Hello,
I recently bought a pair of Fila sneakers that were labeled as a Big Boy size 7, which should be equivalent to a Women's 8.5 based on Fila's size chart. I usually wear size 8.5 and have successfully purchased Fila Big Boy size 7 sneakers from Poshmark before without any problems. However, the latest pair I received is labeled as size 7 but is actually a Women's size 7, not Big Boy size 7 as advertised. I opened a dispute for 'Order Not As Described' on the day of delivery, providing photos of the mislabeled sneakers next to a correctly labeled pair I previously bought for comparison.
Despite my evidence, Poshmark dismissed my case stating they don't issue refunds for items that don't fit, but this is a clear case of wrongly labeled sizing. They suggested I resell the sneakers, which I find unfair as they didn't investigate the issue thoroughly. My attempts to escalate this matter to management have been unanswered. I am seeking a refund and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this situation.
Thank you.

The email regarding my purchase from NYAHBEAR on Poshmark was extremely disappointing. The bags I received were falling apart as soon as I took them out of the box. Pieces of leather were flaking off, and the seams were exposed and frayed. The seller clearly acknowledged this issue with a note in the package. I believe the quality is so poor that it's not even worth returning the items. I insist on a full refund and request that this seller be removed from the platform for such substandard products. It was clear that the seller was aware of the condition of the bags and still chose to send them.

I recently experienced fraudulent activity on two purchases allegedly made by someone named Aleks Pugochov. After reaching out to the seller of one item, the second item arrived at my address unexpectedly, instead of the address provided in Delaware. The item, a Smoked Checkwebster Reversible Buckle Belt, order number 5ce192ea221536b38a354129, valued at $[redacted] with a total of $[redacted].97, was not ordered by me and I would like to return it. The seller in question is @shop24seven. Additionally, my account, including my listed items and likes, has been deleted, prompting me to change my passwords. I am seeking assistance in restoring my account and ensuring that my debit card is secure. Despite inquiries, responses have indicated that no orders are linked to @djmontoya54. I would appreciate any help in tracing this issue back to the fraudulent buyer. Thank you. Donna Montoya

I recently bought 4 pairs of Jordan sneakers from a seller, and then made a second purchase of another 4 pairs. I was initially asked to provide my ID for payment verification. After submitting it, I received an email confirming my identity. However, today I got another email stating that my identity wasn't verified and I need to send a screenshot of my ID to Poshmark. I'm puzzled why this verification process wasn't done for my first purchase or any of the other 6 orders I placed in the past month.

I sold a chicwich top to Doctorxyz on May 9, [redacted], and shipped it using a Poshmark label. Dr. XYZ received the top, the payment went through successfully, and everything seemed fine. Yesterday, upon receiving a package addressed to "Doctorxyz" and me, also mentioning another name, Marcia Goldberg, I initially assumed it was something I ordered from Poshmark. However, upon opening it, I found a note requesting a credit due to the item not fitting, and the package seems to have been left at my doorstep without a USPS label, arriving in a Priority mail envelope. I am concerned about this situation and worry that the buyer might show up at my house demanding a refund. Before contacting the buyer on Poshmark, I wanted to reach out here first for advice. I have already reported the buyer for contacting me off of the platform. I hope to receive a prompt response as I've been a loyal Poshmark user for years, and this is the first time dealing with such an issue. Living with others, I prefer not to involve my housemates in this matter. I appreciate your help. Thank you. Sadaf

My account was frozen a while ago due to a possible compromise. My phone was stolen, and I discovered identity theft, so I froze the account to prevent any funds from disappearing. Now that I am trying to access my account on Poshmark, I am having trouble. I am unsure if there is an additional security step required after freezing the account, and I need assistance regaining access. The account was used for one transaction, selling my wedding shoes to someone in Missouri from Florida. I made $68 from the sale. The account was under [redacted] and originally listed under my name and my mother's Bernadette Ariemma. We later changed it to solely her name for fund transfer purposes. I don't have a bank account currently. I am willing to provide identification and transaction details to verify my account. My address is [redacted] W Cypress Ave, Howey in the Hills, FL [redacted]. Thank you. Jennifer Ariemma Stackhouse + Bernadette Ariemma

I accidentally purchased a dress on Poshmark when my offer was immediately bought without my consent. Despite emailing Poshmark and the seller within minutes of the purchase, I received no useful help. Poshmark only responded after 36 hours, stating the item was already on its way without addressing my issue. I repeatedly asked for a phone number to speak with a representative but got no response. The item arrived, and I am frustrated with the lack of customer service. The transaction was on May 31, [redacted], and the transaction number is 5cf1d[redacted]f86c5fbfb780.

