Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing regarding my recent experience while attempting to travel to Germany on March 1st. Upon arriving at the check-in desks at 6:20 AM, I was informed that I required a visa to travel to Germany with my Travel Document. After requesting to speak with a manager, I was told with certainty that I needed a visa. Despite my inquiries, I was told by a colleague with 15 years of immigration experience that I must have a visa.
I have since discovered that under the [redacted] Convention Agreement, I am entitled to travel to any Schengen State with my [redacted] Convention Travel Document and my permanent residence in Ireland. This misunderstanding not only prevented me from boarding my flight to reunite with my family in Germany but also caused significant inconvenience.
I kindly request a new ticket or a full refund for the trouble caused. I have attached my [redacted] Convention Travel Document, boarding pass, as well as links to the relevant information from the Germany embassy and the Justice Department of Ireland.

Subject: Request for Refund for Flight Reservation Numbers Y5C3WT, P3SJ9T, I1DFXM, MZ5J8P, Y4I9RG, and V7NKHK
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am reaching out regarding the flight reservations listed above. My husband and I were unable to proceed with our travel plans due to a medical emergency. Following a bone graft dental procedure my husband had done, he developed severe mouth pain during our trip. After consulting with his doctor remotely, it was advised that he return to North Carolina for immediate treatment, as there could be an infection related to the procedure performed there.
Although we attempted to seek medical assistance while in Morocco, it was deemed risky to interfere with the previous work conducted in the U.S. Consequently, we had to cancel our vacation and return home.
We kindly request a refund for the mentioned reservations due to this unforeseen medical circumstance. We have been loyal customers of Ryanair and hope to reschedule our trip with your airline in the future.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if further verification is necessary. Medical documentation can be provided upon request.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
K. Smith

I have a booking with reference DTH7FV and I need to change the meet and greet parking date I booked through Ryanair's website. Originally, I booked parking for April 2nd to the 9th, but due to flight changes made through Customer Services, I need to change it to July 2nd to the 9th. However, I am facing difficulties making this amendment for a date three months ahead.
I kindly request that you make the necessary changes as I have requested. Thank you.
I have contacted the parking company at East Midlands, who have declined to make the change citing a regulation change by Ryanair in November [redacted]. This seems like an odd response given that business is sent through Ryanair's website link to the parking company.
In the spirit of maintaining good customer relations and upholding the reputations of both Ryanair and the parking company, I expect my request to change the parking dates to be accommodated without additional charges.
Sincerely,
M. Yeats.

Hello, I'm interested in seeking information about booking a flight to Kiev on July 11th for a 17-year-old Ukrainian man traveling with his mother, sisters, and me, the mother's partner. The issue is with the young man's expired passport, but the Ukrainian embassy will provide a temporary passport number for him by the end of June. I would like to know if it's possible to proceed with booking our group on the flight now and add his passport number once it's obtained in June, well ahead of the July flight. Thank you, Peter.

Hello, my husband booked my flight using my married name, but my passport still has my maiden name. I tried reaching out for a name change, but the process here in Spain takes 6-8 weeks. I urgently need to switch the name on my ticket from Cleeve to Debbie Prince. Despite my efforts, I couldn't find a contact number. I'm feeling a bit lost, and any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Debbie.

I have been trying persistently to contact Ryanair to change a name on a voucher given to me as a gift. Attached is an email I drafted after multiple attempts, only to end up back at the starting point.
Hello,
What additional information do you require to address my issue? Initially, I contacted Ryanair to book a flight using vouchers received under my maiden name, but my passport now shows my married name. This discrepancy renders the vouchers unusable online. I sought help via your helpline and was advised to use the chat tool. I have gone through 5 chat sessions with no solution.
During the first chat with Pascal, I was instructed to send my marriage certificate, which I did. Subsequently, I spoke with Syeda, who promised a response from the Customer Service team within 48 hours, but I heard nothing. The third chat with M Shafique informed me the department was closed, and my query was pending. The fourth chat with Blessing O suggested making a reservation under my maiden name and changing it later, which conflicts with your website's Terms & Conditions.
I have been disappointed with Ryanair's service. Please assist promptly so I can proceed with my holiday plans.
Thank you,
Colleen

I am experiencing difficulty booking my flight. I encounter an issue when attempting to make the payment, resulting in the loss of my booking for the flight from Liverpool to Alicante on August 10th, [redacted], returning on August 17th, [redacted], for 2 adults, 2 12-year-olds, and one 5-year-old. We had reserved seats in row D with priority boarding. The names of the passengers are Mrs. Angela Price, Mr. Rodney Price, Shawn Fisher, Myles Brown, and Holly Davies. I would greatly appreciate any assistance as flights are filling up quickly. This is the first time I have encountered a problem booking with Ryanair. Thank you, Angela Price.

