I recently purchased the Roxio Creator NXT 7 bundle and encountered issues installing Paintshop Pro [redacted] and Aftershot 3. Paintshop Pro gave an error stating it was installed too many times, and Aftershot 3 said the activation code was invalid. I activated Aftershot 3 online as instructed, but it still doesn't work. I have fond memories of using Word Perfect on those old green monitors. I have included the license keys for reference. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these installation problems. I recently purchased the "Pinnacle Dazzle DVD Recorder HD" and installed it on my Windows 10 system. However, upon starting the program, I encountered an issue with an error message indicating I am not a registered user and providing error code [redacted].
I have already completed the registration process and received a confirmation email from [redacted] regarding my registration.
The product box displays the following: 7 35[redacted]9 6, DDVRECHDML, BOX DDVRMLC.
My email address is [redacted] and my personal PIN code is [redacted]84. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can successfully use my product?

Hello, I've been a long-time user of Easy Media Creator Suite 10. I recently reinstalled the software and encountered an issue with exporting tracks from a recorded LP. After editing the track, album, and artist information, the exported tracks are saved in two folders "in" and "al" with gibberish file names and no album or artist information. The audio quality is good, but the track info is missing. I'm using Windows 7, and I've been unable to fix this problem. Any assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you,

Yesterday, I bought and downloaded the Roxio CD and DVD Burner for my HP Windows 10 computer. Unfortunately, the software doesn't work on Windows 10. I still have my HP Vista Pavilion, so I want to install it there instead of canceling my order. Could you send me the download link via email so I can use it on my Vista? Thank you. DLores Hobelman.

I have experienced a frustrating issue with my Roxio Creator software where I lost specific transitions that I regularly used. This problem occurred after updating from Ver 8, which was an online purchase, to Ver 9, which I bought on DVD. Despite reinstalling both versions as per the instructions, the transition problem still persisted. Tech support was unable to resolve the issue. After reaching out to the community for help, I found no solution. The support staff, represented by Riyan, has been sending me articles that I have already reviewed but I can't reply to the emails. The phone support system has been unhelpful, keeping me on hold for an extended period only to connect to garbled sounds. I am at my wit's end and require a more advanced technician to remotely assess my computer. The situation has left me extremely frustrated and uncertain about what steps to take next.

I have been successfully using Roxio Creator [redacted] Pro with license # OR-V35U1-CSFCW-057HY and recently installed it on my new computer. However, I am encountering an issue when trying to access the video and music programs. An error message pops up saying "video Wave 13.exe - system error" indicating that "The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_33 was not found." Additionally, the Microsoft Visual C+ Runtime Library displays a "Runtime Error" for the program "Roxwizardlauncher13.exe." Please advise on how I can resolve this problem.

I've encountered an installation issue with Roxio Creator NXT PRO 8 and 9. I've been unable to install transitions despite following all the recommended steps to clear the software remnants for a clean install multiple times. I've been using Roxio for over 10 years, but unfortunately, the support I received has not resolved the problem. I've contacted Roxio, created a ticket, and received emails with basic instructions which didn't address the issue. I am unable to reply to the emails from the technician who asked if the problem was resolved. I believe I need a Level 2+ technician to remotely access my computer to diagnose the problem. I'm in the midst of a significant project and changing software at this point would be inconvenient. I would appreciate it if Roxio could assign a more experienced technician to my case. I recently tried using my Easy VHS to DVD Plus software after a long time and encountered an issue. When checking the properties, I received the message: "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37) The driver was not loaded because it failed its initialization call." I'm seeking help in resolving this Code 37 error.

With the help of some of you, I've successfully installed Toast 20. My first film burned allowed me to choose between NTSC and Pal, but with the new film, I couldn't make this selection. The DVD burned seemed to be in NTSC format, which my TV's DVD recorder cannot play. I reside in the Netherlands and only want PAL DVDs. I seek guidance on adjusting the settings so that all DVDs will be in Pal format. In the past, I had no issues with this in older versions of Toast, where I successfully burned hundreds of PAL DVDs. Now, with a pressing need to send some out tomorrow, the urgency to resolve this matter has increased. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
