I ordered garlic bread, chicken Alfredo, a pineapple pizza, and a pepperoni pizza, and unfortunately, all my items were burnt. The pepperoni pizza had burnt edges, the pineapples were brown, and the chicken Alfredo was overcooked, making the chicken and noodles hard. When I tried to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue, I was placed on hold multiple times, got hung up on, and was unable to speak to a responsible person or manager. I spent over $20 on this food that I can't even eat. I am looking to get a refund and have someone address this matter promptly.

I ordered a delivery totalling $58.01, but when the pizza arrived, it was cold, and the cheese sticks were hard and overbaked. Upon calling to speak to the manager about the issue, I encountered a manager who was unhelpful and aggressive. Despite my polite and calm demeanor, she accused me of lying and abruptly hung up. I suggested they retrieve the entire order from my refrigerator or make a fresh one, but due to the disrespect from the manager, I now simply seek a refund and will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. I placed an order at Pizza Hut located at [redacted] Wilson Mills in Richmond Heights, Ohio, at 7:48 pm, expecting it by 8:20 pm. Despite receiving a text at 8:05 pm saying my food was on the way, my order did not arrive. After calling at 8:52 pm, I was informed that my order was still in the heating area. The staff initially offered a store credit, but after requesting to speak to a shift manager, I was told they were unavailable. Eventually, I spoke to a gentleman named London who explained the delay. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, declining the store credit as I am not planning to return to this location. The general manager was supposed to contact me the next day to discuss the issue.

I woke up to an overdraft fee on my card. Pizza Hut charged me $24.46 instead of $14.46. I didn't leave a tip for the driver, so I suspect one was added without my permission. Regardless, I was charged an extra $10, causing an overdraft on my card. I contacted the store at 11 am, spoke to the manager, who said he would investigate. After not hearing back, I called at 5 pm and spoke to an associate since the manager was unavailable. I explained the situation, and she informed me that the manager had forgotten but would look into it. It's now 10:15, and I have yet to receive any updates. I am extremely frustrated that someone altered my payment and that my concerns are not being addressed promptly. I hope this message will prompt a resolution. My only request is for the unauthorized charge to be refunded to my card.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the pizza I received wasn't stuffed crust, and it had ham on it instead of pepperoni. I was in a hurry for work and couldn't call to address the issue. It's disappointing that my simple order was mixed up. This mishap really upset me as I was eagerly anticipating the correct pizza all week. I couldn't even eat it because I dislike ham. Upon attempting to contact the restaurant yesterday, the manager's response was, "Sounds like a personal problem," which I found incredibly unprofessional. Hello, it's been 3-4 weeks since I placed an order at your store located at [redacted] W Oakland Park, Florida. Despite being a fan of your pan pizzas, the order I received was completely incorrect. I specifically asked for extra pepperoni on one pie and cheese only on the second, but the pizzas were not made as requested. When I called the store and spoke to a girl, she mentioned that the manager, Max, was too busy to speak with me and suggested I come back to pick up new pizzas. I insisted on a redelivery as I had paid for delivery. However, I was redirected to a central call center instead of getting assistance from the local store, which was disappointing.
I have tried following up multiple times but no one has returned my call or addressed the issue. Despite the small cost of $18 for the two pizzas, my family and I were disappointed with the quality and service provided. We have discovered a more customer-oriented PH store near us and would like to request a credit for the incorrect order as we plan to switch to the new store. I arrived at the Pizza Hut on Grissom Road around 12:40 PM. I found the parking lot empty, which was unusual. When I entered, the manager was standing by the door. To my surprise, the buffet was closed, and the manager informed us it was due to too many carry out orders. We were told there would be a 25-minute wait for pizza. Despite not having any dine-in customers, the lack of communication about the buffet closure was disappointing. There were no apologies offered, and the whole experience made me feel like an inconvenience. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after this visit, I'm reconsidering whether it's worth returning to this location.

I have been ordering from the same Pizza Hut location for many years, even when they were at their previous location on [redacted] Forest Lane in Dallas, TX. Lately, the last two orders I received were overcooked and not enjoyable. The first time, I spoke with Jaime, the manager, who kindly remade the pizza himself, which was delicious. However, on my most recent order - 1 medium cheese hand-tossed pizza, 1 thin crust medium sausage pizza, garlic parmesan boneless wings, and Hawaiian teriyaki boneless wings - everything was overcooked and lacked sauce. When I called this time, Chris was the manager on duty instead of Jaime. I faced issues trying to speak with him as the staff seemed unhelpful until my daughter called from another number, and they connected her to him immediately. I want my orders made correctly without extra cost and delivered on time. I placed an online order at 5:02 pm for delivery to my house. While tracking the delivery, I noticed that my pizza was en route to me. At 6:03 pm, I received a call informing me that they couldn't deliver to my address. When I contacted the store, I spoke with Elizabeth, who claimed to be a manager, but was very rude and wouldn't let me speak. She couldn't explain why my delivery information was changed shortly after I ordered. After calling the customer service center and speaking with Sam, he confirmed that the store does deliver to my address and couldn't understand why I was told otherwise. He mentioned that I could reorder at half price, but after the treatment I received, I am hesitant. I paid $47.09 online, and now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. This level of service is unacceptable.

