I purchased a PSPlus membership using my father's credit card in Greece before coming to the US to study. Due to a misunderstanding, the payment was cancelled, resulting in a ban on my account. Despite fixing the payment issue, my account remains suspended due to what I suspect is a pricing discrepancy between US and Greek memberships. I have tried contacting PS4 customer support to resolve this, but have been unable to get assistance. I am eager to pay for the US membership and regain access to my account, but I am stuck without access to PlayStationStore. I am reaching out for help to resolve this situation, as I value my account and gaming history.

While playing Rocket League, I engaged in a trade with another player on PlayStation. However, the trade couldn't proceed because the other player claimed their currency was on a different account. They sent me a PSN square barcode, which redirected me to the PSN app, confirming that my request was sent. Shortly after, my PlayStation signed me out, prompting me with a notification asking if I was logging into a PS5, which I found suspicious. Now, I am unable to log back into my PS4 despite using the correct email and password. I attempted to reset my password but did not receive the email. The username of the other individual involved in the trade was Ad4m_R4h3emzZzZ.

Hello, I recently received an email notifying me of a permanent ban from the PSN due to an alleged breach of the community guidelines. I am confident this is an error as I was actually trying to report someone who violated the terms. I have learned from past suspensions to refrain from using inappropriate language or behavior. Restoring my account is crucial as I have made significant investments into it. Despite attempting to appeal through the website, it indicated that my account was not on record. I'm unsure why I received a ban, but the night I got banned, the only thing I can remember mentioning in my group chat, created for ladies, was "no homosexual virgins here." As a member of the LGBTQ community, I would never intentionally offend others; I was simply clarifying the group's exclusion of males. Expressing my disappointment with the 7-day ban, I don't believe my words constituted hate speech. I hope Playstation will consider investigating further before issuing bans based on single words.

Good morning, I would appreciate it if someone could investigate my son's account. Last week, his account was hacked, and after he contacted you for assistance he noticed three unauthorized charges on my credit card. Consequently, his account was shut down and a new username was assigned. Sadly, his new account is now suspended due to the transactions from the hack. My son's username is JK_Kidd, and as his Dad, I had to cancel my credit card after it was compromised. We were advised by a Sony PlayStation representative to take this action. We have invested a significant amount in this console and games, and we are not attempting to commit fraud. Please investigate this situation thoroughly and refrain from punishing my son for events beyond his control.

I have noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my account. Although my bank has blocked some of them, a total of four transactions for $69.99 each have gone through. Unfortunately, my account has been hacked, and I am unable to access it. This situation has left me without any funds to support my children or pay my bills. While playing GTA Online on my PlayStation, I suddenly got logged out of my account. Upon attempting to log back in, I was informed that my account had been temporarily suspended. The system mentioned that an email would be sent to my primary email associated with the account, yet I have not received any communication. I am unable to reconnect or access my account. I am uncertain of the reason for the suspension as there was no prior warning provided, only a suggestion to review the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. My PlayStation account got hacked, and the hacker added 2-step authentication. I've changed my password, but I'm locked out without the 2-step verification. The online help service directed me to the Belgium branch, which can't assist because my account is set there, and they don't offer English support. I'm unsure how to regain access to my account.

I received a ban for a violation, but I did not engage in any behavior that would harm or offend anyone. Occasionally, my brother uses my PlayStation, and he tends to use inappropriate language with curses. It was not my actions that led to this issue, but rather my brother's. I will ensure that he does not repeat this behavior and will also have my mother address the matter with him. I kindly request that my account be reinstated as I am not responsible for the violation.

Yesterday while playing GTA5 online on my PlayStation 4, I encountered a troublesome individual who verbally threatened and harassed me in the game chat and through direct messages on my PSN account. Despite my attempts to ask them to stop, the person used inappropriate language and even told me to harm myself. I reported the incident to PlayStation, explaining the situation, and received a 7-day suspension, which I believe is unfair given that the harasser may have made false reports. I urge PlayStation to permanently ban this individual to prevent them from causing distress to other paying customers like myself.

