I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am appalled by the service I received. Despite signing up for curbside pickup, I had to call to inquire about my order because the website falsely claimed they offered this service. Upon returning home and discovering my stuffed crust pizza was missing, I am beyond upset. I am seeking a refund not only for the order error but also for the unprofessional and unhelpful attitude of the employees. I am prepared to escalate this issue on Yelp and demand a refund from the Pizza Hut located at [redacted] S Wentworth. I have documentation of my experience.
Update:
After sending multiple emails and receiving empty promises of contact from the store, I am deeply unsatisfied with the lack of resolution. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the BBB as this feels like theft. This has been unresolved for weeks, and I am on the verge of taking further action.

I am writing to address a recent experience I had with your delivery service. Tonight, my friend Sally Jones ordered food for me from Nevada Mo Pizza Hut as a gift. The delivery driver simply left the food on my outdoor chair despite me explaining my mobility issues due to a disability. I asked him to hand it to me but he refused, citing policy, and advised me to contact the manager if I had any concerns.
Unfortunately, I ended up falling while trying to retrieve the food unassisted, causing injury and difficulty breathing due to my disabilities. When I reached out to the manager, I was met with a dismissive response, indicating that they were unable to assist and suggesting I contact the ADA instead.
I want to emphasize that I did not choose to have these health challenges, and as per the ADA, accommodations must be made to ensure the safety of individuals with disabilities. I felt dehumanized by the lack of assistance and understanding shown during this delivery, and I believe it is important to raise awareness about the importance of respecting and accommodating those with disabilities, especially during challenging times like the current pandemic.

Upon calling to order a Meat Lovers Pizza for pickup, I arrived at the drive-thru at 19:54. Unfortunately, my order was not in the system. Despite explaining that I called this location due to its proximity to my residence, the server, Krystal, and the Manager were extremely rude. I inquired about a courtesy drink while waiting, to which Krystal responded impolitely that she would ask her boss. No drink was provided.
After waiting 15 to 20 minutes, I went back to the drive-thru to receive my pizza. The service continued to be subpar, with the pizza being handed to me in an improper manner, and the contents were stuck to the box.
The Manager and Server clearly need training in customer service. This experience left me, Valerie Young, and my sister Brenda McFadden, very dissatisfied and frustrated as customers.

Hello, my name is Vijay. I placed an order for a meal combo for four for takeout from the Pizza Hut outlet on Padam Singh Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. An amount of [redacted].96 was debited from my account via Google Pay (through Razorpay) at the same time. Unfortunately, I did not receive any order confirmation SMS, and when I arrived at the outlet, they denied having received any order as well. I tried to reach Pizza Hut customer service but couldn't, so I contacted Razorpay customer service. They informed me that they are just mediators and the payment was successfully received by Pizza Hut. Despite this, I did not receive my order after making the payment.

I ordered pizza on Friday, the 18th of this month. The total was $46.91. Our pizza was over 30 minutes late and arrived cold. After contacting the Prescott Valley Pizza Hut in Arizona, the manager apologized and promised a credit of $46.91 for our next order. Today, on September 23rd, when I tried to claim the credit, the manager was extremely rude and said it was not on my account and suggested that I might have used it already. I have not used the credit as I was saving it for my son's birthday party. The manager said there was nothing she could do. I'm upset because I simply want the credit I was promised. I recently purchased a £16 medium gluten-free pizza that turned out to be small and square-shaped, which was disappointing. The pizza arrived cold, and the ingredients tasted frozen. I placed two separate pickup orders, but after waiting for an hour and a half, I still hadn't received my food. Despite calling multiple times from outside, there was no response from inside the store. I had to ask my sister to watch my daughter while I went in, only to receive pizza and wings that had been sitting out. The staff claimed they were understaffed and couldn't answer the phone, even though I saw them hang up multiple times. I reached out to Pizza Hut, and they assured me a refund for both orders, but it's been 8 days, and I'm still waiting for the refund.

I have been trying to contact the district manager for months now without any response. I was due to receive a $35 credit from one Pizza Hut location and a $25 credit from another nearby. In the meantime, I have continued to order from Pizza Hut and had to pay for those orders while waiting for this issue to be resolved. On Monday, January 11th, I ordered a large chicken sweetcorn pizza with breaded chicken wings and a barbecue dip for home delivery. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, the pizza was not hot, and the dip turned out to be garlic instead of barbecue, which we discarded. Despite this, we proceeded to eat the pizza. However, both my boyfriend and I woke up with stomach aches and had a persistent taste of the pizza, leading to burping episodes. When I called the Rochester shop to complain, they refused to address my concerns and directed me to a separate complaints line, which in turn directed me online. I spent nearly £15.00 on the order and am disappointed with the lukewarm food, incorrect dip, and subsequent stomach issues. I paid for the order using my Visa card and am requesting a full refund for the unsatisfactory experience.

I visited the Pizza Hut store #[redacted] located at [redacted] Mableton Parkway in Mableton, GA. I ordered a medium cheese pizza from the server Connie. After paying, I waited 25 minutes for my pizza. Connie realized she forgot to give me a ticket, resulting in an additional 10-minute wait as my order wasn't placed. While waiting outside, another customer informed me that their order was also missed by Connie. After a discussion, Connie retrieved the other customer's pizza and I inquired about my order. The manager then informed Connie my order was accidentally skipped, offering a complimentary upgrade to a large pizza which I declined, requesting a refund instead. Despite the manager's assurance that orders were being processed, I persisted in requesting a refund due to the delay. When the manager finally spoke to me, she was confrontational and unhelpful, ultimately denying my refund request after a prolonged wait and an unpleasant interaction.

I placed an order at the Rushville, IN Pizza Hut tonight and was disappointed with my large pizza. The thin crust was burnt, hard, and had scant toppings. Despite requesting extra sauce and pepperoni, there was minimal sauce and toppings did not reach the edge. When I called to address the issue, Manager Sara refused to speak to me. She offered to send a replacement with the same issues. When I declined and disposed of the pizza, they insisted on having it returned, which I refused. I have a photo of the poor quality pizza. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I requested a refund for that part of my order. I have been a loyal customer ordering weekly but was appalled by this experience, especially considering the excellent service I received at the Camby, IN location. I had a negative experience with an employee named CJ Almirante at the Pizza Hut's SM San Lazaro branch in Manila on February 20, [redacted], around 12:20-12:30 pm. I was interested in the 2 for [redacted] pizza promo, but CJ was very rude. He didn't explain the promo properly and pointed out the choices on the board aggressively. When I mentioned that his explanation didn't match the promo board, he raised his voice. I informed him about my hypertension, but he didn't stop. I had to escalate the issue to the store manager and shared my disappointment as a long-time loyal customer. I suggested that the employee should receive disciplinary action, re-training, or suspension, along with a formal apology to me. If this issue is not resolved, I may consider not returning to Pizza Hut.

When we called the restaurant to report the issue, they accused us of already receiving the order, even though we hadn't. The staff was rude, offering no apology for the mix-up. We were left without our food and with hungry kids. Despite their claims, the restaurant did not call us to resolve the situation. The customer service at Pizza Hut on North Lewis in Tulsa, Oklahoma was unacceptable. We hope for improved service in the future, but until then, we will refrain from using their service. The store contacted me asking for payment over the phone, which I paid using my card because they don't accept cash. However, I realized I was still charged $44.
