On 1/21/[redacted], I placed an order under the name Toya Dickerson at store [redacted] & [redacted] Silver Hill Rd #A01-A02, District Heights, MD [redacted]. I ordered my food online at 8:40pm with a wait time of 50-60 minutes, expecting delivery by 9:40pm. After noticing an incorrect telephone number on my order, I called at 9:49pm to confirm the status. I was informed that the only driver, Richard, had not yet delivered my food but would contact me with my correct number. Contacted again at 10:29pm, I was advised to be patient and wait an additional 10 minutes. Following up at 10:44pm, still without my order and close to closing time at 11pm, I requested to speak to the manager on duty, Dasia. She assured me she was reaching out to the driver but apologized for the delay. Despite being promised a credit, the driver arrived at 11:03pm with unsatisfactory explanations. This experience was highly inconvenient, and I am seeking reimbursement for the time lost.

Tonight was supposed to be a wonderful family gathering to celebrate a special occasion. We cherish our tradition of coming together over a meal at Pizza Hut. However, our evening was marred by a disappointing experience with your delivery service. We ordered 4 large pizzas with wings and some sides, only to face a series of mishaps. Our order was delivered to the wrong address, leading to a frustrating 4-hour delay. The service we received was rude and unprofessional. Despite this setback, we remain loyal customers of Pizza Hut. In light of the stress and disruption caused, we kindly request some form of compensation to make up for our ruined night.

I placed an order (#[redacted][redacted][redacted]) on the 25th at the Krum, TX location, and my overall experience was terrible. We received an ETA, arrived for pickup, waited 15 minutes past the max wait time, only to discover the food had been left in the warmer the entire time with no attention from the staff. The constant turnover in management and employees is noticeable, with no continuity. The store lacked a manager present as they were out delivering, despite multiple delivery personnel coming and going during our wait. The establishment was unacceptably dirty, with visibly neglected counters and floors. Upon receiving our food, no apology was offered, the staff behaved unprofessionally by laughing. I suspect food-related illnesses are possible due to the lack of cleanliness, untidy employees, and poor hygiene standards. Despite being the nearest pizza place to our community, we have encountered issues with this particular branch consistently. I am deeply disappointed in the representation of your company and urge you to investigate further for potential violations. We will not be returning to this location in the future.

I attempted to place an order at the Pizza Hut on Lake Grove Blvd in Morrisville, NC. They informed me they weren't doing delivery, so I went in for pick-up. Despite being told they weren't making deliveries, I saw drivers coming in. My order was incorrect and when I asked for the family dish I ordered, they had me waiting. They offered to fix it but I declined. Later, trying to use a credit for my next order was a hassle. After arguing with the clerk, my order was still wrong. Despite calling customer service and being promised a follow-up, no one has reached out since December [redacted]. I am disappointed with the constant mistakes, lack of care, and poor service from this Pizza Hut. I doubt I will return because of these experiences.

