On July 20th, I was hospitalized for a kidney stone. Unfortunately, the hospital used the incorrect Premera number initially, causing insurance not to cover my bill. After discussing the issue with the Premera chat line, Jessica (I believe) successfully resolved the matter. However, I have now received a separate bill for physician services provided at St. Joseph Hospital in Bellingham, stating that insurance did not cover any portion of this bill. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.
