Hello, on March 04, [redacted], I mistakenly ordered 2 large pizzas instead of 1 and 3 medium $5 pizzas as intended. I contacted the store to correct the order, and they assured me they would fix it. I picked up the correct order but have not seen a refund on my credit card. The incorrect order was $64.24, while the correct one should have been $39.99. I am writing to address an issue with my recent order placed at the Pizza Hut store located at [redacted] Williamson Road NW Ste A Roanoke, VA [redacted]. I ordered yesterday evening at 5:56 pm with Order Number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. The online estimated time was 20 minutes for Contactless Delivery. However, upon my arrival at approximately 6:20 pm, there was a delay. The store staff indicated my order was not ready, although the app mentioned otherwise. This led to a series of events where my order was not prioritized and I encountered unprofessional behavior from the employees, including a male worker making inappropriate comments.
I received my order at 7:30 pm, much later than anticipated. I believe the service provided was substandard and request a full refund of $33.21 made to my debit card. I urge the General Manager to investigate this incident and address the behavior of the staff involved to prevent future occurrences. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I received two pizzas from Pizza Hut - one was burnt on top, and both were raw in the middle. The wings were also unappetizing. I returned the pizzas to the store and met with the manager, who was extremely rude. Even when I provided my phone number, she was dismissive and denied that they had made the mistake. I insist on a refund of $31 along with a $9 tip I gave. I am not interested in receiving coupons, just my money back. This experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan on returning to Pizza Hut. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I am on a budget and this was meant to be a special treat for my family.

I placed an order that is scheduled to be delivered within [redacted] to [redacted] minutes. The order was placed at 9:45 pm on a Saturday, so it seems like it won't arrive until tomorrow morning after 1 am. I've tried calling the store multiple times since I was charged over 30 dollars, including a driver tip, but they keep hanging up on me without answering. My children made a prank call to Pizza Hut. An employee named Alexander from the Baker City Pizza Hut called me multiple times after they hung up on him. When I finally answered and asked him to stop calling, he responded rudely and continued to call from his personal phone, leaving a voicemail using inappropriate language towards my kids. I believe his behavior is unacceptable, especially knowing that children were involved. I feel he should face consequences for his actions. I usually don't complain, but I had to share my recent disappointing experiences with your delivery service. Despite being a loyal customer for decades, the last few deliveries have not been up to par. The last incident was so bad that I had to call and address it this time.
When I called the location about the cold and rainy delivery, I was appalled by the disrespectful response I received. The manager and the staff made inappropriate comments and hung up on me multiple times when I tried to seek an explanation.
I am a 59-year-old woman who values kindness and respect, and I was deeply upset by the treatment I received, especially in front of my grandchildren. I'm not looking for a free pizza; I simply request that this rude employee be held accountable and that I receive a proper apology.

I recently made an online purchase, but made a mistake with the delivery address. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach the store, I went to pick up the order in person. Unfortunately, the staff member insisted I still pay the delivery fee, even though it was not inconvenient for them to deliver it. Despite offering a generous tip, the employee refused to refund the charge, citing understaffing as the reason for not answering my calls. I ordered a 3-topping stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni from the store on [redacted] 7th Street in Louisville. Specifically asked for it to be well-done, but when I received it, it was undercooked, barely holding together, with hardly any toppings. I requested a remake and hope they get it right this time. Upon calling two different outlets, I confirmed that the prices were indeed lower, one being $16 and another $18. I placed an online order for delivery at 11:56 pm. I ordered a personal pan pizza with alfredo sauce and mushrooms for my wife, who is allergic to tomatoes, as well as 6 pieces of chicken wings and cheesy bread for myself. The order arrived around 1:30 am, but the wings were missing, and the pizza had tomato sauce instead of alfredo. Despite paying $37, the only item that was correct was the cheesy bread. I informed the driver immediately, who suggested I contact the manager, Tina. Tina offered a $10 credit for our next order instead of a refund, which I have not seen reflected. I believe a full refund is more appropriate. We ended up only eating the cheesy breadsticks that night, which were not worth $40.

Despite speaking with the manager, Jesus Maldonado, and the area manager, Giselle Padilla, I was only offered $10.00 in credit for my $77.00 order, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I tried calling but was unable to get through. As a loyal customer, I am dismayed by the treatment I have received. I placed an order for 2 pizzas for pickup at 7:00pm EST. I arrived a bit after between 7:05-7:10 and waited for around 2-3 minutes before being helped. The staff seemed disorganized and had trouble finding my order, leading to a delay in getting my pizzas. They were out of some toppings, including green peppers, which I wanted on one of the pizzas. After some confusion, I received two pizzas, but one was incorrect. Instead of a customized pizza with multiple toppings, I received a plain pizza with sausage and pepperoni only. I'm disappointed with the service and the mix-up and would like a refund for the second pizza, which was not made as requested.
