Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my RCA (RS22363) 3-Disc CD Stereo Audio Shelf System. The problem appears to be with the disc tray or something inside the device. When I insert a CD into the tray slots, it struggles to read the disc. It pauses briefly at the disc and then moves on to the next one. I contacted Amazon, and they advised me to hold down the power button for 15 seconds, but that did not resolve the problem. Any assistance with this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Cira Bagnasco and I need help. In short, a woman unknown to me left her RCA Maven Pro tablet with me claiming she had reset it multiple times without success. She said if I could get it to work, it's mine. Unfortunately, she left before I could ask her more. The tablet has been reset and factory reset several times, but it keeps asking for the owner's previously synced Google login during verification. Since I don't know the woman's contact information, I am unable to proceed. I am hoping for assistance in removing the device from her account so I can use my Google login to set it up. I own a RCA/Thomson portable CD Radio Cassette Recorder Model RCD123 from [redacted]. I am experiencing issues with the digital volume control. When I try to decrease the volume, I have to press the down arrow really hard and slightly to the right of the button. Currently, I am unable to hear any sound from any function even after adjusting the volume from 32 to 8. I am interested in finding out if there is a replacement part available for the digital volume control or a repair service near Green Bay, WI. Additionally, I am curious about the potential cost for repairing this issue.

My RCA Galileo tablet successfully connects to my WiFi network, showing strong signal strength, but I cannot access the internet. Despite trying numerous troubleshooting steps like restarting both devices, resetting WiFi, ensuring correct date/time/time zone settings, and resetting network settings, the tablet continues to display errors such as "Google can't reach the internet" or "net::ERR_TIMED_OUT." When attempting to search online, it perpetually shows "connecting to the internet" and eventually results in connection failure. Even when search results appear later, clicking on them presents the same loading/connecting problems. This issue has persisted for the last few days, although the tablet initially connected to WiFi without problems when new. What can I do to resolve this frustrating issue?

The message indicator light on my phone has been flashing for several weeks even though there are no messages. When I switched the phone set with an identical model, the blinking started immediately in the new set. I even tried removing the batteries and power cord but the blinking persisted.
I have two lines in use, with the first line ringing on Line One and the second line on Line Four. The dataport is not being used. This issue started after I changed the two-port wall plug recently, so I suspect there could be a wiring fault. I have the wiring set up as BLUE/WHITE to GREEN, BLUE to RED for LINE ONE, and ORANGE/WHITE to BLACK, ORANGE to YELLOW for LINE TWO.
Despite no static on the lines and replacing the batteries, the blinking issue remains. I'm wondering if there could be a short between wires causing this problem, although I can't visually identify any issues. Any suggestions on what I should check next would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the RCA digital wireless headphones model [redacted]. I also ordered an adapter for my Samsung TV to connect the red and white inputs. I believe I have connected everything correctly and adjusted the TV audio setting to PCM. I made sure to mute the TV sound to use the headphones. I have charged the headphones as well. Despite all my efforts, I am still not getting any sound from the TV through the headphones. I hope someone can help me troubleshoot this issue. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I, J. Venkateswarlu, purchased a Thomson 43-inch 4K TV in December [redacted]. Recently, I noticed lines appearing at the bottom of the display, and over time, they have increased. This month, the lines have spread across the entire display, and a small bubble has formed in the bottom left corner. I have contacted customer care three times, but they have not addressed my issue. A service engineer visited last week and identified it as a display problem that may require the TV to be replaced. Today, someone claimed that the TV was broken and not covered by warranty, which differs from what was communicated to me. Despite providing photos showing the progression of the issue, the customer service has been unhelpful. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly as I have purchased two Thomson TVs and found the service to be disappointing.

I am writing regarding the RCA Viking Pro 10-inch tablet with keyboard that I purchased from your company in [redacted] for Christmas. I have only used it twice for typing reports or family letters. The tablet has been stored safely in a protective case in my closet. Recently, when I tried to use it for a meeting, I noticed it was stuck on the Viking Pro screen. The sound on my RDLED3258A TV is much louder on the right speaker compared to the left speaker. This causes a vibrating noise and makes it difficult to hear the dialogue on TV channels. I've checked the cables and even replaced the HDMI cable, but the problem persists. I have a cable box and a DVD player connected to the TV.
This TV was a Christmas gift in [redacted] from my sons and was purchased around Thanksgiving. Since it's still under the 1-year warranty, I'm wondering if it needs to be replaced or if there are technical steps that can be taken to address the audio imbalance issue. Specifically, the left speaker in the back produces little to no vibration while the right speaker in the back vibrates a lot.

I recently bought an RCA Voyager III tablet from eBay. Sadly, I am facing an issue when trying to perform a full hard reset. I purchased an RCA portable video recorder from Target Store in Austell, Georgia, on April 17, [redacted]. However, on September 4, [redacted], it stopped playing video movies. When I insert a movie now, it shows "no disc" on the screen and will not play. Can RCA please repair this issue for me promptly? I purchased an RCA 11 Delta Pro 2 Android tablet with folio keyboard and earbuds online from electronicsorder.com around 2 weeks ago. After receiving it, I charged it for an extended period of 6-7 hours, longer than expected, yet the charging indicator light remains on constantly. Despite following troubleshooting advice from tech support forums, including holding the reset button and various button combinations, the tablet still doesn't turn on. The consistent light when plugged in indicates a possible manufacturing flaw. Although the device is under warranty, my attempts to reach out to RCA and electronicsorder.com have been unsuccessful.

In February [redacted], I sent two tablets to RCA for repair. One tablet was returned in March, and I assumed the other would follow shortly. When it did not arrive, I contacted the repair center. They insisted both tablets were in one package, although the box was only meant for one tablet and showed no signs of tampering. If one tablet had been taken, both would likely have been missing. The repair center has consistently blamed UPS, but a few months ago, a UPS driver inspected the package and took pictures with no resolution since. Despite repeated attempts to address the issue, the repair center continues to fault UPS. Assistance in resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.

My RCA 10 Viking Pro RCT6K03W13 tablet won't fully turn on. Despite being charged and showing different screens like the RCA logo, battery percentage, Viking Pro logo, or a blank screen, it remains stuck. I purchased an outdoor antenna, the 80-mile range model # ANT860E. I have followed all the instructions provided. Using the tower signal finder app, I located my HDTV towers at 35.5 and 52.4 miles south. Despite trying different locations and elevating the antenna above the rooftop without obstructions, the signal still had intermittent static lines while watching movies, both with and without the amplifier.
