I bought two new rotors for my truck and had them installed by a mechanic. They appear to be defective and now I am seeking a replacement. Rockauto is requesting me to buy a new set, but I lack the funds to do so and wait for a refund. I also cannot afford to leave my truck without rotors while I return the defective ones. I am unable to find a contact number to speak to someone.

I placed an order for parts with order number [redacted]03 on Sunday, June 25, [redacted]. FedEx was supposed to deliver the parts by Wednesday, June 28. However, the driver failed to deliver the parts on two separate occasions, even though my mechanic was present to receive them. I eventually had to purchase the parts elsewhere to complete the repair on my car. FedEx tried to deliver the parts again on July 5, but my mechanic refused the delivery. Even though FedEx took the parts back, the driver left them at the shop door on July 6 when no one was there. I want to return the parts for a full refund due to FedEx's delivery failures. I hope someone can assist me with arranging the return with FedEx and getting a refund. Thank you.

I recently ordered replacement front-end parts, and unfortunately, the lower control arm I received was incorrect. After returning it and waiting over two weeks, the second set of parts I received were also incorrect despite being listed correctly on their website. Now, the company is refusing to replace the parts. I am disappointed as I needed these parts to complete the repair. I now only seek a refund as relying on the correct parts was crucial for me, but sadly, I cannot afford to purchase another pair of front complete struts at this time.

Subject: Issue with Order [redacted]02 I recently received my order from Rock Auto, and I encountered some issues. The part arrived in a previously opened box with the correct part number on it, albeit crossed out with a black "X". The part itself lacked identifying stickers, with signs that stickers had been removed. Instead of the expected Denso part, I received one that had Delphi markings. I am looking to return this item for a refund but do not wish to incur the cost of the return shipping label, as this was clearly a mistake on Rock Auto's part. Could you please let me know at your earliest convenience when I can anticipate receiving the return label? Thank you.

My order number is [redacted]32. I purchased rotors and brakes for both the front and back of my vehicle. The front rotors, which are vented, are correct. However, the rear rotors I received are vented when they should be solid. I am looking to return the rear rotors and exchange them for the proper solid ones. I have attempted to start the return process on the website but found it unclear. The information regarding the rotors on the site is confusing. I want to ensure I receive the correct parts.

On March 19, [redacted], I made a full payment for an order from 12:15 Customs Auto Repair. The receipt provided had a hand-written list of items, including an alternator with part number [redacted] for my [redacted] Nissan Murano. I was not given printed receipts due to the company's tax policy, leading to a hand-written invoice. The purchase included a lifetime warranty, but no specific details were given at the time. Recently, I discovered that the part [redacted] was sourced from RockAuto. When I approached the business owner about a replacement as the alternator was malfunctioning, he placed an order with RockAuto using the hand-written invoice. Though he assured me a replacement was on its way, complications arose regarding returning the faulty part. I recently spoke with Pearl Wilson about a brake issue with my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.4L that I purchased from your website. When I asked for recommendations on which manufacturer and model numbers have the best reputation for quality, she suggested a paid service instead. If you cannot provide the guidance I need, I will consider returning the faulty Grand Cherokee brakes I purchased from RockAuto for a full credit refund. I will then proceed to research and purchase the brakes for both of my vehicles from Amazon. I had higher expectations of the service from RockAuto.

I've been trying to place an order for Adorman #[redacted] today. After entering all my information, including card details, I clicked "Place Order." However, I received a message stating my order didn't go through due to my bank declining it, which isn't accurate. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed they didn't decline the charge because it never reached them. Could you please address the issue on your end?

I attempted to reorder a Dorman Part #[redacted] yesterday, providing all requested information for payment and shipping. However, I received a message stating the bank declined payment, which was inaccurate. When contacting the bank, they confirmed no payment request was submitted by the company. I spent most of yesterday and this morning trying to order a part from your website. Each time I entered all the required information, including my payment details, and clicked on the order tab, I received a message that my bank declined the payment. This is not accurate as my bank confirmed they never received any payment request from your end. I even had my bank on the phone to assist, and we tried making the payment two more times, but we encountered the same issue each time. There seems to be a problem with your system that needs to be addressed.

I purchased an upper and lower O2 sensor for a [redacted] Chevy Malibu 3.1 L but noticed I was charged for the part three times. I managed to cancel two of the orders with order numbers [redacted]01 and [redacted]60. However, I want to confirm that I still have one order on its way. I only intended to cancel two orders, but I see all three charges on my credit card statement. It would be great if you could verify if one of the orders is still scheduled for delivery. I received the incorrect size parts I ordered, which I only discovered after retrieving my car from the body shop following an accident. I have not used any of the parts, and they remain in their original boxes. Despite it being over 30 days, I am seeking a refund to return the unused parts. I need assistance with a shipping issue concerning two parts I bought from Rock Auto. The FedEx lady mixed up the labels, sending them to the wrong places. Rock Auto informed me that it would be too costly to correct the mistake and the products would be discarded. I reached out to FedEx, and they mentioned that Rock Auto must file a claim for the incorrect shipment. I couldn't find a way to contact Rock Auto directly to address this problem. The value of both parts is around $[redacted], and the initial shipping cost was $8 per package. I hope to use the credit for these parts to repair another vehicle. I returned two items to RockAuto and printed shipping labels from FedEx Ground. Unfortunately, at FedEx, the labels got switched, and the packages went to the wrong locations. I received an email stating it would cost more than the items were worth to redirect them. FedEx advised I contact RockAuto to resolve this since they issued the labels. The parts are valued at $[redacted], and we were relying on the credits for car repairs. We need assistance in fixing this mistake caused by FedEx so we can use the credits.

I purchased an alternator, but it arrived damaged. After returning it and receiving a replacement, I paid to have it installed. Unfortunately, after only 5 days, my car wouldn't start. The battery was tested and is fine, but the alternator is only outputting at 13 volts. When attempting to order another one online, the website indicated that due to the return, I should send back the current one in its original box for a refund, which I no longer have. However, I don't want a refund; I simply need a working alternator. I've sent emails but would greatly appreciate speaking with someone directly.

I made an order on August 24th. I later discovered that it wasn't shipped due to missing parts from a prior order. I sent three to four emails without getting any response. I noticed that my card was charged. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a customer service number. The delayed responses are confusing for me. I believe waiting over two hours is unreasonable. I'm Rene H. and I would appreciate a quicker response time!

Hello, my name is Mike Sims. I ordered an overhaul kit for a [redacted] Ford F250 with a [redacted] W engine. I had to wait for the machine work on the engine block and heads. When I started rebuilding the engine, I found issues with the main bearing, unsure about the rod bearing, and noticed the seals on the crankshaft were not fitting properly. I am also concerned about the rest of the kit. There seems to be a mistake on the order, stating it was for a [redacted], but it is actually for a [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]35. I recently purchased a Rotor & Brake Pad Kit for my [redacted] Mercedes GLE350. Unfortunately, I received the performance rotor instead of the standard one that I need for my vehicle. The performance rotor does not fit my car, causing an issue with my brakes. I would like to exchange the performance rotors for the standard ones to resolve this problem.
