I am Scott, and my son Connor purchased Forza 4 Ultimate PC Edition two weeks ago. He saved his Christmas money for 10 months to make this significant purchase. The game downloaded through the XBox Console Companion after a lengthy 8-hour wait. Although it initially installed smoothly, when Connor tried to play the next morning, it failed to load properly. The title screen appeared briefly before vanishing.
We sought help from game shops that suggested reinstalling, which we have attempted three times to no avail. Microsoft support, case number (#[redacted]), provided minimal assistance despite our numerous emails and calls. They directed us to reach out to you for further support or a refund. Connor's eagerness to play this game has been met with disappointment.
We kindly request your technical assistance to resolve this issue and make the game functional.

I purchased a Hennessy Venom GT at the auction house in Forza Horizon 4. I quickly sold it to earn a profit. Later, I discovered that it was sold for 1,[redacted],[redacted] credits. When I collected my money, it didn't reflect in my account balance. Please assist me in adding the 1,[redacted],[redacted] credits back to my account. Thank you.

Hello,
I have been trying to play Forza Horizon 4 for the past few months and encountered a syncing problem. In September, I logged in and selected the wrong save, resulting in being reset to level one. Although, when I checked my stats on the official club page on Xbox, it still shows that I have all my cars, influence, etc.
After reading forums where others had the same issue, it appears that two saves had been overwritten. They suggested contacting the game developer because they have access to the cloud where my correct save might be stored. I appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter.

Whenever I use the auction house, it becomes a frustrating experience for me. I rely on the auction house to earn in-game currency, but recently, every time I try to buy a car, my bids fail consistently. It is disheartening to lose a bidding war at the last minute, especially when there is still time on the clock, preventing me from placing a counter bid. The system is flawed and seems unjust. The "ending soon" extension at the end of each auction elongates the process needlessly. A shorter countdown timer could improve the experience significantly. It would be beneficial to make some adjustments to better serve the consumers.

I am experiencing a problem with the game constantly narrating the menu options and button commands on Forza Horizon 4. This problem seems specific to Forza Horizon 4 and Halo MCC as it is not related to any settings on my Xbox One X. I attempted to purchase tokens from December 21-24, [redacted], and I contacted Xbox support by phone today, January 8, [redacted], to try again. However, every attempt to purchase tokens for Forza Horizon 3 failed to apply. Interestingly, when I bought tokens for Forza Horizon 2 through the Microsoft Store app, they applied immediately. While other purchases like expansion packs and DLC for FH3 worked fine, the token purchases did not. Unfortunately, the support from Forza wasn't very helpful, and after three unsuccessful calls to Xbox/Microsoft support, I eventually received refunds. Nevertheless, I hope this issue with token purchases can be resolved so that my kids stop using up the credits I earn while they are not playing.

Hello. I have been a dedicated fan of Forza Horizon since the beginning.
I reside in a rural area in Germany with poor internet quality, making it hard for me to access certain cars like the Ford Focus RS PO and the Chevrolet Camaro PO in the auction house. These two cars are missing from my collection despite playing Forza Horizon 4 for over [redacted] hours.
I am wondering if it's possible to obtain a code to download these cars. I am willing to pay 3-4 € for each car. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide as I am eager to add these cars to my collection.

While playing Forza Horizon 4, my internet connection briefly dropped. When it came back, I closed the game to check the internet speed. Upon reopening the app, I unexpectedly received a reward for completing 50% of the winter season. The festival playlist displayed 55% completion. When I returned to the main menu, the car was added to my garage. However, upon revisiting the festival playlist, it showed only 40% completion. Although the car for 50% completion is in my garage, I am concerned about the possibility of being banned.

In my opinion, for Fable 4, I would like to see it go back to its roots from the first game. Please consider incorporating elements from Fable 1 as many fans, myself included, loved it. For car enthusiasts, it's always sad to see a well-known brand disappear. I'm reaching out because many Australians would love to see a DLC honoring the legends of the Australian Brand in the game. After completing the first three daily events, all the PR Stunts, and the race series in the Lexus LFA season, my overall completion was 49%. Unfortunately, I couldn't participate in the next daily event due to being away from my Xbox for a few days, resulting in the season ending with me just shy of 50%. I am wondering if there is a way to receive the Lexus LFA as a gift since I had every intention of reaching 50%. Alternatively, I would like to suggest a feature where players can purchase missed daily events to avoid situations like mine where access is limited. I am a fan of Horizon 3 and 4, as well as Motorsport 6 and 7. I appreciate the consideration.
