Ronzoni Customer Service Issues

I recently purchased 12 boxes of lasagna, 6 boxes of bow-tie pasta, and 12 boxes of spaghetti from Winn Dixie. Due to being disabled and on a fixed income, I buy in bulk to store my food. Unfortunately, upon opening the lasagna boxes, I discovered weevils in 3 out of the 12 boxes. The other pasta was unaffected. I would appreciate it if the lasagna could be replaced as it's difficult for me to lose both the food and the money spent. I have taken photos that I can share via email. Thank you. - Phaedra K.

Dear Customer Service, I strongly urge you to reconsider your decision to discontinue Pastina. This beloved classic has a special place in the hearts of many, including myself. My mother used to prepare it for me when I was a child, especially when I was feeling under the weather – a tradition that is shared by many Italian-Americans and others. Pastina holds a significant, nostalgic value for countless people, and its removal would be deeply disappointing. Please take into consideration the sentiment attached to this iconic product. I bought two 1-pound boxes of Ronzoni fettuccine number [redacted] to make fettuccine Alfredo for my guests. However, when I opened the boxes and boiled the pasta, I discovered it was spaghetti instead of fettuccine. Even though the box was labeled as fettuccine number [redacted], the pasta inside was not the right shape. This unexpected mix-up ruined my dinner plans and left my guests disappointed as they were anticipating a fettuccine dish.
