I noticed an unauthorized payment of £49.99 on my Lloyds account from PlayStation on July 9th. I assumed it was for PlayStation Live, but neither my son's nor my own PlayStation accounts have any record of this purchase. I am unsure what this payment was for as there were no purchases made for that amount at that time. I am willing to pay if my son received PlayStation Live for a year, but we have not. I am worried that this may be fraudulent. I need to confirm this to inform my bank, attempt to retrieve my money, and close the account if necessary. I have been unable to reach PlayStation to resolve this quickly as I am also dealing with unauthorized payments from Amazon on a separate account. My PlayStation account has been banned seemingly by mistake. While I was peacefully playing, someone randomly messaged me and reported me, leading to my account being banned. I don't know this person and haven't done anything wrong. I enjoy playing on PlayStation Network, and it's disheartening not being able to access my account now. I kindly request to have my account reinstated as I have not violated any rules.

I purchased Rust for my PlayStation 4 because it seemed similar to a game I enjoy. However, upon playing it, I realized it was not what I expected. The frequent server wipes and complex gameplay mechanics have made it more frustrating than enjoyable. I would like to request a refund for Rust so I can use the funds to purchase a different game. My son used my account while I was at work, and now I can't sign in because it's suspended. I'm not sure if this is a system error because I don't believe he did anything wrong. I rarely have time to play due to working constantly. This situation is distressing as I've always been a loyal PlayStation fan. I have never considered switching to Xbox or PC until now, and I might even suggest the same to my friends. Is there a way to lift the suspension? I work non-stop, and gaming has been my only escape. Free time is precious to me, and being unable to play for 60 days is tough.

While using PlayStation, my mom asked me to let my brother play. After he used it, he entered a community called 'James Charles' where he encountered nudity. Despite me not being present, he took a screenshot and shared it, causing my account to be reported. He only admitted to this recently. I am devastated as I have invested a considerable amount of money in this account. I believe PlayStation could implement a system where users receive a warning, and messaging is restricted for a certain period. All I seek is to have my account reinstated after this unfortunate incident.

I received a ban notice, citing "hate speech or other hateful comments," but I did not make any hateful remarks. The comment in question contained the word "gay," which was a typo. I intended to write "guy," but due to typing on the PlayStation mobile app from my iPhone, it came out as "my gay." The context of the message was in response to someone accusing me of being a child rapist, stating that such accusations would lead to their ban.

I have not used the account for months, except for creating a couple of new files related to the previous issue. My PS4 account was banned recently for what seems like a violation of the terms of service, even though I have not done anything wrong in months since my last ban, which I rightfully addressed. Surprisingly, my account got banned while I was simply watching YouTube, leaving me puzzled. Could it be that they banned me again for the same past issue where there were two cases opened previously for the same reason? Additionally, I noticed $15 missing from my account, whereas I only had to pay $[redacted] to get unbanned last time. I recently purchased two international online wallet top-up cards from the GAME website for my PS4 to buy the new FIFA 22 game. Although I received the codes, when I tried to redeem them on my PS4 bought in Spain while I now live in the UK, I encountered an issue due to regional restrictions. In addition, there are unauthorized charges of approximately $[redacted] on my bank account dated November 10, a time when I had no internet access. I am experiencing an issue with both of my DS4 controllers where they flash orange once when plugged into my computer and then shut off. This problem started after using DS4 Windows and Input Mapper, although I have since uninstalled both programs. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling USB devices, running the troubleshooter on Windows 10, cleaning USB ports, resetting the controllers, uninstalling gaming platforms, and restarting my PC. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I am reaching out for help as both PS4 and Windows support have not been able to assist me. Unfortunately, buying new controllers is not financially feasible for me at the moment, as I have already gone through five controllers in recent years. I received an email stating my account is temporarily suspended. I was playing NBA 2K22 and spent 10 hours playing. Unfortunately, another player was constantly insulting me via microphone and even sent a message that offended English people. I responded defensively and blocked the player immediately. I have a team I play with online, and it is vital to me. I kindly ask for a review of my case as I have never had any issues before and think I do not deserve this suspension. Being able to participate is crucial, especially since there is an event ongoing for the next 15 days. I have already missed 7 days due to the ban, resulting in me losing the chance to earn money and pursue a professional career in NBA 2K22 gaming. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email stating that my account is temporarily suspended for 30 days due to my online ID violating the code of conduct. I disagree with this suspension as I believe it is unreasonable. I regularly spend money on PSN, play daily, and I believe being suspended for a month over a non-offensive name is unfair. I request that my suspension be lifted as my username was not meant to offend anyone. Although I have been suspended before and understand the process, I feel this ban is unjust. With upcoming games and DLC releases, I hope to have the opportunity to continue enjoying them without this interruption. I urge Playstation Network to reconsider and provide me with another chance. I recently received a permanent suspension on PS* due to what I believe was an unjustified report from a player I was having an argument with. This player was boasting about owning multiple modded PlayStation accounts with a savewizard downloaded, making threats to use cheats and boot players offline. I voiced my opinion that his actions were inappropriate and he was presenting himself poorly. Several others in the group also had issues with him. I was simply trying to point out that if his claims were true, he was being arrogant. I have never cheated in games and have been a loyal customer for many years. I just want my account reinstated so I can continue enjoying the games I love without any disruptions. I have been a loyal customer across different PlayStation consoles and have always played games fairly without any cheating or modding. The suspension reason given was for attempting to sell accounts, items, or services in the chat, which is not something I did.

I received a two-month suspension, which I feel is unfair considering I toned down my behavior after a previous suspension. The specific incident that led to my ban was responding with humor to someone who was being hateful towards me. The person accused me of killstealing, and I attempted to diffuse the situation with absurd humor, which seemed to work as they laughed. I find it puzzling that PSN has sided with someone who was spreading hate, especially when hate speech is a violation of their community guidelines. Someone who gained access to my account through a mutual friend, without my authorization, used inappropriate language resulting in actions that led to a ban. A player known as "BudClapped" or "BudSavesKids" has been cyberbullying on the game "Rust Console Edition" for PS4/PS5. Despite trying to raid the writer's base unsuccessfully four times, they engaged in a competitive exchange without using vulgar language. The writer called the player an "imbecile," which led to the player reporting them for hate speech. As a result, the writer's account has been banned by PlayStation for 30 days. They are frustrated by the lack of an appeal system and wonder why Sony does not offer one. The writer questions if calling someone an "imbecile" violates the code of conduct or terms of service on the PS4 network.
