I have contacted both Nectar and Sainsbury's four times to update my last name and telephone number. I am trying to link my card to Argos for points redemption. Nectar mentioned they made the changes, and now Sainsbury's needs to do the same. Despite contacting Sainsbury's twice, they claimed it was updated, but it hasn't been. The latest representative couldn't locate my account and said I provided the wrong information. This process has taken over 3 hours and is quite frustrating. Please assist; my name is Karen Taylor, but on my account, it's Karen Lynch at 58 Hall Lane, Walsall Wood. My Nectar card number is [redacted][redacted]32, and my telephone number is [redacted]41.

I am disappointed with the new baby care facilities at Tamworth as they are currently closed. After waiting for six months for an in-store changing facility to avoid changing my baby's nappy on the floor of the inaccessible toilet downstairs, I am still facing issues. Furthermore, one of the ladies' toilets is also unavailable. I would like to know who is overseeing and accountable for the upkeep of these facilities.

I placed an order for delivery tomorrow morning, but I chose to cancel it. Even though I spent over £40 and subscribed to the £4 per month Tuesday to Thursday delivery service, I was still being charged £2 for delivery. I don't find it fair to be charged extra when I've already paid the monthly fee. Additionally, there were items that were unavailable. Can you please investigate this issue? Paying £2 on top of the £4 monthly fee for off-peak deliveries on a £40 order seems unreasonable to me.
