Regarding the shipment of a framed photograph to my son in Dartmouth, NS on August 23, [redacted], there was significant damage to the items upon arrival. Despite being told by a Purolator representative in Toronto that there was insurance coverage for damaged items amounting to $[redacted], Purolator now refuses to honor this agreement. I feel misled as I was not properly informed about the damage policy prior to shipping. I paid $[redacted].00 for delivery and now have a highly dissatisfied recipient in Dartmouth. I would appreciate a thorough review of my case and proper compensation for the damages.

I am disappointed with the delivery service provided by Purolator for my recent order from Amazon.ca. According to Amazon's website, the item was guaranteed to be delivered on July 7th; however, it did not arrive as promised. The tracking information now shows a revised delivery window between July 8th and 16th with no specific date provided. Despite trying to contact Purolator via live chat and phone, I have been unable to get a clear answer on the status of my delivery. I spent all day at home waiting for the item, which is meant to be a gift. If the parcel does not arrive today, I would like Purolator to return it to Amazon. My order number is MWG[redacted]12. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The driver did not deliver to my address. Drivers refuse deliveries towards Naramata and leave packages at the Penticton Ship Center on [redacted] Okanagan Ave. They falsely tell Purolator I wasn't available for delivery. I can't retrieve the package without proof of address with my name. If pick-up is possible, I need them held for a month, not 5 days, as three packages are coming separately, with the last one arriving by January 14th. Asking me to pick them up on different days is difficult, but Purolator might enforce it.

I paid for expedited shipping on December 21st, but my package has not arrived yet. The tracking information says the address is incomplete, even though other shipping companies have had no issues. I am leaving Vancouver soon and won't be able to receive the package after that. I want to know the status of my package, when it will arrive, and how I can get a refund for the expedited shipping cost due to the delay in delivery. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with the virtual voice assistant, preventing me from scheduling a pick-up. After researching how to speak with a human representative, I found that holding the 5 button for an extended period prompts a live agent to eventually answer. However, upon connecting with an agent, I was informed that I needed to provide my full name to schedule a pick-up, which I found to be unreasonable. Despite having a long-standing account with the company as a federal crown corporation and regularly shipping packages, I have never been asked for my name previously nor had service refused because of it. I am hopeful that this issue will be resolved, potentially through direct communication with the agent. Disappointingly, the agent declined to provide me with her name when requested.

I shipped a package from Trail, BC, through Purolator on December 7th to Coquitlam, BC. The initial update mentioned a delay due to a missed connection. The parcel reached Vancouver on December 9th with a weather delay notification from Burnaby. Now, I am informed that delivery is rescheduled for December 12th. I am puzzled by the weather-related delay caused by rain and had higher expectations for Purolator's reliability. The tracking number is [redacted]57.

I am frustrated with the repeated emails claiming there are issues with delivering my items. I am at my apartment waiting for the delivery person to press #11 in the lobby. Why is this so difficult for your company? I receive parcels from various couriers without any problems, but your constant excuses are infuriating. I am considering asking Amozon.ca to avoid using your services.

I was assured of a quick delivery on the phone, being told it would arrive within 1 or 2 days, but now I've been informed that the parcel won't reach me until June 6th! I was expecting it today before 3 PM. I had the impression that Purolator used airplanes for shipping, not slow boats! I would have been willing to pay extra for expedited service.
This issue is very concerning and will have significant consequences for me. I have a telephone hearing scheduled for June 5th, and I need to provide the tracking number today. Unfortunately, the phone I currently have is old and frequently malfunctions.

I recently returned a midodo printed couch cover consisting of one 4 seater and one 3 seater, both placed in the same box with labels attached. However, the individual processing the return mistakenly scanned only one label, resulting in a refund for the 3 seater cover but not the 4 seater. I packed them together as they arrived in the same box. I am eagerly awaiting the refund for the 4 seater cover and kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.