Hello,
I bought an Apple Watch yesterday. When I saw that the seller had been inactive for two weeks, I got concerned. It seems like they may have deleted the app from their phone. Since I am going on a cruise this Friday and need the watch, I would like to cancel the order and get a refund as soon as possible. The seller has not replied to any comments either. My username on Poshmark is @thefireishere.
Thank you, Brendan

I recently had an order that unfortunately experienced a mix-up in bags. I was sending out multiple orders simultaneously, and due to this confusion, there was an issue with the delivery. Even though we resolved it together, a claim had already been filed, and I have not received the refund of $25 as the money appears to have been sent back to me. I have photographic evidence of the package not being in my mailbox. Despite sending the buyer a new dress promptly, she has not yet reimbursed me via PayPal. This situation is quite distressing, as I am now out another dress. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter as it is of utmost importance to me. Thank you.

I believe my Poshmark account was compromised as someone made a purchase using my PayPal without my authorization. Despite not using my account for weeks and not making any purchases in almost three months, I was billed for shoes bought through my account. The transaction only showed up in my account activity two days later. I have contacted Poshmark several times over the past five days regarding this issue, but they have not responded or taken any action. Instead, they blocked my account and notified me that it was due to my claim to PayPal. I find Poshmark's lack of concern and their decision to penalize me for reporting fraudulent activity very disappointing.

I recently purchased an MCM backpack, but unfortunately, the product I received was a cheap knock-off that looks nothing like the one in the pictures. I am trying to return it, but I am unable to do so because the order status is pending shipment scan. Poshmark has sent me an email instructing me to file a claim or the funds will be released. Despite my attempts to contact Poshmark support regarding this issue and providing pictures of the fake product, I keep receiving the same response to file a claim, which I cannot do with the pending shipment status. I own authentic MCM bags and do not wish to be charged for this fake product. I would like to resolve this matter promptly, and I am wondering if there is a customer service number I can call for assistance.

I recently sold a pair of Chanel sunglasses on Poshmark. Unfortunately, the buyer changed her mind and damaged the sunglasses, filing a claim against me. I provided detailed photos that clearly show the condition of the sunglasses when I sold them, but she was still refunded. Poshmark allowed her to keep the sunglasses for a full week before returning them to me damaged and missing the dustcloth. I reached out to Poshmark for help, but I have been disappointed by their response. Despite evidence, they sided with the buyer and offered no support to me as the seller. I have repeatedly tried to contact them, asking to speak with someone in management, but my emails have gone unanswered. It is frustrating that Poshmark does not seem to value their sellers, and I am seeking reimbursement for the damaged sunglasses.

Poshmark suspended my account unfairly without any valid justification. I was accused of selling replicas, which is completely untrue and irrelevant to my account. Despite requesting proof of the alleged "warnings" they claimed to have sent me, I received no response. I dedicated significant time and effort over the past 6 months to build my business on their platform, only to be blindsided by the suspension based on outdated listings from three years ago. Their lack of communication and refusal to address my concerns is extremely frustrating. I have been unable to get a clear explanation and feel unheard in this situation. The inability to speak to a representative directly adds to the frustration. It's disappointing how they handle these matters without transparency and fairness. I hope for a resolution to this issue and seek your assistance to address this unjust treatment. Best regards, Susan McCaffrey Kohr

I recently reached out to "GetHuman" in an attempt to address my current suspension from Poshmark. My account was suspended arbitrarily with false accusations that I was never given the chance to address. Despite requesting copies of the alleged warnings and evidence of violations, I received no response from Poshmark. After investing significant time and effort in building my business on their site for the past 6 months, I was shocked to learn that my suspension was based on listings from three years ago, even though I had not engaged with the platform since January [redacted].
The lack of communication and inability to speak with someone directly about this issue has been incredibly frustrating. Poshmark selectively responds to my emails, ignoring my valid questions and requests for clarification. I am extremely upset by the injustice and disregard shown by Poshmark. They need to provide a fair platform for dialogue and allow users to dispute allegations. I hope that someone can intervene and help rectify this situation.
Best regards,
S.M. Kohr

I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived, but unfortunately, they have been poorly made. The sandals are so tight that my foot cannot fit under the slip. I provided Poshmark with a photo showing that even my fingers can barely fit under the slip, but they denied my return request. I feel it is unfair to expect me to keep shoes that do not fit properly due to their low quality and poor construction.

