I flew with Qatar Airways recently. Upon arrival in the UK, I fell ill, and my husband had to rush me to the hospital from the airport without collecting our luggage. We have been trying to reach out to Qatar Airways multiple times, but they have not been helpful. This situation has been very disappointing for us, especially since our luggage contains important items. If Qatar Airways does not assist us, we will avoid traveling with them in the future.

Hello Qatar Airways, I am seeking guidance on how to claim compensation for my delayed luggage. The local office in Lusaka has redirected me to Turkish Airways, stating they were responsible. I completed a form at the airport confirming receipt of my luggage. When I reached out to Turkish Airways, they referred me back to Qatar Airways, as they were the final carrier listed on my ticket. I had a disappointing experience with a Qatar Airways employee. I arrived at the airport early, and he instructed me to wait for him to assist me with my boarding pass after helping other customers. However, he left without helping me, which resulted in me missing my flight, losing both time and money. I had important commitments scheduled, which were all disrupted due to this incident. I would like to report an issue regarding the inoperable media device on my flight from Doha to Athens on July 13, [redacted]. My seat number was 39A on flight QR203. I informed a flight attendant about the problem, and she attempted to reboot it without success. She offered me the option to move to another seat but did not follow up on fixing the issue. Hello, I recently purchased an economy comfort ticket with no cancellation fee. However, upon canceling my trip, I was surprised to be charged a refund fee of -[redacted].00 AUD. This fee seems excessive for a ticket that supposedly had no cancellation fee. I would like to request a refund of the [redacted].00 AUD that was charged. I flew into Atlanta airport on Sunday with Qatar Airways, connecting to Doha on RwandAir. Unfortunately, upon arrival, one of my bags went missing. I contacted the customer care officer, Max, and she promptly reached out to the airline to track my luggage. I had a flight from Doha to London which was delayed and then cancelled by British Airways. My new flight also had issues with my luggage not arriving in Gatwick with me. I've been told my luggage is still in Doha, but I haven't received any updates or a File Reference code to report it missing. I've tried multiple times to submit a missing luggage form without success due to not having this code. I'm worried and need to know where my luggage is and how to report it missing properly. On August 18th, I traveled with Rwanda Air from Lagos (Murtala Muhammed International Airport) (LOS) to Kigali (Kigali Airport) (KGL). I then had a connecting flight from Kigali (KGL) to Doha (DOH) on August 19th, followed by another connecting flight from Doha (DOH) to Boston (Logan Intl) (BOS). Upon arrival in Boston on flight QR743, I discovered that all three of my bags (BAG 1 WB609006, BAG 2 WB609066, BAG 3 WB609008) were missing. I am seeking assistance in locating my missing luggage and am willing to help in any way possible. Thank you for your support and prompt attention to this matter.

I made sure to add this request to my booking on the Qatar Airways website and also informed the staff at the check-in counter in Phuket airport. However, it appears that there was no record of my special meal request on my flight from Phuket to Vienna. Two passengers from Guinea-Bissau are currently detained in Doha due to visa issues for Hong Kong. They are actually heading to Macau for cooperation activities. They will transit through Hong Kong International Airport and then travel directly to Macau via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Bus without leaving the transit area. Qatar Airways needs to provide an approval for boarding for T.N. Fafe and J. Gomes in Doha.

Dear Customer Service, I have been attempting to contact Qatar without success. I need assistance with specific seating arrangements for my upcoming flight from Doha to JFK. I would like to sit next to my friend. If feasible, please assign me a window seat and my friend a window seat either in front or behind me. Dear Sir, I am writing to request compensation for a delayed flight on QATAR Airways (QR [redacted]) departing from Amman on July 9th at 13:55 and arriving in Doha at 16:35, delayed by 1 hour. This delay affected our connecting flight from Doha to Bali with only a 1-hour transit time. Hello, I am Joseph Okpono, a passenger who traveled on a Qatar Airways flight on September 15, [redacted], from Lagos, Nigeria to Doha, and then continued to Edinburgh, UK on September 16, [redacted]. I checked in two bags, one grey and the other green with multiple colored patches, both wrapped in cellophane and padlocked. Unfortunately, upon arrival at Edinburgh airport, the green bag with patches was missing. I reported this to Swissport at the airport and filled out a complaint form, but despite being told I would receive an email update, I have not heard anything yet. My flight from Geneva Airport to Dammam was canceled. I was provided with a subpar hotel as compensation. Despite this, I rebooked a flight for the following day only to discover that the seats I originally selected and paid extra for were no longer available. After rebooking the seats at a higher cost, I found that funds were deducted from my account, yet the seats for tomorrow's flight were not confirmed. This conduct is unacceptable. I am writing exhausted as my family of 5 is also fatigued, struggling to secure suitable seats due to the flight cancellation arising from a technical issue. Tomorrow, I eagerly await your assistance. Given the airline's size and reputation, I trust that my current ordeal will be addressed promptly. Furthermore, the hotel lacks food and room water. I insist on reimbursement for the seat reservation expenses and the upgraded booking.

Today, I had a flight from Austin to Najaf with a layover in JFK and then onto Doha with Qatar Airways. Unfortunately, my domestic flight was delayed, causing issues with my connecting flight. After a stressful situation, I contacted Qatar Airways customer service, spending about 2 hours on the phone. They informed me that I needed to wait until the next day to catch my flight. I was disappointed, especially since I had paid for an extra legroom seat and was not offered a refund to choose a different seat. Additionally, I incurred Uber expenses due to the delay. This experience has left me feeling frustrated with the level of customer service provided.

I have an issue with a shipment from Cairo Airport to Windhoek, Namibia, with tracking number [redacted]4 dated August 16th. The shipment did not reach Windhoek but arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa, and a significant amount of the goods were lost. A complaint was filed through the agent and directed to the relevant insurance company regarding the delay, loss, and damage to the goods, with a request for compensation.
