I recently purchased a Redmi 9i Android phone from MIUI via Amazon. Upon inserting the SIM card and making calls, I noticed a lack of clarity in the sound quality. The person on the other end is unable to hear my voice clearly and even when they do, it sounds muffled. The signal strength is fine, so that's not the problem.
I previously used a Redmi 4 with the same SIM card and didn't face these call quality issues. This leads me to believe the problem lies with the new phone. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently purchased a new Mi Note 9 Pro Max mobile phone, and within 18-20 days of buying it, the phone suddenly shut off. My system crashed, all data was erased, the SIM card was not detecting, and there were issues with data errors and phone call sound. On November 17th, I took the phone to the service center near Rajajinagar 1st Block opposite Navarag Theatre. They initially said it would be resolved in 3-5 working days, but it took longer, and even after multiple visits, the SIM card issue persists. Today, on November 30th, I finally received the phone back after a lengthy service, but the SIM card issue remains. They mentioned replacing the motherboard, but I am concerned the problem will persist. You can access all details of my mobile phone via ([redacted]). I kindly request a replacement with a new phone.

I struggle with poor eyesight, and I typically use high contrast settings on my phone, preferring white or yellow text on a black background. Unfortunately, the Redmi Note 9 only partially supports color inversion and proper high contrast, leading to significant issues for me. Despite increasing the text size which was intended to help, it has resulted in smudged letters and numbers, making it even harder to read. I initially chose the Redmi thinking its size would be beneficial, but it has not lived up to my expectations.

I own a Redmi 5 Plus phone. While playing mobile games and chatting on Facebook Messenger, I noticed the phone slows down and the home button stops working. I attempted to reboot the phone to refresh it. However, after pressing the power button for 5 seconds, the phone displayed a loading black screen that continued to cycle for 2-3 minutes. When I tried to power it on again, it became stuck on the Mi loading screen and wouldn't start up. I then attempted to enter fastboot by pressing the volume down and power buttons, but the issue persisted. I also tried using the unlock tool but found it challenging to navigate to the unlocking section. Additionally, I downloaded the latest official MIUI ROM fastboot for flashing with MiFlash, but encountered an error during the process.

I am currently using a Redmi 8 Dual Sim, Onyx Black variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM, model number M1908C31G. A couple of days ago, my phone unexpectedly shut off and has not turned back on since around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 12th. Despite attempting to charge it, the phone remains unresponsive. I am experiencing an issue with my phone that started playing random music at night. I reset the phone to erase data, but now I can't access it. When I try to sign in using my MI account ID, it sends a code to my Indian number. If I attempt to change the number, it sends the code to my Australian number, which is in the phone and I can't check the text.
Despite resetting it with my ID (amanipvsix) associated with it, I am unable to add email and password to unlock the device. This is my first time resetting the phone due to concerns about a virus affecting work emails. Now, I am unable to use my phone with my MI account ID and the password I reset using my email.
The issue lies in the separation between my "email associated with MI account" and the password; the device requires both to open, and I can only login online from a tablet. I expected my email and MI account ID to be linked to one account.
As an IT professional in Australia, this situation is inconvenient. I need a resolution promptly since it's the weekend and everything is closed.

Hello, my name is Inu Ismail from Lagos, Nigeria. I purchased an MI mobile phone, specifically the Redmi 9T, in May [redacted]. In October, the phone wouldn't turn on after I switched it off. I visited the RAYA COMMUNICATION CARE CENTRE in Ikeja, Lagos at 18 Kodesho Street, Computer Village.
Initially, they asked me to wait while they worked on it. After over 2 weeks with no fix, they requested the phone pack, purchase receipt, charger, and my bank details for a refund. I provided everything last week but have not received the refund yet, despite being told to check back last Friday.
It's been almost a month since I first took my phone there, and the delay has impacted my online business severely. I hope for a prompt response from the company to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Anche se tengo i brani in ordine di data di aggiunta, il telefono li mescola mettendo la parte più vecchia della libreria al di sopra dei brani più recenti. Questo avviene nonostante abbia l'opzione specifica attiva. I can't access my Redmi Note 5 Pro 4/64GB via fingerprint after setting it up. The phone has a SIM card from a different country causing a "SIM not activated" message and loss of access. Some unlocked apps function, while others require fingerprint access but don't have it activated. This issue prevents making calls, accessing messages, etc. Trying to reset via the Mi account doesn't work since the phone's displayed account and the verification code from Xiaomi's email differ in the last 3 digits, creating an authentication problem.
