Upon trying to sign in, I discovered I had been temporarily suspended for not following community guidelines. I had an altercation with someone who repeatedly used a derogatory term in a party chat. I recently renewed my year-long PlayStation Plus subscription using my PayPal account. My PS3 had a system crash at startup, which I managed to restore in safe mode. However, now my games are not saving automatically or manually. I also can't connect to PSN. My internet connection settings seem fine, but the test only shows success in obtaining the IP address, with the internet connection failing. The error code 80028E03 appears when connecting to server. I tried looking up the code but couldn't find any information. As a long-time PlayStation customer for over 5 years, I am disappointed that I am unable to access the service I have paid for. I primarily use PlayStation for gaming and do not utilize the messaging feature, opting to communicate with friends via iMessage on my phone to maintain privacy. Upon attempting to log in, I discovered I have been suspended for 60 days due to alleged hateful speech, which I believe may be the result of a hack as I have never engaged in such behavior. Curiously, my cousin, with whom I play regularly, has also been suspended under similar circumstances. I suspect there may be an issue with the servers, as a number of PlayStation users appear to have been erroneously banned. Every time I try to load Minecraft, the background effects glitch on the loading screen and even when I start playing, the whole screen is affected. Despite trying advice to delete and reinstall the game and restarting the console multiple times, the issue only worsened. After a factory reset of the PlayStation, the glitch problem remains. It's not only Minecraft but also affecting Fortnite and Call of Duty: Warzone, leading to crashes and getting kicked out with a prompt to report the problem.

I believe my PlayStation account has been compromised. When I turned on my PS4, I was logged out and couldn't log back in because the password had been changed. I tried to reset the password, but didn't receive the email. Then, I started getting notifications about password changes on all my PlayStation-related accounts. To make matters worse, I received an email about a new account set up using my email address, but I didn't click on it. Soon after, a £50 charge was made to my bank account by PlayStation Network. It seems like someone has accessed my account, changed the details, and is now using my money to purchase games.

A few weeks ago, my teenage son, who has a child account, was invited to a chat with 50 unknown people. He took screenshots of memes and sent them to himself via the PlayStation app but claims he forgot about it. Now, he discovered he's permanently banned from his PSN account after reporting the chat to PlayStation. I tried reaching out to customer support, but they are closed until Monday. I bought 3 Megladon cards for GTA 5 at $[redacted] each using my debit card with enough funds in my account. The purchase is pending for 72 hours, yet Sony unexpectedly shut down my account. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years, spending around 150K to 200K throughout the years and having 4 PS4 systems with all the add-ons. During a recent gaming session, a player on my team exhibited extremely disruptive behavior. He bombarded us with loud, offensive language and insults, creating a hostile environment. Despite attempts from my teammates to engage him, his aggressive behavior drowned out our voices and hindered our gameplay. His actions not only disrupted the game but also displayed a lack of sportsmanship.
In hindsight, I resorted to messaging him on PlayStation to address his unacceptable conduct. In my frustration at his incessant yelling and disrespect towards the group, I used inappropriate language, which I now regret. While I understand my actions were fueled by the stressful situation he created, I recognize that responding with derogatory language was not the best course of action.
I acknowledge that resorting to offensive language was not appropriate, and I hope to have my suspension reconsidered in light of the circumstances. Although I reported the incident through the platform's system, I have concerns about the effectiveness of the reporting process. Yesterday, I purchased a PS4 and logged into my existing account under my email. While playing a game, I suddenly got logged out and couldn't log back in. All these charges occurred on July 19, [redacted].
I did not authorize any of these transactions, and I am seeking a refund. It appears my nephew used my debit card details saved on his PlayStation without my consent. I live in FL, while he resides in TN, so I was unaware of these charges until I reviewed my bank statement yesterday.
I was advised by my bank to contact PlayStation before considering these transactions as fraudulent. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to engage in the live chat support due to the information they require.

Order number [redacted] was scheduled to be delivered on 7/14/21, unfortunately, it appears to be stuck at the FedEx distribution center in Missouri according to tracking number [redacted]96. I initiated a trace case with FedEx on 7/16 and got case number [redacted]. FedEx recommended I contact you to arrange for a replacement unit since the package hasn't moved.
The order was intended as a birthday gift for my son, whose birthday was on 7/18/21. He is disappointed by the delay, as am I, after spending time contacting FedEx and waiting for unattended PlayStation online chats. I hope we can resolve this situation soon and that I can continue to rely on PlayStation as our gaming platform. Please expedite the shipping of the replacement unit. Thank you for your assistance.

I was banned for 7 days due to my oldest nephew's actions. I have proof that I am a hardworking man who spends his evenings unwinding by playing NBA 2K21 on PlayStation. I have never been banned before and have been a PlayStation user for years. I am disappointed in his actions, but I need immediate assistance as I did not commit the offense. I rely on my account to play online against other players and need it back today. I will speak to my nephew about being more responsible online, especially since there are children playing. Someone I used to play a game with has been disabling my internet using a technique called "booting."
