I bought a game on Oct 21st, which unfortunately did not work. I have been attempting to contact PlayStation Network for the past two weeks to resolve this matter. However, my efforts to reach them have been in vain. My calls have gone unanswered, and when I tried to chat with a live agent, I got disconnected twice. Even on the following Monday, I waited on hold for an extended period during my work break. I am eager to receive a refund within the 14-day policy window so that I can allocate the funds towards purchasing the game I desire.

I am encountering an issue with my PlayStation account as it's stating there is a ban on it preventing me from logging in. Despite being 46 years old and not engaging in any malicious activities, I am unable to access my account. I have not used my PlayStation for several years and recently purchased a new copy of GTA5. I need to link accounts with Rockstar Games but feel hesitant to proceed due to this situation. I have reviewed the Terms of Service and have not received any communication regarding this matter.

I'm confused about the ban I received from PlayStation. The email mentioned it was due to hate speech or sexist comments, but I'm always mindful of my words online and don't condone hate speech. It's frustrating not being able to access something I subscribe to because of false accusations.

I don't understand why Sony forces players to upgrade the PlayStation firmware just to play online. Some users feel frustrated as upgrades often come with lost features. This has caused discontent among some customers over the years, leading to jailbreaks and exploits. I will consider jailbreaking my PS4 and PS5 to avoid these restrictions. There is a warning to Sony to be cautious of potential hackers as some users might attempt to bypass these limitations.

While playing GTA Online, I encountered some players repeatedly killing me. I messaged them politely to request that they stop. My username, thebiggestgay69, is meant to be light-hearted as I am gay. Unfortunately, due to my username, I faced discriminatory remarks from these players about the LGBTQ+ community. I am now seeking assistance to get unbanned since I didn’t engage in any inappropriate behavior; I simply asked them to cease the attacks. I am eager to regain access to my account. Hello, I created a PlayStation account to redeem my son's code for playing online. My son's account was banned. The message stated that the PlayStation Network account was permanently suspended due to breaching the Code of Conduct in the Terms of Service. The reason given was an attempt to defraud, access someone's account, or obtain personal information without consent. I was charged in advance for a game released in November. I expected a refund within 14 days of the download, but was denied. After disputing the charge, my bank mentioned a legal requirement for a refund, yet the company still refuses. As a result, my account is now restricted until the payment is settled.

I recently had a friend over, and we tried to connect our PS4 controllers to our smartphones. Unfortunately, I am now having trouble reconnecting my PS4 controller back to my PS4. I remember accidentally changing the connection setting from "USB cable" to "Bluetooth." I am currently stuck on a screen instructing me to press the PlayStation button, but a blue light keeps flashing when I plug in the USB to the controller. I suspect this issue is related to the Bluetooth setting change I made.

I had an issue with my account yesterday. I began making purchases with my credit card specifically for in-game currency for GTA V. Everything was fine until I received an email yesterday stating that my account had been suspended due to chargeback violations. Someone in my family was not aware I was making these purchases, so I refunded what I bought, causing the suspension. It's strange to me because I've had this account for literally 4 years, and it contains my whole life. I don't want to lose it due to a mistake. I believe the best solution is to pay for what I bought, so please restore my account. I've been on this account for around 4 years, and no one would want to lose everything they've purchased and done on their account. Hello PlayStation, I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and have always followed the rules. However, recently I received an email stating that I broke the code of conduct without any evidence to support this claim. I believe my account may have been hacked. I am aware that there are teams that review reports, but I have not been provided with any proof that I have violated the rules. I find it unfair to receive a 30-day suspension during the holidays when I have done nothing wrong. I kindly request for the suspension to be lifted as I have been wrongfully accused, and I have been a dedicated customer for half a decade.

I received threats from someone who hacked my account and got it banned for 7 days. Then they proceeded to hack my account again, resulting in a permanent ban. I find it unjust as I have invested $[redacted] to $[redacted] on this account and all my other accounts are linked through Plus Plus. Consequently, I am unable to access any of my accounts, including those of my children. As a PlayStation 4 user who also live streams on my RokkOutredhawk account, this situation has caused a significant disruption. It is unfair that I am being penalized for the actions of someone else.

My account was recently banned for alleged harassment during a gameplay interaction. The other player was engaging in disruptive behavior, and I called them a "troll" in response. I did not use any inappropriate language. Subsequently, the other user sent me a voicemail with profanity and taunting remarks. I reported this behavior. However, my account was still suspended for 60 days, which I feel is unjust considering the circumstances. I tried to appeal the ban on the website, but it only allows appeals for permanent bans. Unfortunately, my 13-year-old nephew unlawfully utilized my sister and brother-in-law's bank cards to access your services, depleting their disability funds. The local police have been alerted, and they have requested that you be in touch until the matter is resolved. Regrettably, due to this situation, my sister is unable to purchase the necessary medication for her illness.
