I need assistance with canceling my QuickBooks subscriptions. I am facing login issues because of password problems. I accidentally signed up for three subscriptions for a small business account. I successfully canceled one with the email [redacted] However, I am unable to stop the other two subscriptions under [redacted] because I can't remember the password I thought I had. As a result, they keep charging my bank account £3.60 and £2.40 monthly. The verification system is a problem since it sends text messages to a number that cannot receive them.

I canceled my subscription for [redacted] on 11/21/[redacted] and printed out the cancellation confirmation. My customer number is *[redacted]. I have attempted to contact a representative via email or phone without success. The cancellation receipt does not have a confirmation number, only the details of the cancellation with the date, and it was sent from Intuit Quickbooks Customer Service. I noticed that there has been no credit applied on my bill yet. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I've been using QuickBooks online for several years, but after closing my business, I decided to close my QuickBooks account. I am encountering difficulties doing so. My Account # is [redacted]47. I switched to Quicken for personal use and no longer require the full QuickBooks program. I have reviewed the cancellation instructions, but I cannot locate the Account settings or Billing and Subscription tabs as mentioned in the guides I consulted. Can someone assist me with this issue?

However, there is an issue my users have reported. When they try to approve transactions, they encounter an error stating that "fiblueprint.xml is denied." I referred to this guide from QB on how to resolve this: [redacted]

Our accounting firm manages over 60 clients on QuickBooks and we are proud ProAdvisors. When attempting to set up a new client and import bank activity, I encountered a prompt requesting Intuit credentials. As this software is accessed by multiple employees and clients, it isn't feasible for us to use individual logins. This requirement is new as our previous 60 clients did not face this issue. On May 3, I purchased QB Online and Payroll but quickly realized I needed the desktop version instead. I contacted the seller via email and was advised to call a number. After calling and explaining the situation, I was promised a refund of $27.50 for the online version and $22.50 for the payroll. I received the payroll refund on May 4, but I am still awaiting the refund for the online version. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have spent 90 minutes in chat and 2 hours on the phone (all documented) dealing with the issue of a malfunctioning card reader and charger sent by your company. My store's planned opening last Sunday was delayed due to this. The initial chat happened on Friday, lasting 90 minutes, followed by a 2-hour phone call on Monday where it was confirmed faulty. I was told someone would call me at 3 pm Hawaii Time yesterday to make a purchase using my credit card for a replacement and issue a refund, but no one followed up. We are currently using both QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus and QuickBooks Online. Our Desktop version is expiring soon, and I am not looking to renew it. For our online version, we have multiple users, and I want to add a warehouse staff member but restrict their access to only viewing products without the ability to adjust pricing or inventory. I couldn't find this option myself, so I need assistance with this.

My assigned agent, Jastine, left me waiting on the chat for more than an hour without successfully addressing the issue with the remote viewing feature. Despite suggesting changing the date and then going silent for 45 minutes, asking for more time before eventually disconnecting without resolving the problem. It's frustrating to suspect that Jastine might be deliberately prolonging the chat for payment. I wasted valuable time at my computer expecting assistance and now have to rectify the issue on my own to proceed with my work. I have preserved several chat screenshots documenting the unproductive exchange.

I received an email containing an invoice from DNN Solutions LLC via the "Innuit E-Commerce Service" at [redacted] I am unfamiliar with DNN Solutions LLC and do not have any known accounts with Intuit companies. The email included a PDF attachment with a note indicating that I need Acrobat Reader to view the invoice, along with a download link for the program. I mistakenly installed Sonoma 14.0 (beta version) and now I am unable to access QuickBooks on my computer. Apple mentioned that QuickBooks might not function properly with the new operating system, and I cannot revert back to the previous one. QuickBooks opens but is inoperable, preventing me from accessing my accounts. I require assistance to transfer my QuickBooks files and program to my other Apple computer that still runs on the Ventura operating system.
