Hello, I forgot my password and two-step verification. I need help resetting my password to access my account online. I tried various methods like using my date of birth and birthplace, but it didn't work. My email is [redacted] I attempted to contact the helpline but couldn't get through. I updated my address from [redacted] Northumberland St L86SY to 19 Gladstone Street L257SS. This address change should not be causing the issue. I need the password to regain access to my account. I mistakenly signed out instead of logging off, which is why I can't do anything online now. I have provided all the relevant information. My console is a PlayStation 4. Thank you.

While playing Storm 4, I encountered a player who was being cheap. After inviting them to a match, they continued to play unfairly. I texted them about it, and my friends witnessed the unfair gameplay. I reported the player in-game for spamming. Despite winning the battle, the opponent called me trash. I pointed out their behavior and reminded them of the score. The opponent falsely accused me of running from the match, but my friends watching my livestream knew otherwise. I provided proof of their loss and invited them to try again. Even after their victory, I remained sportsmanlike, suggesting more matches. The opponent insulted me repeatedly, leading to my banishment without valid reason.

Hello PlayStation Support, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue concerning deactivating devices as the primary PS4 from my account. While traveling, I activated my account as the primary PS4 in Illinois. Now, I am unable to deactivate it due to the 6-month waiting period between deactivations. I do not have access to this PlayStation and have encountered difficulties reaching a real person for help due to the weak customer service on the PlayStation support website. I have tried changing my password, but it has not resolved the issue. How can we proceed with deactivating this account as the primary PS4 that I cannot access?

Hello, I'm Simon, known as Mypetgoidfish. My account was incorrectly suspended twice in the last two weeks without any investigation. The first ban happened after I stood up against racism in a party chat where my friends were being harassed. I received a ban for my response, which was taken out of context. Recently, I was banned again for a week without understanding the reason. Our account was suspended following a chargeback. We reached out to PS to clarify the purchase details. PS instructed us to use gift cards to lift the ban. After attempting to input two gift card codes, we encountered issues, and despite reaching out on Twitter and via the website, we only received automated responses. On June 14, [redacted], I was banned for the first time for sending inappropriate content. Fortunately, my account was reinstated on June 21, [redacted]. Shortly after, I started a new job which kept me busy, causing me to take a break from the game for two days. Unexpectedly, when I tried to log in this Thursday, I was banned again without any explanation. I didn't engage in any questionable activity and couldn't understand why this happened. Hello, my name is Lawrence. I encountered a strange issue when trying to sign in to my PS4 to play 2k21. Typically, it signs in automatically, but this time it prompted me to sign in. When attempting to reset my password, I faced errors on the initial links provided. After trying a third link, it finally worked but then displayed an error code after entering my date of birth. I realized there was a system update for my PS4, so I installed it, but still couldn't sign in. While troubleshooting on my phone and attempting to access the app to reset the password, I got locked out after several failed attempts. Using the "forgot password" option, I received a link, entered my birthdate, reset the password, only to find out that I was banned.

Yesterday, after playing Borderlands 2, I received an email stating that my account had been suspended for three days. The suspension was due to a disagreement with another player where I accused them of using illicit weapons in the game. The other player then falsely accused me of being racist, even though I did not make any racist remarks. I am confused about why my account was suspended when I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior. The other player even made derogatory comments towards black gamers, yet they have not been penalized. I bought the ESO Blackwood Collection edition and was unintentionally charged twice. After contacting PlayStation support, they advised me to dispute one of the charges with my bank, which I did successfully. However, I was surprised to find out that my account was permanently banned. I did not intend for this to happen as I simply wanted to rectify the duplicate charge. I value my account, where I have put in a lot of effort and money. I only wanted one copy of the ESO Blackwood Collection edition, not two, and I hope to regain access to my account and all my data. It's frustrating to be in this situation, especially considering I acted promptly to correct the error.

Almost two years ago, my account information was compromised when someone I had trusted for game sharing changed the password and locked me out. I didn't have access to my email until the next day and managed to recover both my email and account. However, after playing for just a day, my account was temporarily suspended with an error message. I created a new account, hoping for the suspension to be lifted, but today, over a year later, it was declared permanently suspended. Today, my account was banned, and I am unsure of the reason for this action. I have always made sure to adhere to the guidelines and not engage in any abusive or harassing behavior. I received a 7-day ban on my main account due to immature behavior. My friends influenced me to say something inappropriate, which I regret. Upon being unbanned, I logged in for only 10 minutes before getting banned again without apparent cause. I am concerned about losing access to my account, which has accumulated over a thousand dollars, just because of petty individuals spam reporting me. I have refrained from sending any more inappropriate messages. Is there a system in place to prevent immediate re-bans for a single offense, especially if there's been a learning experience involved?

Hi, my name is Paul. I am 16 years old. About 2 months ago, before going to school, my account got hacked, and the hacker took some money from it. My aunt had to go to PlayStation HQ to report the issue. They promised to call us back. After a couple of weeks, a lady called and was quite rude to my aunt, making offensive remarks about people like us. Shortly after, I found out I was banned from my PlayStation account without a clear reason. When I called back, a different person said they couldn't provide details on why I was banned. My PlayStation has been a great support for me, especially during my battle with cancer two years ago. This recent issue has been very unsettling for me. I hope for a resolution soon.

I received an email from Epic Games stating that I am permanently suspended, which was a total shock as I had no idea what was happening. I suspect someone may have wrongfully accessed my account, made purchases, and requested refunds to keep the contents while knowing they would get their money back. I'm at a loss for what to do next. I urge you to address this misunderstanding promptly and reinstate my account, even if it's just temporarily suspended. My son's account was compromised last night by someone he knows online, who posted inappropriate content in a chat. Another individual revealed our IP address and location and discussed getting him banned. I intervened by changing the password and attempting to remove my credit card details, but encountered an error mentioning the country was null. I am frustrated by the lack of consequences for these kids harassing a 10-year-old and compromising my financial information. Both individuals were reported, and I closely monitored the situation. I want to ensure they are held accountable for their actions, and I possess Sony verification emails showing unauthorized access from a different state.
