I recently took a flight on August 3rd from Beirut to Aden with a layover in Amman. I had checked in 2 pieces of luggage in Beirut and paid $75 for it. Unfortunately, upon arriving in Aden, only one of my luggage pieces made it. The situation in Yemen makes it challenging to get proper assistance as the airport office was chaotic and disorganized. Royal Jordanian is the airline responsible for handling my bags and providing me with bag tags. However, trying to reach them has been a nightmare. The customer service is unhelpful and passes you around different departments with no resolutions. My missing luggage contains important items for my son, like baby formula and medicines. I am extremely frustrated with the poor customer service of Royal Jordanian and the lack of accountability.

My girlfriend and I, Hector Andres Forero Pulido and Giselle Andrea Oviedo Castillo, flew from Cairo to Chicago on October 28, [redacted]. This led to confusion and frustration among passengers as we were given conflicting information about the nature of the delay. The uncertainty surrounding the situation caused significant stress and anxiety, ultimately impacting my mental well-being and disrupting my travel plans. The subsequent change in travel arrangements, from flying to taking a bus, further added to the chaos and inconvenience. As a result, the entire experience with Royal Jordanian has been disorganized and distressing. I hope that my concerns are addressed, and I am seeking compensation for the time and resources wasted during this challenging journey.

My check-in for the 7 am flight from Dubai to Amman was delayed due to visa issues. Consequently, my bag, a grey hard plastic one, was not transferred from KQ0310 to Royal Jordanian flight RJ0613. I observed an individual at Chicago O'Hare airport named Humble, originally from Egypt, employed by Royal Jordanian Airlines. Unfortunately, he made disrespectful comments about my aunt during a difficult situation where she experienced a health concern at the airport, despite already having booked her ticket. She sought medical help, returned with her husband, and encountered his inappropriate behavior. He mentioned offensive remarks about her and her mother. This behavior is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if someone from the concerned authorities could reach out to me at [redacted] to address and rectify this matter. The employee in question is Amro, stationed at Chicago O'Hare airport for Royal Jordanian.

Hello, I mistakenly inputted my name incorrectly when booking 2 tickets. My surname was placed in the middle name box and my middle name is in the surname box. The correct order should be (Adham Yasser Abou Dargham), and for the second ticket, it should be (Laura Ghassan Abou Diab). I'm concerned about whether we will encounter issues at the border with this name discrepancy or if it's possible to correct the names on our tickets. The order number is MCJ7N8. I would like to inquire about cancelling the seat upgrade I purchased and receiving a refund. While checking in online, I received a pop-up offering to upgrade our seats to Crown for $[redacted] for both tickets. I agreed to the upgrade for what I thought was for the long 11-hour flight. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the upgrade was actually applied to my shorter flight from Amman to Kuwait, which is only 2 and a half hours. I would like to know if it is possible to cancel this upgrade and receive a refund.
