Yesterday evening, at around eight o'clock, I received an email stating that my account has been suspended for three days. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible because I was at work at that time and not using my Playstation account. The reason given was for sending or uploading inappropriate messages, but I am confused as I was not even using the platform at the time. I would really appreciate a prompt response to this matter as I am upset and unsure why I have been banned. Thank you.

Recently, I was unfairly suspended from my PSN account. I was reported by several users in a group chat simply because I refused to report someone they wanted banned. Upon attempting to access my account, I encountered the suspension. Frustrated, I may have used some colorful language due to the situation escalating. The group continued to re-add me after I left multiple times. I kindly request a review of the chat messages and a reconsideration of the suspension placed on my account.

One morning, I discovered my account had been banned, and I hadn't been online for days. Lately, my account has faced hacking incidents, leading to a recent seven-day suspension. I feel frustrated as it wasn't my doing. I've been proactively changing passwords due to the frequent hacks. Once, I was logged out and my password was changed, but luckily, I recovered it through email. However, the hacking incidents persist, resulting in the recent suspension. I recently purchased the new PS5, but I am unable to enjoy it as my account keeps getting suspended repeatedly for no clear reason. This is the third time it has happened, and I am at a loss for what to do next. I have invested $[redacted] in a console that is currently unusable. I recently appealed to have my account unbanned due to insufficient space. I've been busy with work and have had limited time to play my game. During the times I managed to log on, I faced harassment on PlayStation. I was added to group chats and multiple accounts reported me. They even created accounts using my family members' names, which are visible on the system. On my new account, "Obey Shepard," I was also added to group chats. I am seeking to have my account "sheperd1122" unbanned. In the appeal box, I couldn't fully explain my situation. It seems someone may have accessed my account and committed the actions PlayStation accused me of. The individuals even tried to harass me on Snapchat. I abide by PlayStation's terms but their current methods are challenging. I simply wish to have my account reinstated and I am willing to pay if required.

I had an incident while gaming last night. After beating some players, one of them started insulting me, claiming I'm no good and only do one thing. I explained I didn't even know my teammate as they were a random player, and I challenged him to play again. He continued to message me multiple times, and out of nowhere, I was suspended from my account during a game. This feels unjust as he got me banned for 7 days just because he lost. I tried to reach out on another account, but he reported that too. This misuse of the system is troubling. My younger brother, who has Type 1 diabetes, and my older brother both use that account to play, and not being able to access it has upset them. This is really unfortunate, and I hope for assistance to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am writing in regards to a suspension/ban I received on the afternoon of July 5th. I have been temporarily suspended for 30 days due to content uploaded from my account to messages on PlayStation Network. I am requesting to see the message I supposedly sent as I returned from vacation on July 3rd and only sent one message to an account with the online ID Vxtale. The message included a 10-15 second video/clip of me playing Rust, where I killed a few players. I believe being banned for this is unjust, and I kindly request a review of the situation. I received a 7-day suspension without cause. I am seeking evidence of why the ban was issued, as it states it was due to hate comments. While I admit to engaging negatively with someone yesterday, it was in response to their initial negative messages to me. I have received hate comments from others before and chose to ignore them, yet this is my first time responding in kind. I can see those individuals active on my friends list on PlayStation currently, so why haven't they been banned? Please lift my suspension so I can play, or apply the same consequences to them. This situation feels unjust to me. I have documentation including screenshots of evidence with dates and times. If the matter is not rectified, I may consider legal action.

After returning from a trip over the 4th of July weekend, I discovered my PS4 system in rest mode and couldn't log in due to a suspension message. Sony notified me that my account was suspended for "hate speech" that I didn't make. As a devoted Playstation customer for nearly a decade, I'm shocked by this unjust situation. I recently had my account restored YESTERDAY after a one-month suspension, only to find it suspended again unexpectedly today. I have not engaged with anyone since the restoration. I am perplexed as to why this keeps occurring. It feels unjust. This marks the third instance, and I fear it may lead to a permanent ban without cause. I am reaching out for assistance. My account was hacked over three years ago. Back then, I only had the chat log between me and the hacker on my new account, which showed that my old account was compromised.
