I bought a 32-inch Polaroid TV at Target on July 21, [redacted], for my elderly, sick husband. The TV works perfectly, but the remote control is not functioning despite changing to new batteries. I reached out to Target, and they advised me to contact you for a remote control replacement. I urgently need a new remote as my husband, who had a stroke, relies on it. I purchased a linked flip phone based on the information on the box that it was compatible with AT&T. However, the phone did not work with AT&T when I tried to activate it with a new sim card. Additionally, the box promised a charger, which was not included. This has caused me inconvenience, wasted time, and money, as I had to buy another phone at three times the cost. I am not interested in returning the phone to Polaroid for a refund but would appreciate receiving a charger for the phone and one prepaid month with a carrier that actually supports the device. I believe this is a fair resolution. As an alternative, I have a love for photography and would also be happy with a Cube action camera from Polaroid. I have been trying to reach SouthernTelecom for the past five days, and despite speaking with them three times and exchanging emails, I still haven't received a clear answer from them. My main question is about downloading the firmware update for my Polaroid tablet Pmid705 with Android Version 4.0.4 from my Galaxy S7 phone since I don't have a computer. I want to make sure it won't cause any issues with my Galaxy phone. Currently, I'm unable to download or use any apps on my tablet, even after wiping it clean multiple times. I have sufficient internal storage and have tried various solutions, including a factory reset. I really need assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I recently bought a brand new Polaroid Digital UHD LED TV 65GSR4100KN from Kmart as a gift on 11/23/[redacted]. However, I am facing an issue where the TV turns off by itself after 5-6 minutes. I have checked the power source, the Auto shut off function in the menu is turned off, and only HDMI1 is in use. Despite these adjustments, the TV shuts down completely, showing a black screen with the red off light on. It becomes unresponsive and freezes at the Polaroid logo screen when turned back on, requiring it to be unplugged for some time before functioning properly again. This repeated unplugging is inconvenient for me, especially considering the effort it took to set up the TV. Living in the US Virgin Islands adds complexity to resolving this matter. I have bought 2 Polaroid portable 9" DVD players within a year for my 6-year-old daughter to watch DVDs on our holiday flights. Unfortunately, neither player lasted until the end of each trip. One would not turn off, draining the battery until it stopped working. The second player stopped charging after only 2 days, leaving my daughter frustrated. I am disappointed that a reputable company like yours sells such poor quality items, causing heartbreak for kids. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the products you offer. I will reconsider purchasing Polaroid products in the future and will inform my friends.

I purchased a Polaroid SnapTouch in January [redacted]. I have used it lightly and kept it in a case when not in use. When I tried to use it for Christmas, it wouldn't turn on or charge. It seems to be a common problem related to the battery. After contacting Polaroid, they acknowledged it could be a battery issue but require proof of purchase to fix it. I am unable to purchase a new battery or send it in for repairs. It’s disappointing to have spent almost $[redacted] on a product that seems to have such a short lifespan. I purchased a Polaroid TV from an Asda Living store last year, and it has malfunctioned even though it's not a year old. Unfortunately, I've misplaced the receipt, which also serves as proof of purchase and warranty. Asda hasn't been cooperative, so I had to hire a private TV technician to diagnose and hopefully repair the issue at my own expense. Can Polaroid offer any assistance for our situation? Hello, I recently purchased a PD-G55H dash cam. The initial recording was clear, but subsequent ones have become unreadable. I reached out to Polaroid South Africa, who requested the serial number and promised to provide new software. They sent me two options based on the camera version ([redacted] or [redacted] - mine is [redacted]). Unfortunately, my workplace deleted this email due to security concerns, and I cannot download files there. I asked Polaroid to send the software to my personal address but have not received a response. I tried calling them with no luck. Can you please assist in sending me the software mentioned in the email from Polaroid SA? If the version is PDG55-96[redacted]-XXXXXXXX, I need XF01_650_OV2710_[redacted]2_V1.zip. I hope this will resolve the issue; otherwise, I might consider returning the product and opting for a Garmin instead.

I have a Polaroid television. I turned it off at night, and when I switched it on in the morning, the screen was blank. An engineer confirmed it is a manufacturer's fault. I received this TV as a gift two years ago and don't have a receipt. The label on the back states it was made for Asda Stores in Great Britain. Asda insists on a receipt, but given the TV is exclusive to Asda as per the label, I believe they should replace it as a responsible party. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Mint Shoot and Print camera along with Zink paper for my daughter's wedding reception at a restaurant. I intended for guests to use it for the guest book. After testing it out under similar lighting conditions, where I anticipated using the flash for each shot, I found that most of the pictures turned out dark and underexposed. Only about 1 in 5 actually came out decently exposed. It seems like the flash might not be strong enough. Could there be an issue with the camera itself? I bought it from Amazon. I received a Polaroid camera as a birthday gift bought from Walmart. I opened it a week ago and yesterday it suddenly stopped working. A black piece fell out, causing all the lights to flash red when turned on. I can no longer take pictures with it. I've only had it for a week. I'm unsure if I should return it to the Walmart store where it was purchased or if there is another course of action to address this issue.

I purchased a Polaroid IP 810W camera which worked well until I switched to an iMac computer four years ago. Despite not having updated software for this model, using open-source options, I'm unable to connect to the camera. I've attempted accessing it through various IP addresses without success. The box lists the password as [redacted]. I am disappointed with the lack of support and the short lifespan of the camera, especially considering its cost and shipping charges from Amazon. Polaroid's reputation influenced my purchase, but my faith in the brand has waned. It's disheartening that the camera ceased functioning in less than a year. Can anyone offer assistance? I am confused about why I can only access a few apps on my TV. I cannot find an App Store or any way to download additional TV apps. I am not interested in social media apps like Facebook or Twitter on my phone. However, I really want to be able to watch Disney+ on my TV since I have a subscription but I am unable to do so currently. I own a large 55-inch Polaroid UHT TV which is great, but I am unsure how to add more apps to it.

I recently received a Polaroid Cube, but I'm facing issues as it only powers on when connected to a charging cable. Despite various attempts like pressing the "on" button, removing and reinserting the micro SD card, or changing between [redacted] and [redacted] resolution, the problem persists. While the Cube functions when connected, it shuts down completely when unplugged, even during recording. This is troubling since I just received it today, and it appears defective.
