I am trying to access my account for the first time to buy a game on PlayStation, but I am having trouble making the purchase using my debit card or credit card. Dear PS, I was suspended without a valid reason that I am aware of and did not receive any email explaining the cause. The suspension was said to be due to a chargeback, which I dispute and would willingly settle any debts if necessary. This unexpected suspension jeopardizes over 8 years of progress in my purchased games. I kindly request a review of this decision to reinstate my account. Despite attempting to appeal, I am experiencing difficulties in the process and have been unsuccessful in regaining access. Thank you.

A while back, my PS4 account was permanently banned. The email linked to the account is [redacted] and the username is Sickseb123. I remember receiving just one warning before being banned. I believe the ban occurred because I accidentally shared an explicit image in a group chat after someone else sent it to me. I realize my mistake and take full responsibility. I feel a suspension would have been appropriate instead of a permanent ban, considering my clean record besides one previous temporary warning. I connected my old PlayStation 4 to play with a friend instead of using my PS5. I hadn't turned on the PS4 in a while, so I had to reset my password for the PlayStation Network. However, after resetting the password, it prompted me for a two-factor authentication code which I never received on my phone. I realized I had never set up 2FA using an authentication app, which made it impossible to sign in since I was logged out of PSN on all devices, including the app on my phone. I have been unable to access my account on any device since then.

I purchased a PS5 for my stepson as a Christmas gift. We are having trouble accessing his PSN account on the new console because we used his mother's work email, which is no longer active since she left the company. The account is currently active on his PS4, but we are unsure how to sign in on the PS5 without the password and with no access to the email.

Yesterday, I encountered a gamer with the tag "thejewbomber," and I messaged them calling them "jew." I have been suspended for 7 days, which I find unfair. I believe the offensive gamertag should be addressed too. My suspension seems to be automated, as it happened on Christmas Day. Please reconsider and unsuspend my account.

My 12-year-old son is having trouble accepting or sending friend requests on his new FIFA 23 game on PS5. I have a fairly new account called gaming_nuggie17 that I seldom used on my PS3. Recently, I upgraded to a PS5 and logged in with the same account. I added some friends, but I am unable to use the text chat or party chat features. It states that I violated the terms of service. I intended to cancel my annual PlayStation Plus subscription before Christmas to avoid the auto-renewal on Christmas. Unfortunately, I forgot to do so. It ended up charging me and using the gift card I had received. I have already canceled the subscription and now seek a refund. I have tried contacting PlayStation support through the online assistant approximately 10 times. Despite being told I would have a short wait of less than 10 or 20 minutes, I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes on each occasion. One time, I even waited for 2 hours without connecting to an agent. When I called customer service, I was directed back to the online assistant. I request a refund since I have already taken the step to cancel my subscription.
