My family and I enjoy Pizza Hut, but our recent experience was disappointing. I spent $61 on two big dinner boxes, two 2-liter sodas, and a cookie. Unfortunately, one soda was incorrect, and one of the boxes had the wrong toppings and was cold. The delivery driver didn't follow instructions, making me meet him outside in the rain. I recently contacted the Pizza Hut located at [redacted] Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, GA, to place an order. Hayley assisted me and was incredibly patient and helpful. I explained that I had a coupon for a free medium 1-topping pizza with the purchase of a large pizza, valid for delivery, dine-in, or take-out. Despite her efforts, Hayley and her manager, James, were unable to find a code to apply the discount. I was disappointed by the manager's response and felt let down as I have not ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time due to my busy work schedule. I spent about 15-20 minutes on the phone with Hayley, who did her best to assist me. I used to be a frequent Pizza Hut customer and was excited about the coupons I received, so this experience was disappointing. As a manager myself, I believe James could benefit from improving his customer service skills. It's disheartening that a simple issue over a free pizza couldn't be resolved.

I visited the Pizza Hut at [redacted] W U.S. Hwy 83, Pharr, TX [redacted] and wanted to share my experience. The cashier's attitude was unpleasant when I asked for the menu to place an order; she rolled her eyes and left the menu on the counter before walking away. After paying, she left my change on the counter without acknowledgement. When I mentioned an item missing from my order, she sarcastically insisted I hadn't paid until I showed the receipt and change. There was no apology, just a dismissive response. I expected better customer service and respect, especially after ordering multiple items and paying. The whole experience left me upset.

I placed an order for a pizza on January 23 around 4:53 pm, with a delivery time of 6:15 pm. However, I decided not to wait that long as the Pizza Hut was just 10 minutes away and called to cancel the order. They confirmed the cancellation and mentioned a refund would be issued in 2-3 days. Today is my son's birthday, and I am ordering a pizza. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the address due to dyslexia, which caused confusion. The manager refunded the payment, heart rewards, and 40% discount, but now I have to order from a different store and I am not receiving these same offers. Even though today is my son's actual birthday, the manager at the store was not accommodating. I asked for an exception to order from the original store in the future, but the manager was rude. She provided a hotline for hot rewards that was not helpful. I am currently trying to place an order at a different store, but I am not receiving the 40% discount. I am financially strained and had to use money meant for my water bill to make this birthday meal happen for my children. I urgently need assistance as my kids are hungry. I have been dealing with this issue since 11 AM and have been on the phone with the manager for 26 minutes now.

Due to the virus and my diagnosed medical condition, COPD, my family and I self-quarantined. I received a call from the RGM, Jeremy, in Sioux City, IA about working a different shift. When I explained our situation, I was threatened with termination if we didn't comply. Both the manager and shift manager were involved in this. It's disheartening to see Pizza Hut prioritize profit over human life. My 15-year-old child and spouse are now concerned about shelter and utilities since they refuse to provide unemployment benefits due to our quarantine as advised by the government. I feel disgusted, intimidated, and degraded knowing my health is at risk, yet disregarded by the company.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut on Oak Street in Conway, Arkansas tonight, 4/8/[redacted], around 10:30 pm. I placed an online order for my daughter's dinner, but the pizza never showed up. Thankfully, I contacted the Club Rd location in Conway and spoke with Katie, who was very helpful and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, I had to pay twice for my daughter's meal. I was assured that I would receive a refund for the order that was never delivered. I'm still trying to understand how the woman at the Oak Street location could hang up on a paying customer with such a significant problem.

At 10:30 pm, my daughter called to inform me the pizza had not arrived. When I contacted the original store, the person I spoke to was unhelpful and abruptly ended the call. In disbelief, I phoned the store on Club Rd in Conway and spoke to Katie, who promptly resolved the issue. Despite having to place a new order and pay again, my daughter finally got her meal. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, transferred between staff multiple times before reaching the desired shop. After another 15-minute wait, the order taker I spoke with was rude and reluctant to process the delivery. Upon providing the total, he then requested a tip. I attempted to order a pizza for delivery to a location about 2 miles away from the store at [redacted] Baltimore Avenue, College Park, MD [redacted]. The delivery address would have been [redacted] Wells Parkway, University, MD [redacted], which is approximately two miles from the store and only requires a direct drive on Baltimore Avenue, a left turn on Van Buren Street, and then a right turn. It's a straightforward route.
Despite providing my name and street address multiple times, the person at the restaurant insisted that I pick up the order myself instead of delivering it. I had clearly chosen delivery when asked, but they claimed they couldn't deliver to that address. I emphasized the proximity of their store to my location, but they still refused to deliver.
As an 80-year-old, I prefer not to go out unnecessarily, especially during these times. I was willing to pay for the delivery service, which was not even discussed. The time wasted on the phone, repeating my information, and ultimately being told I had to pick it up was frustrating. This issue needs to be addressed for my convenience and that of other potential customers. Thank you.

On June 6th, I placed an order for 2 pizzas, 24 boneless wings, and garlic knots. The total was $59 plus a $4 tip and the delivery charge, which I paid with my bank card. I was told it would take 45 minutes but by 12:06 a.m., there was no sign of the food. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them, I was finally informed that the order had been delivered to me while I had not received anything. The situation escalated with the person claiming to have delivered to me incorrectly. When I contacted the GM, they were unhelpful and seemed unhygienic as no one at the store was wearing gloves or masks. To make matters worse, I discovered that my order was mistakenly delivered to a neighboring house, causing a lot of frustration. Resolving this issue promptly is crucial to avoid involving my lawyer.

Recently returned from a camping trip and my fiancée wanted to order pizza from Pizza Hut in Saint Louis, Missouri. She called to place an order and was met with rudeness from the start. My recent experience with this Pizza Hut on Sunday, July 5th has left me extremely disappointed. Despite ordering from them countless times in the past, this particular instance was a complete letdown. I placed an order at 3:22, with an expected 2-hour delivery time. However, by 5:30, the order status hadn't changed from "order received." Numerous attempts to contact the store and Pizza Hut's corporate line were fruitless. It wasn't until 9:30 that night that the status changed to "delivery out," yet no delivery was made. Adding to the frustration, Pizza Hut charged my credit card three times for the same order. Despite reaching out to Pizza Hut corporate, their promised resolution within 1-2 business days has stretched to five days with no response. Needless to say, I won't be patronizing this particular Pizza Hut again.
