I placed a delivery order with your store in New Orleans, Louisiana today at 2:56 from the Crowder location. The delivery driver arrived around 4:30, but I started receiving calls from an unknown number where no one spoke when I answered. I sent someone outside to check for the driver, and they spotted him driving past the purple house without stopping. The driver had my order in the car the whole time and did not attempt to deliver it. I am very frustrated and demand a refund immediately.

Today at 1:15, I received a Pizza Hut special offering Pepperoni Lover, Supreme, or Meat Lover for $8.99 each when purchasing two. The special had the code CV3BR7GZ2DP3. I selected a Meat Lover and Supreme pizza, entered the code, and was surprised to see a message indicating that the offer was no longer valid online. It hasn't even been an hour since I received the offer. Can I still get the two pizzas for $8.99 each?

I recently ordered pizza in Marble Falls, TX. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, so the restaurant provided me with some complimentary coupons. Hoping for a better experience, I decided to use the coupons for a free pizza and made an additional purchase. However, I was disappointed to find that all the pizzas were burnt and had no garlic crust as requested. I returned to the store to address the issue and after a bit of resistance from the manager, I was able to get a refund. While there, I also witnessed three other customers with similar complaints. The lack of competency and consistency in customer service has left me with a negative impression, and I do not plan on returning to this establishment.

I ordered food from Wing Street Pizza Hut, but they couldn't deliver due to the late order time. They called and arranged a refund. While on holiday in Australia, I placed the order, but now back in New Zealand, I haven't received the refund. I'd like it deposited into my ANZ account, as it has been over a week. I placed an online order for delivery and unfortunately, upon receiving my food, I discovered that both pizzas were made incorrectly and my breadsticks were missing. Additionally, my card was charged four times, which is very frustrating. I did leave a $25 tip, but given the situation, I wish I hadn't. However, I want to clarify that the driver was not at fault; he was pleasant and polite. I am requesting a refund promptly. I made a purchase on 12/28/19, and I was charged $28.55 instead of $18.55. This has happened before, where my $38.00 order was charged $48.00. It's causing me overdraft fees. The store staff has been unhelpful, claiming they can't do anything. I end up paying $10.00 more each time I order which is frustrating. If I don't get an explanation, I will switch to another pizza place and leave negative reviews for pizza hut.

The Pizza Hut store on [redacted] NW 17 Ave in Miami is the worst. I always prefer to pick up my order instead of delivery. Unfortunately, I can't eat pizza with tomato sauce, and this is the third time my order has been incorrect. I ordered the ultimate cheese lover but received a regular pizza with tomato sauce instead. When I called to complain, I was on the phone for 13 minutes before someone answered. I paid $12.72 for the pizza and soda, totaling $38.16 for 3 orders. The lady I spoke with had an attitude and this time, instead of tomato sauce, the pizza had ketchup on it. This experience was too frustrating. Thank you.

On December 30th, I placed an online order at the Chagrin location in Cleveland, Ohio around 7:30 pm. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive until 10-15 minutes to 9 pm. Upon delivery, I found that the food was over an hour late, cold, with hard burnt cheese on the pizzas. Even the P'zone I ordered was cold and came without any marinara sauce. I spent $21 on this order for my kids, who were left disappointed by the quality of the pizza. I wasn't initially going to complain, but throwing away $21 worth of pizza is not something I am happy about.

On July 30, [redacted], I purchased a $25 gift card for my boss, David Mack, for his birthday. I received a confirmation number, ODW1YBTGBFG9, via email. The gift card was sent to his email, [redacted], but no card number was provided for him to use. I was looking to get a card number for him to use at our local Pizza Hut in Ludington, MI [redacted], as we prefer dining in rather than delivery due to our distance from the restaurant. I placed an order through the Pizzahut app for a large garlic knot supreme pizza, small buffalo mild wings, cheesy bread, 2-liter Pepsi, extra marinara, and blue cheese dipping sauce. The total came to $38.16, and I added a tip to make it $45. I received a text when the order was ready for delivery at 6:44 pm, but it arrived at 7:38 pm. Unfortunately, everything was cold and the cheesy bread was not cut into sticks. I contacted Pizzahut on Waterlick Rd in Lynchburg, Virginia, and they offered to resend the order. Instead, I accepted a $16 in-house credit for my next $45 order. However, the delivery crushed the boxes with the 2-liter Pepsi on top. Despite being a customer for over 40 years, I've never encountered such a disappointing experience. I prefer a refund over store credit as I don't plan on ordering from Pizzahut again.

