I have two old accounts with items I can no longer access from the shop. I remember the password for one account, "grassone," with the password "minecraft42." I owned this account 3 years ago. Presently, I own a new account, "BrassSailbot." The first account I owned was "dude1104yaya." Unfortunately, I don't recall the password, but I might remember the security question answers, like my date of birth, which is November 4th, [redacted]. I am eager to retrieve my items and transfer them to my new account. Also, I might create a new account in the near future. On another note, when I named my current account, I intended it to be "BrassSaibot." I am contemplating changing it. I am a financially struggling teenager recently starting college and would appreciate resolving this issue without having to repurchase items or pay for multiple accounts. I earn $80 weekly and am facing challenges affording my insurance co-payment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My account was hacked, and I suspect the person behind it. I need this individual banned immediately. He managed to obtain my password through what he referred to as a "generator" during our game together. I want to prevent him from using any of my money or Robux. I am unsure of the exact method he used, but he abruptly disconnected after I called him out for cheating. Consequently, I am unable to access my other account, which used to have the password "Pace Murphy" with a lowercase "m." Please take action to ban him and restore my account, as I have friends and Robux tied to it. He reduced my Robux balance from around 40 to just three. Your assistance in banning him or recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received consecutive unjust bans without proper explanation or evidence. Despite following the Terms of Use, I was banned for three days for alleged exploitation, which I did not engage in. While playing peacefully in a VIP Server with a friend all night, we later transitioned to a public server where we participated in PVP combat, which I believed was allowed in the game "Project Jojo." Experiencing two consecutive bans has been disheartening. I have received a final warning and fear my account and associated accounts may be deleted for wrongful accusations. I am seeking an unban and have detailed my appeal in the appropriate channels.

My 16-year-old son recently returned from vacation with extended family, leaving his younger brother, age 10, who has ASD and ADD, at home. Unfortunately, his brother unknowingly shared his details with someone who purchased robux for him. Soon after, the account was banned when the person charged back the purchase. Despite my efforts to appeal the ban with ROBLOX, they require the person who initiated the chargeback to respond, but they have blocked us. My son, who has been a member for 5 years, lost all his belongings and the account was permanently terminated. It's distressing to see the account taken down due to circumstances beyond his control. I have exhausted all avenues to resolve this issue, including trying to locate the responsible party. Any assistance in restoring his account would be greatly appreciated. Dear Roblox, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding bullying within the game. There is a player named SendingPlewi who has been using inappropriate language and derogatory terms, targeting me specifically and ruining my gaming experience. This individual has called me offensive names like "faggot" and has used derogatory racial slurs. Despite my attempts to defend myself and report the behavior, I was unjustly banned by this player.
On Christmas day, while I was enjoying the game, SendingPlewi entered, destroyed my building, and proceeded to insult me. When I confronted him about his actions, he responded aggressively and ultimately banned me under false pretenses. As a member of the LGBT community, I was deeply offended by his use of derogatory language towards me.
I have attached screenshots of the interactions for your review. I urge you to take appropriate action against SendingPlewi to prevent further harassment and ensure a safe environment for all players. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

I'd like to report an issue with my Roblox account, Vqnished. Recently my account was hacked. The hacker stole my 5K Robux, my limited items, and canceled my Builders Club membership. One of the specific items taken was my Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat. Although the hacker made some other changes, the main concern is retrieving my lost items. I believe the hacker conducted unfair trades with my limited items and made me purchase clothing from their group. The hacker's username is R0BL0XDevelopers, who took my fedora as well.
Additionally, the hacker attempted to bypass my Two-Step Verification. I usually receive verification codes from San Diego, California, but in this instance, it came from Santa Ana, California, which raises suspicions of foul play. It would be appreciated if I could recover my items and address this security breach promptly. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this distressing situation.

I am ellieplaysshortstop, and recently a friend gifted me a $10 Roblox gift card, which I used to get [redacted] Robux. I was thrilled and added the Robux to my account, leaving me with [redacted] after purchasing Bloxburg for 25 Robux. However, when I checked my account again, I found that [redacted] Robux were missing, leaving me with only 75. Upon reviewing my purchase history, I saw only the Bloxburg transaction listed as a legitimate purchase, while everything else appeared as if I had obtained the items for free.

