Hello. I have encountered a problem with my Playstation account regarding the Persona 5 Royal themes that I should have received for unlocking specific trophies in the game. I have completed the Castle of Lust: Seized, Pyramid of Wrath: Plundered, The Thorough Trickster, and The Phenomenal Phantom Thief achievements, which are meant to unlock various theme packs. Despite waiting for several months, I have not yet received any of these themes. My son's account under the name "rayray_loces" was unexpectedly suspended without proper reason. I am curious to know who reported the account, as the report made against it seems to be false. The suspension initially lasted for 30 days. Upon his account being reinstated, my son informed three online friends about his return, only to have the account suspended again for 60 days shortly after.
I reached out to Sony for assistance, but unfortunately, the representative mentioned that there is limited action they can take regarding the situation. I am considering suggesting to my son to sell his PS4 and PS5 consoles, along with his games, and possibly switch to the Xbox platform. It's disheartening that Sony may not be adequately addressing reports based on false claims by players.

I am frustrated that my account was hacked and I am unable to access my Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Crunchyroll, and PlayStation accounts due to being signed out. I have tried contacting customer service via phone and email multiple times, but have not received any responses. It is alarming that the person who tried to hack my account is the same person who reported me. I need immediate assistance to regain access to my accounts before any further unauthorized actions are taken. I accidentally had auto-renewal enabled on my PS Plus subscription without realizing it. My bank notified me about an unauthorized payment two days later. After contacting my bank, they canceled the payment and my card. I later discovered that the deduction was for the PS Plus subscription. I would like my account reinstated. I had a temporary suspension in the past, but I have not breached any rules since then.

Over a year ago, my PS4 was hacked, and the hacker set themselves as the primary user. Despite PlayStation's limitation of changing the primary user every six months, I couldn't reclaim my account. The hacker even made a purchase using my credit card, which I couldn't refund through PlayStation due to the lack of appropriate options and customer service. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge, which resulted in a refund but led to PlayStation permanently suspending my account for canceling the transaction. Unfortunately, the lack of customer support at PlayStation has left me without access to my account, while the hacker continues to exploit others.

Last Saturday, on 3/12/22, at 10:33, I was in a PlayStation party chatting with friends when I was unexpectedly kicked offline and received an error message stating my account was temporarily suspended due to allegations of hate speech, racism, and sexism. This came as a shock as I have never engaged in such behavior. My friends and I communicate outside of PlayStation through Snapchat or text messages, so I am unsure how this could have happened since we don't use the platform for communication. I reached out to customer service on Monday, and was informed that my case would be escalated, but I have not received any updates since then. I have run multiple Internet tests, and each time I encounter the same PSN failure. This leads to a lack of access to Internet features. Despite our Internet connection being active, attempting to sign into PSN is a slow process that often times out. The SSID shows a secure connection, indicating it's not a broader Internet issue. However, the problem seems isolated to PSN. This issue has persisted for several days despite our attempts to troubleshoot by updating the System Software, restoring default settings, and rebuilding the database. Without successfully signing in, essential Internet features remain inaccessible. Due to a friend's reliance on a mobile hotspot, the situation becomes more urgent as they are accruing excessive mobile data charges in attempts to address this problem. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I own a PlayStation 5, and about 11 days ago, it stopped running games. The console turns on and functions on the home screen, but when I try to play a game, it freezes at the 'press to start' screen. None of the buttons respond except for the PS button to return to the home screen. I've confirmed it's not a controller issue as all buttons work until I launch a game. I've even tried troubleshooting in safe mode by clearing the cache, redownloading system software, and rebuilding the database, but none of these solutions have resolved the problem. I am seeking assistance regarding my permanent ban from PlayStation. I have attempted to contact the moderators, as this marks my third ban. I strongly believe my second ban was unjust, receiving it shortly after my initial one-week ban. The email claimed I sent an inappropriate text, but I had only shared a player from Destiny 2 that night. Though my third ban is accurate for a text message, it implies this is actually my second offense. My appeal was denied, possibly due to insufficient information. Yesterday, I purchased the PS5 and traded my PS4 at GameStop. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed to back up my data for transfer. As a result, I was unable to migrate my data to the new PS5, especially as I acquired PlayStation Plus after the purchase.
Upon returning to GameStop to retrieve my PS4 for data recovery, I found it had been sold. Luckily, I have the PS4's serial number from the receipt - MC[redacted]67. I kindly request Sony's assistance in remotely recovering my data/progress from the PS4 and transferring it to my PS5. This is crucial to retain the progress on games I've enjoyed over the years. I'm attempting to purchase a one-month PS Plus subscription. When I go to checkout and select my credit card as the payment method, the purchase confirmation page freezes. I'm unable to click on anything, specifically the "proceed to checkout" button. This issue is only happening when I try to buy PS Plus; I can purchase other games without any problem. The highlight disappears on the purchase confirmation page, and I am unable to proceed to checkout.
