I went to the store to pick up my pizza and was surprised by the cashier's behavior. He made me wait for 30 minutes, then asked for my name again when my pizza was actually ready the whole time. After paying, he didn't give me the original receipt and acted bothered when I asked for it. He finally printed a new one with "CHANGED" at the top, and the time on it didn't match when I received my order.

I ordered a large pizza for delivery online at 11:24 AM on Wednesday, December 4, [redacted]. After waiting for 45 minutes with no updates on the delivery tracker, I called the store. A call center operator stated the estimated delivery time could be up to 90 minutes and offered to transfer me to the store for a more precise estimate. When transferred, nobody picked up the phone. Deciding to give them more time, I waited. At 1 hour and 50 minutes, my girlfriend called to complain and was informed the delivery driver was on the way. After 20 more minutes, I was told the delivery was in progress, and the call abruptly ended while requesting a refund. Despite the store's proximity, my girlfriend went to pick up the order as she couldn't wait any longer. Upon arrival, the order was incomplete and items were missing due to unavailability. I am seeking a refund for the undelivered Pepsi, delivery fee, and tip paid upfront since the food never arrived after over 2 hours of waiting.

I ordered Pizza Hut tonight on 12/4/19, and the pizza was not good at all. It didn't taste right, and instead of pan crust like I asked for, they gave me hand-tossed. I've been a long-time customer of Pizza Hut, and they have never messed up my order before. This time, I ordered from the Pizza Hut on Robinhood Rd in Winston Salem, NC. I have my receipt as proof of purchase. I would appreciate a refund for this unsatisfactory experience. Thank you.

On December 5, [redacted], an order was delivered, but the business credit card was declined twice. Our corporate office reached out to Visa, who confirmed approval on their end and directed the issue to Pizza Hut. I kindly request a code or receipt proving the order wasn't charged and was declined. Additionally, I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter so that the credit card can be used for future orders. Thank you.

I placed an order for a pizza at 4:36 pm. The delivery did not arrive until 6:15 pm, and the order was incorrect. The employees at that location were very impolite and repeatedly put me on hold while the driver was present. Despite my politeness, they were unresponsive. Finally, after being transferred to the manager, he offered a $10 discount on my next order, but I insisted on a full refund. He then offered a 50% refund, which I declined, requesting a complete refund. He abruptly agreed to cancel my order and ended the call. I am concerned that I may not receive the refund or might be charged anyway. This level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. As someone who assists the public daily at Social Security, it is disheartening to see such poor treatment of customers. Pizza Hut should address these issues and ensure they have considerate and attentive staff who prioritize customer care.

We placed our dinner order at the Van Buren Arkansas branch on Highway 59 at 5:35 p.m. Unfortunately, we did not receive our pizza until 6:25 p.m. The delivery driver mentioned that he had trouble finding us, but he didn't call for directions. Upon opening the pizza after he left, we found that both the wings and the pizza were lukewarm. He mentioned they were busy due to it being a Friday night. While I understand that, we are only two and a half miles away from the store. This situation is very disappointing.

I ordered a combo pack from Pizza Hut that included 2 pizzas, paneer snacks, and garlic bread. We utilized an SBI voucher that was supposed to give us a Rs500 discount on the pizzas. When we reached out to Pizza Hut's customer care, they mentioned that we could pay either by cash on delivery or online. Consequently, we opted to pay using our credit card. Unfortunately, we were not given the promised Rs500 off. We kindly request a cashback for the discount we were supposed to receive on our order.

I had a disappointing experience at the store located at [redacted] N Henry Blvd in Stockbridge, GA [redacted]. During my recent visit to pick up an order placed online, I provided my credit card and veterans disability card, expecting to receive the 10% veterans discount in accordance with Pizza Hut's policy as outlined on their website. Despite showing both cards to the server, no veterans discount was applied to my order. When I asked about it, the server stated that the store does not offer this discount, contradicting my previous experiences at this location over the years. The server's explanations kept changing, ultimately leading me to feel disrespected as a veteran and customer. This incident has unfortunately led me to no longer consider this store as a viable option due to the lack of transparency and inconsistent policies.