On 12/26 at around 3:20, I passed by your restaurant on Rufe Snow in Watauga, TX, and noticed a red delivery bag in the road. I turned around in the rainy weather, picked up the still-hot bag, and brought it to the restaurant. Upon arriving, I stood at the counter for a few minutes until someone from the back finally approached me. I explained that I had found their bag with a pizza inside. The missing pizza driver called inquiring about it, and I was surprised to see that the pizza was mostly undamaged when we opened the box. I jokingly mentioned keeping the "road" pizza, but was denied and only offered a drink as a token of appreciation. I felt disappointed by the lack of gratitude considering the effort I made to return their property.

I placed a delivery order online at 6:45 p.m. CST. The online tracker showed the order still being made at 7:50 p.m. CST, so I called the store. The person who answered was courteous but couldn't find my order; later, the manager informed me it was canceled due to running out of dough after alleged unanswered calls, which never occurred as per my phone records. I had hoped for a better experience shifting from a competitor to Pizza Hut for a change with family around, but sadly they failed on delivery, communication, and explanation.
Desired outcomes:
1. Ensure my card isn't charged $58.37 for this order.
2. I am not looking for any compensation, just won't be choosing Pizza Hut again.

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut in Greenville, AL on December 26, [redacted]. Despite previously complaining to management and receiving discounts for poor service, my recent visit was extremely neglectful. On my son's 7th birthday, between 9 pm and 9:30 pm, no staff acknowledged us, even after requesting assistance three times in 30 minutes. We were the only customers present, and my family was completely ignored. It was disheartening, as my son chose Pizza Hut for his special day. Since options are limited in Greenville after 9 pm, we ended up at the KFC drive-thru instead. I hope Pizza Hut can address these service issues promptly.

I am disappointed with the service I received when I placed an order for delivery on 12/31/18 at 7:44 p.m. The order was supposed to arrive by 8:40 p.m, but it never came. I spoke to the store supervisor at 9:00-9:15 p.m, requesting the additional 30 minutes promised earlier, which extended to an hour and 30 minutes delay. In July, I received the wrong order from this restaurant and was told to pay for delivery again to get the correct pie or receive store credit for a future purchase. I seldom eat out due to dietary restrictions, so I would order at a later date. When I recently called the store to inquire about the store credit for the free pie, the staff seemed confused and unhelpful. The manager was particularly rude, accusing me of seeking free food. This treatment is disappointing, especially after the mistake with my order in July and the denied refund. I have proof of the charges on my bank statement for the incorrect order and would now like a refund. I no longer trust this establishment for my meals and simply want the refund that was unjustly denied to me earlier. Thank you.

I placed an order for a large pan pizza, cheese sticks, and breadsticks at 7:19 pm. Although the delivery was initially speedy at 7:45 pm, I was disappointed to find the pizza was thin-crust instead of pan and the breadsticks were missing. I am writing to share a recent negative experience I had with a store manager at one of your locations. The encounter was very unpleasant and the manager's behavior was extremely rude. Despite initially being patient, waiting for my pizza was frustrating as I had to repeatedly call the store to check on the status. I overheard unprofessional behavior from the manager towards her staff during one of my calls, leading to a feeling of discomfort. Upon finally speaking with her, she was dismissive and confrontational about a payment issue. Her attitude and threats to involve the police were uncalled for. I made an online order at Pizza Hut after receiving an email about their extended 50% off sale, for today only. When I arrived at the Pizza Hut located at [redacted] Babcock St. in Palm Bay, Florida [redacted], I was informed that my order was mistakenly sent to the Jupiter store, which was my error.
Despite showing the supervisor/manager my order confirmation email stating the 50% off sale extension, she discussed not applying the discount in front of me with the staff. I found the customer service appalling, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such behavior at this location. The Supervisor/Manager at this store was very rude, not only to customers but also to the employees.
Due to this experience, I have decided not to support Pizza Hut until this issue is addressed. I intend to share my experience on social media to caution others against shopping at this particular Pizza Hut due to the manager's disrespectful behavior and lack of customer service skills.

This is my second time reaching out about this matter. I ordered a large Meat Lovers pizza with extra toppings for pick-up. However, upon arriving home, I discovered it was a 3-topping pizza instead. After contacting the store, I was promised a credit for the price of the pizza on my next order. Subsequently, I received a call from Chris claiming to be the manager, stating that two pizza credits were emailed to me. Despite several weeks passing, I have yet to receive anything. I am puzzled as to why resolving this simple issue has become so challenging. As a frequent online customer with an account, who has purchased numerous pizzas from your store, I find it frustrating that I am not able to use the coupons offered on the Pizza Hut website. I trusted that I would receive the promised coupons, including two large pizzas. I have checked my junk mail diligently and have been very patient throughout this process. I would like to report an unfortunate experience I had at the Pizza Hut located at 60 E Street Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA [redacted]. On January 5th, after waiting 1 hour and 55 minutes for my delivery, the order arrived with a medium pizza instead of the large one I had ordered, and all the food was cold.
