I am still waiting for my package. If I had known that DHL was the carrier, I would have purchased it locally instead. The package initially was only 6 hours away from my location but ended up being shipped nearly [redacted] miles further east. It's unbelievable! Does this company even understand the concept of using airplanes for shipping? They only seem to rely on semis. In my opinion, they are one of the worst logistics companies globally, right up there with USPS. No wonder Rock Auto doesn't disclose that they ship with DHL. I have decided that I will start buying locally from now on, even if it means paying $4.99 for shipping. I could have used eBay and received the item in just three days. Unfortunately, the expected delivery for my order is in 8 days.

I purchased part #[redacted]19 and selected overnight shipping at a high cost. According to the tracking information, the estimated delivery by Tuesday at 9:30 pm. However, FedEx has informed me that the part has not been handed over to them for shipping yet. This delay in sending the item to FedEx has resulted in a further delay in delivery, despite paying extra for expedited service. I urgently require the part today and am disappointed at the service provided. I insist on a refund for the overnight shipping charges if the part does not arrive today, as I paid for expedited delivery and expect timely service. Other services like Amazon Prime would have likely delivered the item faster in this situation.

On or around 12-28-22, I placed an order (#[redacted]27) for multiple parts, including Hastings piston rings (8cyl) 2M [redacted] [redacted] (oversized). However, upon returning home in February, I discovered that Rock Auto had mistakenly sent standard sized rings instead of the oversized ones I had ordered. I promptly initiated a return and reordered the correct part on 2-25-23 under order#[redacted]79. When I received this order on 3-2-23, I verified that the rings were indeed the correct ones. Unfortunately, upon installation, I discovered that the box contained two sets of oil expander rings but no oil ring side rails, rendering them unusable. I am now left with disassembled engine parts and two sets of incorrect rings due to Rock Auto's errors. I believe Rock Auto should cover all return shipping costs and promptly reimburse me for the incorrect parts sent. These mistakes were made by Rock Auto, and I hope they rectify the situation accordingly.

I received my order number [redacted]75, which included parts for the alternator. I bought these parts while saving money for head gasket replacements and other repairs for the top end of my truck. When I picked up my truck last Friday, my mechanic showed me the damaged alternator connector. It hasn't been installed, and I would like to exchange it for a new one. I have pictures of the damaged connector that I can provide.

Dear Sirs/Madam,
I am not looking for a refund, but I would like to report that both choke units I received from you shorted out to earth and burned the wiring. Fortunately, I bench tested both chokes before installation, using a simple 12-volt supply and earth.
Upon dismantling the burnt-out units, I discovered very poorly made connections. I hope this feedback is useful to you, as the chokes, if installed in a vehicle, could potentially cause dangerous issues.

I have a [redacted] Buick Roadmaster with a 5.7 engine and blow-up shocks. Recently, one of the shocks started leaking. I have been searching through the shocks available but it's all a bit overwhelming. The line from the compressor to the shocks has a small plastic connector with a 1/2 inch plastic screw-on connection. Thankfully, the connections are not the issue. Since I need the shock for towing, I am looking for recommendations on which shock to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought brake pads and rotors for my [redacted] Toyota Prius on October 31st, [redacted]. After delaying the repair, I realized I hadn't needed them because I had already replaced them with parts from RockAuto two years ago. The Raybestos rotors and AcDelco brake pads are unopened and still in their shipping bags and boxes. Even though it's past 30 days, I'm hoping to return them for store credit. I am looking to purchase a set of rear suspension strut and coil spring assemblies for my [redacted] Subaru Forester X 4.5L AWD. RockAuto only lists the Monroe [redacted] Quick-Strut for the rear left side, but I need it for both left and right sides. Unfortunately, there is no information provided for the rear right side. The part number for the left side is [redacted] Quick-Strut. How can I ensure that I order the strut for the right rear as well?

I recently ordered a belt for my [redacted] Jaguar S-Type with the order number [redacted]. The belt I received has sideways slots in it, unlike the one pictured online with slots matching my car's pulleys. I am unsure if I am misunderstanding something, but I am hesitant to replace my old belt if this one isn't suitable.

I'm looking to purchase parts for my husband's Chevy Silverado 2[redacted] with a 4.8L V8 engine. Specifically, I need Tie Rod Ends for both the Inner and Outer on the Left and Right side. I have purchased an EGR line, specifically the Dorman part with a part number [redacted]-[redacted], which was shipped on March 9th. However, I have encountered a problem with the part as it is missing the metering orifice between the two pipes for the sensor. This issue has caused me to investigate a DTC P0401 error related to insufficient exhaust gas flow regulation, leading to various tests and ultimately cutting the line to inspect it. Despite testing all other EGR components and replacing the sensor, the voltage at the DPFE sensor did not increase when the EGR valve was opened, indicating a faulty sensor. As a result, I am considering purchasing a new line elsewhere, as I am unable to return the current one that arrived damaged. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I purchased parts that were the wrong size and had to wait to send them back due to financial constraints. I was trying to buy windshield wiper arms for the front of my car, but somehow ended up receiving 2 rear wipers instead. It took me 6 attempts over 3 days to finally complete the order, and I received one package from Hempstead, NY, and another from Rochester, NY. I'm unsure how to go about returning one order to two different locations. Also, if they send a return tracking label to my email, does that mean I have to go to a public library to print it out? I need guidance on how to return the incorrect wipers. I purchased the correct parts from Parts Geek to avoid any confusion.

This issue is being escalated to the collections department. To resolve this, we need to take more assertive action and involve our legal team. Delaying communication with them only leads to higher fees accumulating. By Monday, 4/17/[redacted], I expect a full refund to be issued. It's frustrating to only receive this notification after business hours. It seems like a deliberate tactic to prolong the process, allowing more customers to experience the same issue.

On 4/1/[redacted], I placed an order (#[redacted]77) and received all the parts except part #[redacted] Muffler. A return ticket (#[redacted]37) was generated, but since I never got the part, I'm unsure why it was created. Rock Auto should have sent the missing item to me at no cost and provided a shipping number, but this never occurred. I had to buy the muffler from another vendor. Now, I just seek a refund for the missing piece. Kindly send an email confirming the refund. Thank you.