Lately, Poshmark has become a haven for scammers, and many users, including myself, feel that the platform is not doing enough to protect us. I recently encountered multiple instances of sellers peddling fake Louis Vuitton items and engaging in various scam tactics. Despite reporting these accounts, they seem to remain active and continue to deceive buyers. The scammers not only sell replicas at full price but also resort to sending empty boxes or engaging in verbal confrontations when exposed. It is disheartening that Poshmark's response to these fraudulent activities feels inadequate. Many of us dedicate significant time daily to flagging fake listings, but our efforts often seem futile. The fact that scammers are seemingly profiting while disregarding Poshmarkâs policies is alarming. The community's well-being and the platform's integrity are at stake. I have documented evidence of these occurrences and would appreciate guidance on how to address this issue effectively. I am open to collaborating with Poshmark as a moderator to combat these scams. I hope to engage with someone from corporate to explore viable solutions to this ongoing problem. Thank you.

Hello,
I arrived home from a trip last night and discovered that the dress I ordered from Poshmark had been delivered. The dress is a Ralph Lauren Cheetah Print Fitted Dress, priced at $30.00 and labeled as a Size 2. However, upon trying it on, I realized the dress is actually a Size 2P, which is too short for my 5'8.5" height to wear comfortably. I typically wear a size 2 regular but sometimes opt for a size 2P in Talbots due to their skirt lengths.
I would like to return this dress for a full refund, including the return shipping costs, as it was not as described in the listing. The order number for this purchase is 5d2422f47fc2a643ccf31153, made on 7/08/19. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I purchased some items from Poshmark that were not as described. I have been trying to return them, but Poshmark is giving me a hard time even though the seller isn't. I have provided all the photos with measuring tapes and natural lighting as requested by Poshmark, but they keep asking for more detailed photos. The seller's photos were not as detailed as what Poshmark is asking me for, as they used filters to enhance colors and an inaccurate size chart. This is my first negative experience with Poshmark, and I'm unsure of what to do next for a return. Dealing with customer service has been disappointing and not worth the hassle and money. I hope for a resolution. Thank you.

I made an offer for a Coach purse to another user, Marie Pose, who accepted the offer with a 3-day mailing requirement. After 4 days passed with no response from Marie Pose, I reached out multiple times due to my upcoming move. Despite her continued activity on Poshmark, she did not reply. On the 13th day, I decided to cancel as she was unresponsive. However, Marie Pose then suddenly initiated shipping. Poshmark prompted me to confirm the order or request a return, something I had never encountered before. Assuming my cancellation was already processed, I did not take any action. Checking my card, I found no refund, although it supposedly went through successfully. I selected the return option as instructed but now cannot get my money back until the purse is returned, which I do not have in my possession and lack a tracking number for. I believe it is unfair that I am unable to access my funds due to the seller shipping after the cancellation. I have contacted Poshmark for assistance but have yet to receive a response, leaving me anxious about retrieving my money.

I recently purchased a dress online that was listed as a size 0, but upon receiving it, I realized it was actually a size 4 that had been shrunk. Despite the seller acknowledging this, I trusted their claim that it was a size 0. I own several size 0 dresses from Reformation that fit perfectly, so I was surprised to find this dress extremely small. I compared it to the same dress in size 0 that I bought directly from Reformation and the difference is significant. I am unable to wear this dress and cannot in good conscience sell it. I am requesting a full refund as I feel misled by the seller's description of the item. The size discrepancy is substantial, and the dress is more suitable for a 12-year-old than an adult. I am eager to return the dress and recover the $[redacted] I spent on it, as it is of no use to me in its current state.