I encountered an issue with my reservation. I have a booking for a flight from Barcelona to Corfu with a layover in Milan - booking reference H5HPRQ for two passengers on July 2, [redacted]. I only received a confirmation email for the flight to Milan, but the full amount has been charged to my account. I also received an email stating that my booking was incomplete. When attempting to finalize the booking, I was prompted to pay an extra fee. I am seeking urgent assistance to resolve this matter.

I recently tried to reschedule my flight, successfully changing the return journey for a fee of £70. However, I encountered an issue when trying to amend the outbound flight. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't complete the payment after selecting new seats due to an error with the "pay now" button. Seeking help through a phone call to customer service, I was unexpectedly charged £[redacted] instead of the expected £72.32. This sudden increase to £[redacted] from the original £70 fee is concerning. During the call at 4:28 pm, I had to explain the situation before being charged the higher amount. I would appreciate clarity on the additional £28 charge and the unexpected price hike within a minute.

I have booked a trip from Spain to England with flights from Jerez to Stansted on May 17th and the return from Stansted to Jerez on May 24th. Ryanair changed the departure times slightly, causing confusion. I managed to print my Jerez to Stansted boarding pass for May 17th without any issues. However, when I tried to check-in for the return journey on May 24th, I encountered problems with the download. The dates seem to have been reversed in my booking, which is causing a crisis as I cannot depart on the 24th and return on the 17th.
Despite reaching out to Ryanair via chat, I have not received assistance in correcting this issue. My booking number is A6H99H. I urgently need to rectify the dates for my flights to be May 17th for the outward journey and May 24th for the return. I am seeking help to ensure I can obtain the correct boarding passes for my journey home.

Reservation number NUNI9S:
Flight from Eindhoven, Netherlands to Bologna, Italy on 23rd March [redacted].
I am writing in regards to my son who recently flew from Eindhoven to Bologna and unfortunately lost his passport during the journey. The Dutch Embassy in Rome and the Marechaussee at Eindhoven airport have located the passport. However, my son is facing complications with Ryanair regarding flying back without his physical passport. Despite having a copy on his phone and other forms of identification, there seems to be a strict policy in place.
My biggest concern is the inconvenience this is causing him, as he may need to drive to Rome for 8 hours just to catch a flight back. The additional costs and time lost are significant, especially when considering his work obligations.
I kindly request Ryanair to consider allowing him to fly with the available documentation, as he has been a loyal customer and never encountered such issues in the past. Additionally, I seek clarification regarding the unexpected luggage charge incurred at Eindhoven Airport. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

I made a mistake when booking my flight from Pescara, Italy to Dusseldorf, Germany. Immediately after payment, I realized the dates were wrong. I quickly corrected them through "manage my booking." However, during this process, the route was reversed, booking Weeze Dusseldorf to Pescara instead of vice versa. After correcting this, I incurred additional charges totaling Euro801.91, a significant increase from the original Euro279.96. While I take responsibility for the initial error, the extra cost seems excessive for the changes. I kindly request a refund of the original fare. Thank you.

My wife is scheduled on Flight FR2245 from Vilnius to London Stansted tomorrow, 28/03/[redacted] at 17:20 hrs. She had to renew her passport in Vilnius yesterday and updated it to her married name of Ireland. She had checked in for her return flight tomorrow using her original passport in her maiden name of Saikovska. We were told by Customer Service that we can attach copies of both passports to have the records updated for her boarding tomorrow. Can you guide us on how to attach the copies, please? The flight reference is URLJHR. The email used to book the flight was [redacted], and the phone number provided was 07[redacted]71. Thank you.