At 6 pm tonight, I placed an order for pizza and wings on your website for delivery. Despite receiving a text confirmation with a tracking option, after an hour, my order's status remained unchanged. Upon attempting to check through the website, I couldn't locate my order after signing in. When contacting the store, the staff couldn't find my online order and mentioned a website issue. I decided to place a carryout order, but immediately after, I was notified that my original order was on its way. Despite trying to reach the store again for clarification, there was no response. As I debated whether to pick up the carryout order or wait for delivery, the doorbell rang, and my original order arrived. I managed to contact the store later to cancel the duplicate order. I suggest implementing an alert on the website if there are technical difficulties. Although there seemed to be no issue since my order got through and was delivered, the store faced challenges locating it in the system. As loyal customers of Pizza Hut in Eynon, PA, my wife and I typically enjoy ordering double cheese and double regular breadsticks. However, our recent experiences with the food quality have been disappointing. On two separate occasions, we received poorly cooked wings and messy packaging. The breadsticks were either burnt or stale, especially the cheese ones. Despite being a favorite of my wife's, these incidents have made her reconsider ordering from Pizza Hut again. I have saved the orders for reference when addressing this matter with the staff on duty. Our intention is not to receive free food but to ensure that these issues are resolved for future orders. I am reaching out to address an incident that took place on 2/1/[redacted] at the Pizza Hut located at [redacted] Maple Valley Dr in Madison, WI. My son and his friend were passing by your store when Tyson Moschel, a classmate of theirs who was working there at the time, leaned out of the drive-thru window and insulted them by using racial slurs. When they tried to speak with the manager, Tyson prevented them from entering and another individual asked them to leave. This entire situation upset me greatly. When I inquired about the incident, Tyson mentioned that there were rumors about his brother, and the manager dismissed the racial slur allegation but acknowledged that he had used offensive language. I am deeply disappointed that individuals like Tyson are representing your establishment. We have been loyal patrons for years, but we will be taking our business elsewhere as long as he remains employed there. I have also alerted a local news outlet about this matter. I made an online order on Saturday, 2/1/19, with an estimated 25-30 minute delivery time. When it didn't arrive by 8:15 pm as stated in the confirmation, I called the store at 8:45 pm. The manager, Elana, was dismissive and claimed a 90-minute wait due to a mix-up at the call center, despite my online order. After Elana hung up on me, another staff member refused to give me her name and ended the call abruptly. I reached out to the call center and spoke with Deon, who was understanding and eventually provided a refund. The lack of professionalism and rudeness from Elana was uncalled for, and the overall experience left me disappointed and frustrated.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut at the location on 30 and Buckner in Dallas, TX. To my dismay, the thin crust pepperoni pizza I received had significantly fewer pepperoni slices than usual. Furthermore, the pizza tasted stale and seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. I have a photo of the pizza as evidence. I ordered 6 items from Pizza Hut and waited for 1 hour. After calling to check, I was informed that the order was on its way. Another hour passed, so I asked to speak to the manager. I was then told that there was a mix-up with another order sharing the same first name and that they don't actually deliver to my address, which they haven't done for over a year. I decided to drive to the store and spoke to the manager, who did not take any responsibility or offer an apology. Despite waiting for 3 hours, there was no compensation or refund provided. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service given at this location. The whole experience was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I have more details to share and would like to discuss it with a representative. I felt misled and lied to during this entire ordeal. The manager mentioned a call back, but I was unsure how long that would have taken. Overall, the situation was handled poorly and I expected more from a reputable business like Pizza Hut.

I frequently order from Pizza Hut. Yesterday, I had a frustrating experience with my order. I was put on hold for an hour, the delivery took two more hours, and when it finally arrived at 10:30 pm, it was incorrect. I spoke with the manager today, who promised to provide a discount for the inconvenience as he was aware of the previous night's issues. However, the same problem occurred again with my kids. I am struggling to receive proper food service, especially as a single mom with children who rely on these orders due to my busy work schedule. This ongoing issue at the Westwego store in New Orleans, LA needs to be addressed, as it is unacceptable to repeatedly wait for orders that are also incorrect. I have paid for these orders and not received proper compensation for the stress and time wasted. The delays are impacting my children's bedtime and my overall satisfaction with the service. This cycle of errors and delays needs to be resolved promptly.

On February 11th, we visited Pizza Hut to order pizza. After taking the pizza out of town where we had no phone service, we discovered it was not the pizza we ordered. Upon contacting the manager upon our return, he denied our request for a replacement, offering only a $5 credit. This was insufficient considering we had paid $15.99 for the pizza. Before taking further action by complaining to corporate, we would like to obtain the manager's name for accuracy.

On Friday, February 8th, at 5:13 pm, I contacted the Pizza Hut at [redacted] Main St in Dunedin, FL, to order 10 medium pizzas (4 pepperoni, 3 sausage, 3 cheese) for delivery the next day at 3:30 pm. I was quoted a total of $56.75, with the staff member mentioning they would prepare extra dough as they were glad I called in advance. However, when the pizzas didn't arrive by 3:49 pm on Saturday, I called the store but was met with unhelpful service. Despite having phone records confirming my order, I was told there was no record of it. No apologies were offered, only a suggestion to deliver the pizzas in 60-90 minutes, which was already late considering we had a house full of kids waiting. Disappointed by the lack of assistance, I declined and went to Little Caesars instead, where they not only provided us with pizzas promptly but also included free breadsticks to help us out. The contrast between the two experiences was evident, and due to the poor service from Pizza Hut, we have decided to no longer support them for our family gatherings or pizza needs. Yesterday at 5:55 p.m., I visited Pizza Hut on 173rd Indianapolis Boulevard in Hammond, Indiana. Despite placing an order online for pick-up at that time, when I arrived at 7:20 p.m., the staff claimed they never received the order. The manager, Rufus, informed me they couldn't make it anymore and simply refunded me without offering to fulfill the order. When I requested to speak to the manager, Rufus identified himself as the manager and handled the situation. I expressed my frustration and mentioned contacting corporate due to their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care. Additionally, my kids had been waiting for 2 hours for their dinner that was never prepared. I found this whole experience to be unacceptable.

