I received my recent Postmates order, and unfortunately, there were several mistakes. The Clorox bleach was the wrong size and was replaced with two small bottles, which are not helpful. Instead of pumpkin pie, I received a can of pumpkin, and what seems to be Gross Debbie Rolls. I tipped too much considering the errors, and all I received besides the incorrect items were broccoli and avocado. This delivery was a nightmare for me. I kindly request a refund of my tip and the Postmate fees for this order. As a customer who relies on Postmates frequently due to my Multiple Sclerosis, this was the worst experience I have had to date. Thank you for your assistance. - J.

I ordered lunch today, but faced technical difficulties. Eventually, I ordered from another place successfully. I received the food, but my bank statement shows charges for both orders - the successful one and the failed one that is not even shown in the app to dispute. My bank was charged $61.41 for both, even though the first order didn't go through as it should not have been charged.

I ordered from Whataburger for delivery this morning, and after 1 hour, I am still waiting. I contacted Whataburger, and they informed me that the driver refused to deliver to me. My food is currently at the Whataburger waiting for delivery. I had an issue with a previous Postmates driver and had reported it to Whataburger. They assured me that the specific driver would not deliver to me again. Despite today's driver having a different name, they also refused to deliver to me. Following Whataburger's advice, I called Postmates customer service to request another driver. It is frustrating that Whataburger mentioned they are a third-party and cannot intervene in this situation. This experience has left me extremely upset about a food delivery service.

As a new Postmates customer, I had a frustrating experience with my orders. I specified in the instructions to deliver to my mobile home due to my mobility issues. Despite requesting this, the driver did not bring the food, initially refusing a refund. After much back and forth, they agreed to refund my first order. On my second order, I asked for delivery to the window, but the driver seemed unresponsive. When I contacted support after 30 minutes, I was told I wasn't eligible for a refund. I'm perplexed as to why my money is taken when I don't receive my food. The order should require a PIN code, which I am supposed to provide the driver. Since the food wasn't delivered, and the PIN wasn't given, I don't understand why I'm now being denied a refund.