I recently noticed that the email linked to my account has been changed on your system. My account name is cyberdragoon614 and the original email I used was [redacted] However, it seems that your system now recognizes it as [redacted] I am unable to see any recent transactions on the PlayStation store, even though my PS4 is working fine. I have contacted PlayStation multiple times and provided various pieces of information such as the serial number of my PS4 and the last four digits of the card on file. However, I do not know the first four digits of the expired card they are requesting. This situation has been ongoing for over a month, and with my demanding work schedule of 85 hours a week, I am struggling to find time to resolve this issue. I am seeking assistance in order to regain access to my account and enjoy the games I have purchased.

I experienced a software glitch that required me to re-associate my Microsoft account with PlayStation for a Minecraft Realms subscription. PlayStation Network erroneously treated it as a second purchase and started charging me twice for the same Realms server. Despite only having access to one server, I was billed twice, with the billing dates two weeks apart. Even though the subscriptions showed the same start and expiration dates on my PlayStation account, customer support declined my refund request, citing a 14-day limit for refunds, without investigating the issue. They did cancel the second subscription but did not resolve the overcharge. After unsuccessful attempts with PlayStation and Microsoft/Minecraft support, I removed my credit card from the PlayStation account to prevent further charges. To reclaim the money, I informed my bank and successfully disputed the duplicate charges for September and October [redacted]. However, PlayStation suspended my account and changed my password without consent due to the chargebacks. They are withholding account access until I repay the refunded charges. I recently discovered that there are rules against hate speech, but I didn't initiate any hateful messages; the other users did. I choose not to report them since most are from around the world, and it's just words. I find it unfair that after purchasing PlayStation Plus right before the ban, I am unable to use it now due to being banned without reporting anyone. I use abbreviations, especially with unknown kids, and it's mainly adult men causing issues and reporting me for standing up to them. I was suspended for 60 days, and I have served around 32 days. I wanted to explore any possibilities to lift the ban.

A few months ago, my PlayStation account under the name Big_BlackHawk was permanently suspended. I noticed a PlayStation charge on my bank account which I initially believed was an error. Upon investigation, I learned that PlayStation's terms of service state differently. Despite being a loyal customer for most of my life, the difficulty in contacting a multimillion-dollar corporation and the lack of response to my calls have left me frustrated. I am considering switching to X-BOX unless I can regain access to my PlayStation account without repurchasing my games. I urge them to uphold what is rightfully mine before losing me as a customer and friend forever. While playing Rocket League, I encountered a player who was being disrespectful. After asking him to 1v1, he continued with verbal abuse, even making inappropriate comments about my mother. Frustrated, I responded with unkind words as well. Subsequently, I reported him and continued playing with my friends. Unfortunately, I received a ban lasting until January 26th. I am disheartened by this as it affects my plans for Christmas with my friends. I understand the consequences of my actions, but I humbly request for the ban to be lifted before Christmas. Feeling provoked, I reacted with strong language, which I regret. Following this exchange, I reported the player. Unfortunately, I was later banned until January 26th, which has left me upset, especially considering the impact on my holiday plans. I am not seeking to have the ban removed entirely, but I kindly request for it to be lifted in time for Christmas so I can enjoy the season with my friends. On September 26th, my son, S.H., placed an order for a Playstation 5. His sister had ordered one a week earlier as a gift for her boyfriend at a different address. When Sam tried to pay, his billing address matched his sister's. He used his grandmother's credit card, had it delivered to his workplace, and later reimbursed his grandmother $[redacted]. Despite being told the package was returned to UPS for delivery, it was erroneously claimed as delivered the next day to the billing address without success. Although a dispute was lodged with UPS, they assert it was successfully delivered and signed for by S.H., which is inaccurate as he never received it. A second system was then ordered under a new account with my name and arrived without incident. Unfortunately, a dispute with the credit card company was rejected due to insufficient information and the original delivery confirmation. Assistance is urgently required. Your prompt help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I deeply regret it and I am truly sorry. Could you please unban me? I won't repeat this behavior.
