Qatar Airways Customer Service Issues

I accidentally left behind my small black handbag which contains essential items: a Samsung A12 cellphone, a cream-colored wallet with euros, dollars, and rials, along with my identity card, driver's license, university card, bank cards, cellphone charger, and sunglasses. I purchased air tickets from Qatar Airways for a flight from Gatwick London to Lahore on 11/11/23. However, the flight from Gatwick London to Doha was operated by British Airways flight BA [redacted]. I was disappointed as I intended to travel with Qatar Airways. The British Airways flight was delayed, and I experienced further delays during boarding and takeoff, resulting in a more than 2-hour delay. Subsequently, I missed my connecting flight QR [redacted] from Doha, and I was put on flight QR [redacted] with a 20-hour wait. This caused me to miss an important business meeting and led to mental, emotional, and physical stress. I believe Qatar Airways should take responsibility for these issues and provide a refund. As a frequent flyer, this experience has shaken my confidence in Qatar Airways, and I hope they address the situation to rebuild trust.

I am currently facing hair thinning and hair loss issues. My doctor has recommended both biotin gums and 5% minoxidil for a five-month course. Each 60 mL plastic bottle of minoxidil contains a non-alcoholic liquid. I need to take five bottles with me, totaling [redacted] mL, for my trip to Qatar in December.