A few years ago, about 3 or 4 years back, my account got hacked on ROBLOX. It was devastating since that was my main gaming platform. One day, someone added me and sent a message asking me to join them. Being only 6 or 7 years old, I was unaware of scams and hacking. They claimed they would buy me robux if I entered my password, and I fell for it. Sadly, I didn't realize my mistake until it was too late. My password was deemed incorrect, the person disappeared, and when I tried to log in, everything was gone. I was heartbroken and even skipped school to try and retrieve my account. If ROBLOX could assist me in recovering my account from the hacker named TYSON2902, I would truly appreciate it.

Yesterday, my account was hacked, resulting in the theft of 5,[redacted] robux, including a limited item - the Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat, traded to another account. Several game passes, particularly those costing over 1,[redacted] robux, were also deleted, with two identified passes amounting to 2,[redacted] and 1,[redacted] robux respectively. The total loss is estimated at 12,[redacted] robux or potentially more due to unknown deleted passes. I need assistance with an issue concerning a hacked account on IOS. Recently, someone on the platform offered me robux in exchange for my password. Despite my hesitation due to a friend's previous hacking experience, I reluctantly shared the information. After noticing items disappearing from my inventory and being unable to contact others, I was later logged out with incorrect login attempts using both my password and phone number. The hacker, known as “untouched_m”, compromised my account “dudster48”. I seek help in retrieving my account with all its content intact and request the offender be banned from accessing roblox.

On ROBLOX, there was a friend named GamingWithStedd whom I met in Royale High. We were good friends, but she offered me Robux, claiming she had a card for it. I got skeptical and declined. She vanished for a year, only to reappear asking if I still wanted it. I hesitated but decided to trust her and disclosed my password, removing my pin as an added precaution. To test her, I created another account, SirAmberPlaysYt. Unfortunately, she never delivered the promised Robux, leading to me getting scammed. She began using my original account (AmberMaralynnRose), removed herself from my friends list, and even changed the login credentials. Despite seeking help from another friend, her actions resulted in me losing access to my account, leaving me disheartened and unable to enjoy ROBLOX anymore. Trust shattered.

For the past 4 years, I've been puzzled about the disappearance of my egg and badge in the [redacted] egg hunt on Roblox. A year ago, players mentioned the game needed fixing, but that didn't explain why my prized "Tree of Life" egg was removed. Despite efforts to reach out, I couldn't understand why my legitimately obtained item vanished after a few days of having it. Now, after waiting for 3 to 4 years, I'm still hoping for a resolution from Roblox to restore my lost item and badge. Unfortunately, I can't provide any proof as the badge was also taken, but I am certain that I earned the item fair and square.

While playing a dancing game on Roblox, I encountered a random player who offered free robux. Curious, I agreed and followed their instructions to add them as a friend. After joining their game and entering my password, my phone suddenly disconnected. Upon rejoining the game, I discovered I had been kicked out. While playing Roblox's game Rocap Dancing, a player offered me free Robux after asking to be added as a friend. I accepted, went to another game with them, and was prompted to enter my password for Robux. Afterwards, I got disconnected and when I tried to rejoin, I was kicked out. When I returned to Rocap Dancing, my screen started lagging, leading me to log out unintentionally. Now, every time I try to log back in, it says my username or password is incorrect, despite me ensuring they're right. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. I need help to figure out why I can't access my account and what steps to take to resolve this.

While playing Roblox High School, I encountered a user named ii_Beccaboii who was bullying my friend ihatkids08 by using inappropriate language and making threats. I intervened to help my friend escape the situation, but then ii_Beccaboii started harassing me. I informed her that I would report her behavior to Roblox. I hope that action will be taken against her to prevent this kind of behavior in the future. I have been a long-time player on Roblox and appreciate the platform for the friendships I have made. My friend Jacob, known as "xpoise" on Roblox, was unfairly terminated based on untrue accusations of unauthorized purchasing. Jacob always bought his Robux and traded fairly for his limited items. Despite his kindness and generosity to his friends, he rarely speaks to avoid causing any harm. Jacob is a decent player who paid for everything he owned with his own money. The allegations made against him were false, and he does not deserve to be removed from the game. I sincerely hope that his account can be reinstated as it was an unjust action to take against him. It's clear that those who accused him were envious of his kind nature, and their claims were entirely unfounded.
