally, the area where the stirrers and lids are located is often dirty.
I am unsure if the service decline is related to the departure of the previous manager, Brett. Each time I encounter these issues, I have to drive 4 miles to another Sheetz on the opposite side of town. This inconvenience is disappointing for a loyal customer like myself. I hope that the store management can address and improve these ongoing problems. Thank you.

Ordering through your app has been disappointing, particularly at the Manassas / Nokesville Road location. Upon arrival, the orders aren't even started, which is frustrating, especially early in the morning when people are in a hurry. The store seems unprepared even though it's 4 a.m. Additionally, there were issues with the register computers not accepting credit cards, leading to delays. I have decided to uninstall the Sheetz app from my iPhone as I expect better service. The prices for breakfast sandwiches are too high compared to competitors like McDonald's. Their sausage egg & cheese McMuffin is a better value. The pricing and additional charges for adding eggs seem impractical, and the menu design could use improvement to be more customer-friendly.

On Tuesday, February 26, [redacted], I visited Sheetz and bought JUUL pods. Unfortunately, I encountered disrespectful behavior from Rachael Pifer, a manager at the Emporium, Pennsylvania ([redacted]) location. Rachael has repeatedly harassed me, making me feel uncomfortable and judged with comments about my lifestyle, appearance, and scent. During my recent visit, Rachael refused to provide me with a penny in change, leading to an unnecessary confrontation over an innocent muttering on my part. Despite attempts to resolve the situation, Rachael's behavior escalated, shouting at me for a prolonged period and withholding my change. Another Sheetz employee, Devin, eventually assisted me in receiving my change after Rachael's unprofessional outburst. I firmly believe that Rachael's conduct was unacceptable, and she should face consequences for her actions. Many residents in our town have similar negative encounters with Rachael at Sheetz.

I have two pictures, but I can't find the upload option. I have two current complaints. Firstly, are all Sheetz locations instructing their subs to be flat and open-faced, then wrapped without folding them in half like a regular sandwich? It's difficult to eat and causes condiments to spill all over the wrapper at multiple locations consistently. I had to request at one location to fold the sandwich. Secondly, please consider bringing back caramelized onions and fire-roasted peppers. They have been missing for months now, although they are still listed or shown in the menu until you click on it, revealing a message that they are no longer available. My husband and I truly miss them.

This evening, I visited the Sheetz in Winterville, NC, store #[redacted], at around 7:45pm. I placed my order and went to get a drink. While at the fountain machine, I asked an employee named Jada if there were any napkins nearby, but she didn't respond and continued making tea. I had to go to the front of the store to find napkins for my cup. When I returned to the fountain machine for a lid and straw, I had to wait at the register for assistance. The employee noticed I was waiting, but when she came over, she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes. I placed my drink and receipt on the counter, and she abruptly took and rang up my order before slamming the receipt back down. Despite being a regular customer who finds the store convenient, this was the worst customer service experience I've had there. I understand everyone has bad days, but it's important to maintain professionalism at work. I hope for better customer service from the employees in the future.

Tonight, my wife and I visited Sheetz store #[redacted] at [redacted] James Madison in Bealston, VA. Sheetz and Wawa have always been known for their pristine restrooms, which we view as a crucial message to customers. While we understand this may be an old-fashioned idea, it holds significant importance for us.
Unfortunately, our experience at store #[redacted] was disappointing. My wife found the ladies' room to be dirty with unclean stalls and no soap, while the condition of the men's room surprised me as well. The mirrors had water stains, the main trash can was overflowing, and even the dustpan was full of paper towels left behind from a partial cleanup. I was genuinely shocked by the state of the restroom. I considered speaking to a manager but hesitated unsure of the impact it would have.
Sincerely,
Steve & Minerva Bridges

Yesterday, I visited Sheetz at the Blinker in DuBois, PA. I have a couple of suggestions. First, at Sheetz #[redacted], [redacted] Blinker Parkway, DuBois, PA, please paint the curb bright yellow next to the building as it curves towards the driving lane. This area protrudes, and oncoming traffic often cuts the curve. It's especially hard to see at night, particularly in the rain. Second, I noticed that on the menu when selecting condiments like ketchup or boom boom sauce, the options for light, regular, and heavy are available. This should also apply to items like onions. Lately, when I order hot dogs, they are often loaded with excessive onions. Even though I like onions, the amount was overwhelming. This ended up creating a mess in my car as some spilled on my shirt while trying to remove them. I hope these suggestions are helpful. Have a great day! - J. D. Orange, Punxsutawney, PA [redacted]