Subject: Flight Complaint - Athens to Brussels
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to address concerns regarding my recent travels from Athens to Brussels. My flights included a journey on the 1st of April [redacted] from Athens to Brussels Charleroi (reservation 07ZMNK), returning on the 5th of April with a non-direct flight from Brussels Charleroi to Wroclaw (reservation A6H2VK) and then to Athens (reservation N5ZYKQ).
I opted for a non-priority ticket due to my small 7-kilo suitcase, as per the online guidelines. However, upon arrival at Eleftherios Venizelos airport, I was unexpectedly charged 8 euros for carry-on privileges despite meeting the requirements.
I booked through sky.gr, a travel agency in Greece, and conversed with Ms. Aggeliki. She insisted on purchasing the priority ticket for me, citing restrictions on self-purchase and charged me the 8 euros fee. There were discrepancies in pricing between my flights, along with confusion regarding luggage allowances.
I seek clarification on the varying charges and conflicting information provided. Your prompt response explaining these discrepancies would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Ourania K.

I recently booked two connecting flights with Ryanair for the **th of September. Unfortunately, Ryanair canceled my first flight, causing a disruption to my travel plans. Despite their willingness to reschedule the first flight, they refused to adjust the second flight to match the same date. This leaves me with an obsolete second flight and no option for a refund. I am extremely frustrated by this situation as it was not caused by any fault of my own, and I am facing financial losses no matter what decision I make. I believe Ryanair should either change the second flight to align with the first or provide a refund for both tickets, which they are currently unwilling to do. It is disappointing that they do not seem concerned about assisting customers in resolving such issues.

Hello, my name is Anna Kazazou. On April 4, [redacted], I made two booking reservations on your site for the same passengers on flights to Wroclaw FR4936 and to Athens FR4937. After not receiving an email to confirm my first booking made at 14:49 Greek time, I assumed it didn't go through and made a second booking which was confirmed with reservation number O2PG5J at 22:40. I am looking to get a refund of [redacted].80 euro for the first unconfirmed booking. The passengers are Mrs. Anna Kazazou, Mrs. Eva Kazazou, Child Orestis Memos, and Child Zoi Memou. I spoke to customer support on April 5, [redacted], and was informed that only one transaction of [redacted].84 euro was processed by Ryanair. I have proof from my bank statement showing both charges on the same day. I kindly request the refund for the first amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

A few months back, we made a flight reservation through Cheapoair for a round trip to Sicily from Rome. Our reservation number is P5S8SQ. Upon arrival at terminal 3 FCO airport around 9:50 am on April 12th, we encountered issues with obtaining our boarding passes at the Ryanair booth [redacted]. Despite following directions, we ended up missing flight [redacted] due to conflicting gate information and poor guidance from airport staff. Since Ryanair's subsequent flights were fully booked, we arranged alternative transportation to Sicily. We are currently facing difficulty retrieving our boarding passes for flight [redacted] online, as the check-in website indicates that our session has expired. This has caused disruptions to our travel plans and financial losses as the car rental company claims we forfeited our booking. We urgently need assistance in obtaining our boarding passes for the return flight. Your prompt help in sending us the necessary information via email would be greatly appreciated.

I am scheduled to fly with you on Friday, and I recently received an email stating that I am not allowed to bring an overhead bag on board. This news has left me disappointed. When I checked in early, it was not clearly communicated that only a small under-seat bag was allowed.
I contacted customer service, and they are requesting £40 for a 10kg bag. I already paid for seats together, and this additional cost is significantly increasing the total price. This flight is a surprise for my boyfriend's 30th birthday, and the extra charges from RyanAir are straining my budget.
I would appreciate alternative options that are not as expensive as £40. Thank you for your assistance.

I have a screenshot of a confirmed flight change made within the 24-hour window for a free change. Ryanair is claiming they have no record of this and are not assisting me in sending the screenshot for prompt correction. I followed advice from a phone advisor to email the screenshot but I am concerned about the 3 to 5 day response time. I urgently need to resolve this to secure my booking, which I believe I am entitled to.

Hello,
I would appreciate clarification on the pricing for changing ticket details. I had purchased 2 tickets from London Stanstead to Barcelona for May 12th, [redacted], on my card.
Due to personal reasons, my boyfriend and I are no longer traveling together, and I am seeking information on my available options. Can I modify just one ticket, or does it have to involve both? Is it possible to alter the destination as well?
Could you kindly provide an explanation of the process involved, including any associated costs?
For instance, if my Barcelona ticket cost £57 for a return trip and I wish to switch it for a flight to Paris, how would the pricing adjustment work? If a ticket to Paris is £57, would I only need to pay an additional £35? What if the Paris flight is £35, would the total amount be £70? And if the Paris flight is £65, would the total cost come to £[redacted]?
I attempted to reach out by phone, but encountered difficulties understanding the representatives, and the website has been perplexing.
Thank you for your assistance during this challenging time.
Warm regards, S.