Today (1/4) at 12:38, I dined at store#[redacted] on Jefferson Hwy in Louisa VA with my daughter and grand kids. Our total bill was $48.83. Despite hoping this would be a good experience for the children (ages 5, 6, and 7), our visit was disappointing. Although the restaurant had only one other occupied table when we arrived, the service was lacking. The dressings for our salads were indistinguishable, and the pizzas we ordered did not come as requested. While my husband received his calzone promptly, the kids' pizzas were delayed, and when they did arrive, they were all meat lovers instead of including the ham and pineapple we ordered. After a series of errors and long waits, we left without finishing our meal. The waitress acknowledged our dissatisfaction, but there was no manager present to address our concerns. I kindly request a refund for our meal and suggest an evaluation of this restaurant.

On December 26th, [redacted] I placed an order in the evening, and the pizza I received was poorly made. Unfortunately, I do not recall the exact time, but you can verify it through my address as it was an online order. On January 7th, [redacted], at 3:55 pm, I placed another order, which was also not up to standard. The last two times the toppings were not placed correctly on the pizza; they were underneath the cheese and uncooked, with a bad smell. A proper pizza should have the base, sauce, cheese, and then the toppings. However, the last pizza lacked sauce and had uncooked toppings under the cheese. I tried to convey this message through the driver instruction box as there was no option to leave comments. I urge the staff to be more attentive to customer calls and make pizzas according to the standard recipe. As a loyal customer, I have been ordering from Pizza Hut regularly, but recently, the quality seems to have declined due to changes in the pizza recipe.

Hello, my name is Yasmine from Rockford, Illinois. My family and I are big fans of Pizza Hut on N. Main St, and we order from there weekly. We recently ordered Garlic Parmesan wings, a regular favorite of ours. However, this time, the wings tasted overwhelmingly like buffalo sauce with very little sign of the garlic Parmesan flavor. I called Pizza Hut to discuss this issue, and initially, the delivery person insisted that the wings were not all buffalo. Despite my explanation of the taste difference, they maintained that the wings were as they should be. I offered to send a photo for clarification.
After speaking with a manager named Andrew, who stated he had been with the company for 7 years, the response remained the same - that the wings were made correctly. Disappointed by the lack of understanding, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It was frustrating to be challenged about the taste of the wings, especially since I order them regularly.

I have encountered an issue with the app regarding credit card payments. I believe it stems from an incorrect postal code on my address. While my actual address is 55 Squire Fletcher Dr Bowmanville L1C 5H8, the app changes it to 51 Squire Fletcher Dr Bowmanville L1C 5H9 and does not allow me to alter the postal code. This prevents me from making payments due to card authenticity protocols. This has resulted in missed rewards, like losing out on $10 coupons twice recently. Although I've been able to sort it out by calling the store, this ongoing problem is inconvenient as I prefer not to pay with cash and rely on the app for rewards. I hope this issue can be fixed soon so I can continue ordering without disruptions.

I was disappointed with the service I received from a Pizza Hut employee last night. After a frustrating encounter, I requested to speak with the manager. However, the manager's response was not helpful and left me feeling dissatisfied. My order, placed on November 30th, [redacted], was significantly delayed. On **th Dec and **th Dec, I ordered pizza in the evening, but it was poorly made. I can't recall the exact time, but you can verify with the delivery address. I always place my orders online. Today, on *th Jan ****, at *:** pm, I placed another order, but for the last two times, the pizza has been poorly made. The toppings should be on top of the cheese and base layer, following the sequence of pizza base, sauce, cheese, and then toppings. However, the toppings were undercooked and had a raw meat and vegetable smell. Last time, there was no pizza sauce, and the toppings were uncooked under the cheese. I usually order from this location and have tried to give feedback in the driver instructions. Please ask them to improve the pizza quality and service, I've been a loyal customer. Despite contacting the store at [redacted] 17 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2T 0A5, I received no action or refund. The owner called, but the interaction was unpleasant, and no refund was provided.

On January 18th at 8:33pm, I placed an order for 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings and cheesy breadsticks. However, upon delivery around 10pm, the order was incomplete and cold. Additionally, the sauce for the breadsticks was missing. After reaching out, the manager, a young lady, provided a $20 credit for the missing items. Following instructions, I called on January 22nd to redeem the credit instead of using the online option. To my disappointment, the manager only offered a partial credit and was reluctant to fulfill the complete order. Ultimately, I settled for a 2-topping pizza and the breadsticks, which I am still awaiting since Wednesday. This experience has led me to cease ordering from this location due to consistent issues. I placed an order for pizza and was informed that the driver had rung my doorbell and left. I checked my Ring doorbell, but there was no record of anyone ringing it. After calling the location approximately 75 minutes post-order, they initially couldn't locate my order and later informed me that the driver had rung the bell. Despite no delivery, I contacted the store, spoke with Kimberly, and requested to speak with the manager, who kept me waiting for about 15 minutes without ever coming on the line. As a dissatisfied customer, I am hoping that Pizza Hut corporate office will address this issue. My name is William M. and I made the online order around 5:28 pm. I am unsure if I can trust your company in the future after this mishap.
