Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of a product I received for my son in July [redacted]. The item, which is still with the tag as my son was too young to wear it, has deteriorated significantly. Upon trying to use it this year, I noticed the plastic structure has become sticky and unusable. As a loyal customer who values the quality of your products, I am surprised that a Polaroid item would deteriorate so quickly, especially since it was never used. This experience does not align with the reputation your brand has for quality and durability over time. I recently purchased a new Polaroid camera and encountered some issues with it. After taking the first picture successfully, I faced problems with the subsequent ones. Despite pressing the red button multiple times, the camera failed to capture additional pictures. Upon inspecting, I found that the photos were stuck inside the film pack and didn't develop properly. I tried removing and reinserting the film pack several times, resulting in wasted film that turned out white due to exposure to light. I then followed a tutorial on YouTube and discovered that the issue might be related to the light affecting the film. Subsequently, I used the self-timer function, which improved the picture quality, but I noticed discrepancies in the number of pictures remaining on the camera. I am unsure what the exact problem might be. Thank you.

My daughter received a Polaroid Go as a Christmas gift and just opened it today. I was surprised by the lack of directions considering the price charged. The pictures take a long time to develop and end up very dark, making it hard to see them. This is particularly disappointing for my daughter, who has an intellectual disability and was excited to take pictures herself. Due to the poor quality, she now feels like she did something wrong. I made sure the flash was on and even had two additional lights on, but the pictures were still unusable and had to be thrown away, adding to the expense of the film. I have no interest in a replacement, as I've had this since December. I recognize that not everyone can be satisfied, but I do hope that Polaroid will address these issues.

I purchased a Polaroid IS049 along with a Micro SD memory card, but the camera is prompting me to format the card without providing any instructions. After unsuccessful attempts to find help, I decided to give up. Subsequently, when I ordered a Polaroid IS048, I received the IS049 instead. The two cameras are very similar with subtle differences in appearance. The IS049 features the word "Polaroid" in black at the center front, surrounded by black coloring around the lens. On the other hand, the IS048 displays "Polaroid" and "IS048" in white at the top of the camera front, with a silver lining around the lens. Although I received the IS049 and already own one, I want the IS048 instead. The package lacks clear indication of the camera model, but based on my existing IS049, I can tell from the outside that the camera sent is the IS049. How can I proceed with exchanging the IS049 for the correct model, the IS048?

I purchased the Polaroid GO Instant Mini Camera in October [redacted]. However, when I insert a new pack of film, the camera makes the clicking sound, the rollers start rolling, but no film or black screen protector comes out. I suspect there is an issue with the rollers' alignment or where the film is inserted. Despite trying various film packs, the issue persists. I contacted "[redacted]" in June, followed their troubleshooting advice with no success, and was redirected to Amazon. Amazon referred me to contact you for further assistance. I am disappointed with the challenges in seeking help, especially from a reputable company like Polaroid. Could you please repair or replace my camera as it should still be in good condition after only 6 months of use? I appreciate your attention and response. Thank you.

I own a Polaroid 55" Smart TV that I use with a Roku TV for streaming. The problem is that every time I turn off the TV, it goes through the initial setup questions. It asks for my wifi password, scans for channels, and it's becoming quite tedious having to do this every time I want to watch something. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue as it's frustrating to spend several minutes setting up the TV before being able to use it.

I recently purchased a remote shutter on Amazon but realized it was incompatible with my camera. When I tried to process an exchange before the return window closed, the item disappeared from my account. Despite contacting Amazon and being informed my order was cancelled for no clear reason, I insisted I had received and been charged for the item. After further communication with them, I was informed that my account was reinstated, but now it's past the exchange deadline due to Amazon's error. I find this situation frustrating and unjust. I hope to find a resolution to exchange the remote shutter for the correct one that suits my camera. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently purchased Polaroid Color Film for SX-70 ([redacted]) and was disappointed to find that all the photos taken were blank. As a photographer, I was looking forward to using the film, but unfortunately, not a single usable photo was produced. I paid $20, plus tax, for the film, and I would appreciate some assistance with this issue. If necessary, I am willing to provide photos of the unsuccessful prints for further clarification. I bought a 4-pack of films from Amazon, but the first two packs have been disappointing. The photos have harsh yellow or blue colors, washed-out areas, and missing color splotches on the edges. I initially thought it was a one-time problem with the first pack, but the second one is the same. Now, I have 16 terrible photos that were quite expensive. I believe I received a defective pack of films. In the past, I have purchased other packs from Amazon without any issues, so I am certain it's not my camera at fault.

Hello, I recently received a shipment of 5 boxes of Polaroid film from Amazon in January [redacted] after receiving a Polaroid camera for Christmas. Out of the 3 boxes I have used, the 3rd box was defective as the photos had big brown and black circles on them. I am hoping to inquire about a replacement for the faulty film. I purchased two packs of Polaroid B&W Film for SX-70 ([redacted]) on Amazon. After using both packs at a wedding event, I encountered issues with 6/8 shots turning out blank without developing. The film did not eject properly, leaving streaks at the bottom upon removal. This has not occurred in the over 2 years I have been using this camera and film. The boxes the film arrived in were also dented. I am seeking a full refund for both packs. Hello, I would like to report an issue with the order I received. I purchased two boxes of 24-color [redacted] films for my wedding, and unfortunately, it seems like they were not stored correctly before shipping. The photos are developing with only half of the image appearing. I tested a pack from each box and encountered the same problem - half brown and the other half showing a poorly developed image with reduced contrast and desaturation. I recently purchased a Polaroid Color Film for [redacted] double pack, but unfortunately, the film seems to be defective. It may have been affected by fluctuating temperatures in storage or could be expired. When I used the film in two different cameras, I observed that it does not fully develop and leaves streaks where the chemicals should release. I purchased a 40 I-type Polaroid film variety pack from Amazon. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Upon receiving the package, I only found three 8-packs of film, containing 1 color, 1 color with a black frame, and 1 black & white film. The remaining 16 films are missing. I kindly ask for the missing films to be sent to me without any additional charges since I've already paid for the shipping of the initial order. I can provide pictures or any other necessary details if required.

Dear Customer Service, I previously sent an email regarding a damaged item I received from you. I had ordered a 2-pack of film, which arrived damaged. The films were stored in Amazon packaging in a cool, dark place until I opened them recently for use. Unfortunately, most of the films are damaged, and I can provide pictures as proof. I purchased the Polaroid Now+ Camera along with filter caps and $60 worth of film. However, every photo I take turns out too dark or doesn't develop. Despite watching several instructional videos and browsing the support website, I haven't been able to resolve the issue. Initially, the camera wouldn't turn on, even after charging it overnight, and the buttons were unresponsive. Additionally, the filter cap kept falling off whenever I tried to change it. I believe this unit may be defective, as it has been a frustrating experience given the total cost of approximately $[redacted] for items that aren't functioning properly. I would appreciate a replacement for the camera, preferably one that is functional. The situation has been quite stressful considering the investment made in purchasing the camera and film.