On 2/15/19, I had placed an order for a medium pizza and a Hershey pie with an estimated delivery time of 9:25. Despite calling multiple times between 9:46 and 10:10 to inquire about my order, I faced frustrating experiences where I was hung up on several times and left on hold for an extended period. Eventually, I spoke with Armando from the store. He seemed to find the situation amusing, as my order appeared as Carryout on their end instead of delivery, but no one took the initiative to check or rectify this mistake. Despite having a confirmation email clearly stating it was for delivery, the store refused to honor it based on their error. I was informed that I needed to pick up the order myself after waiting well beyond the expected delivery time and being charged for delivery. The lack of responsibility and dismissive attitude displayed by Pizza Hut Store #[redacted] located at [redacted] E Fowler Ave. in Tampa, FL was extremely disappointing. This level of service was unacceptable, and I have decided not to return to this location in the future.

Last night, I made an error with my damaged phone screen while ordering pizza. I accidentally input the wrong address, leading to the order being sent to the incorrect location. After contacting the store, Brent assured me they would correct the mistake and deliver the pizza to my actual address. Unfortunately, after waiting for 45 to 50 minutes, I was informed that the order was voided and sent back for delivery to the right location. The situation worsened when the delivery driver, who called me from a location 66 blocks away, was unprofessional and disrespectful, even commenting negatively on my voice. The pizza arrived cold, adding to my disappointment. Although I accept my initial mistake, I believe the wrong location should have processed the order correctly and provided the right address to the driver.

My experience at Pizza Hut last night was beyond disappointing. My sister and I ordered online for an 8:05 pm pickup, but upon arrival, we were informed that our pizza had been given to the wrong person. The remake process was disturbing to watch as the employee handling our pizza did not use gloves while handling the food. Despite being told it would take 7 minutes to remake, we ended up waiting for 20 minutes until we left the store at around 8:30 pm. The staff showed no remorse for their mistake, and to top it off, the pizza we received was overcooked, lacking cheese, and unappetizing. This experience was so unsatisfactory that we have decided never to return to the Pizza Hut on 1 Newbridge Road in Hicksville, New York. Their incompetence and lack of customer service skills have left us highly disappointed, especially considering our previous love for Pizza Hut. I placed an online order and was initially charged $35.20. Unfortunately, the restaurant later informed me that they were out of the items I ordered and suggested an upgrade to two large 3-topping pizzas, which ended up costing me $60.33. I've been trying to contact the store to request a refund for the first order, but despite calling over 10 times, I haven't been able to reach anyone. I even asked the delivery person to inform the manager about my situation, but I have yet to receive any calls back. Hello Pizza Hut, My name is Gabriela A and I am a YouTube blogger. Today, February 16, I decided to blog about the All-Star basketball game. I wanted to have my family together at home, have some food, and enjoy the game. Unfortunately, everything went wrong. I am a regular customer at your establishment, often ordering at least once a week. I appreciate the 5 dollar lineup deal and enjoy your food. However, the store I usually order from has given me multiple problems. The manager there is extremely rude. Despite previous issues, I usually let them go due to other priorities. Today, on February 16, [redacted], I had a terrible experience with Pizza Hut. I ordered my usual 5 dollar lineup items, spending around 40 dollars. When my food arrived, it was completely wrong. One pizza had wrong toppings and the order was incorrect. The staff seemed unaware of the menu details. The manager was unhelpful and rude when I tried to address the issue. He was disrespectful, interrupted me, and raised his voice. I have footage of the incident to support my claim of his unprofessional behavior. I placed an order at the Columbus Georgia location on Buena Vista Road. After being informed that there were no drinks available, I agreed to a refund for a 2-liter drink. However, upon receiving my food, I was disappointed. Both pizzas were burnt, one had a strange sweet topping, and the other lacked sauce. The cookie and boneless wings were also overcooked and lacked proper seasoning. When I contacted the manager to address my concerns, he rudely interrupted me, insisting that the food was fine.