On December 6th, I purchased two pizzas but, upon returning today, I found out my son and his friend couldn't eat them. They described the pizzas as overly salty, with the crust being hard and flavorless. I wasn't aware of this issue until asking my son about it. I would appreciate replacements for the light sauce Hamburg large and regular sauce pepperoni large pizzas. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I received two pizzas that were delivered cold, hard cinnamon rolls, and flat Pepsi. I have been trying to contact the store's customer service representative for a week with no success. Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve this in person due to transportation issues. I spent $25 and received nothing edible. I placed an order online 10 minutes ago around 9:20 a.m. for food delivery at my work by 11:00 a.m. today, 12/10/19. I followed the prompts, selected delivery, and proceeded to the payment screen where I entered my credit card details. However, I received an error message stating the transaction was not successful due to an incorrect zip code or location. Even though I had sufficient funds in my account, a second attempt charged me $4.10, leaving a balance of $14.70. My bank confirmed two transactions: $18.80 and $4.10, both from Pizza Hut. Hello, I wanted to share that I placed an order for pizza with order ID: [redacted]1 on November 28th at 5:50 pm from the Pizza Hut website in India, totaling INR [redacted]. The order was confirmed, but unfortunately, the delivery driver would not deliver to my location. Due to this, I had to cancel the order. However, I have not yet received my refund. I have been contacting the call center daily since November 28th to resolve this issue, but my refund has not been processed. I have all the call details documenting my discussions about the refund with the call center representative. Please process my refund promptly.

I experienced delays at Pizza Hut SM Sucat today when I used my GCash voucher for an order. The service staff struggled to process the GCash payment, making me wait for 20 minutes. Upon receiving my order, I was given the wrong pizza flavor. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff mentioned that my voucher did not qualify for a cheese crust upgrade and replaced my order without informing me. Despite not being offered a receipt, they handed over the incorrect order. I aim to provide feedback on the website, but the lack of a receipt makes it challenging to do so. Improvements in training and screening of service staff are crucial, especially considering I have special needs and expect better service.

Today I had a pick-up scheduled at 8:30 pm, but I arrived a bit late around 9 pm. When I got to the store, it wasn't busy, but there was no one at the cashier. Within 2 minutes, the manager came out of the kitchen and took my order. I informed them about the pick-up, and the manager asked me to wait while they checked. Suddenly, a female crew member came out and said my order wasn't ready because I had ordered too many items - 10pcs of personal pan. Is that too much to handle? Can you still sell my order if I don't come for the pick-up? It's Saturday, your store must be making sales. Furthermore, I noticed the manager's attire was not very neat - wearing a sweater at 9 pm seemed unprofessional.

I encountered an issue while trying to place an order for pick up online. Initially, I had $10.00 on the card I was using, prompting the system to request an additional payment method. However, the session timed out. When I attempted to place the order again, it prompted me to check my card number. I attempted to place an online order for pizza, but my card was not accepted; however, my bank account was charged twice without any order being processed. I contacted the local Pizza Hut to explain the situation. They attempted to process the payment over the phone but confirmed they did not receive the order. Surprisingly, my bank account was charged three additional times, making a total of five charges for two pizzas. The total amount charged to my bank is $[redacted].88. I kindly request a refund of this total amount to be credited back to my bank account.

I placed an online order at Pizza Hut in LaVernia, Texas. My daughter picked up the order unaware of its contents. I dined at the 4th Street location in Long Beach and ordered pizza and wings. However, upon returning to pick up my food, I noticed the charges on the receipt did not match the menu prices. I am once again disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. I spoke with someone named Mister Malvo who mentioned that the prices had increased, and they are waiting for the new menus. I mentioned that if the prices change, they should update the menu, which seemed to upset them, leading to a heated discussion. Despite being a long-time customer since the 80s or 90s, I have decided not to dine there anymore due to this encounter.
