My family and I visited Pizza Hut in Cobleskill, New York, and placed an order for about $50 worth of food. Unfortunately, there were significant delays in receiving our order. After waiting for 40 minutes, my wife got her sandwich, but there was an issue with the pizza. The wait continued for another 40 minutes, and when I inquired about the missing breadsticks and boneless wings, I was informed they were no longer available. Frustrated after waiting for 2 1/2 hours and with my wife finishing her dinner, we decided to leave. I requested to speak to a manager, who apologized and explained she was unaware of the situation. The manager then charged me 80% of the cost for the sandwich my wife had received, which I found unacceptable after such a lengthy wait. The overall service experience at this Pizza Hut location was extremely disappointing.

I hope you're well. Last week, I tried to email, but I may have made a mistake in sending it. I was wondering when the Bathurst dine-in restaurant opened, either in the late 70s or early 80s. I used to ride my motorbike from Mudgee regularly for a veggie pizza (even though I'm not a vegetarian) and a supreme pizza. I prefer your style over your major competitors, but last Saturday, I got frustrated after waiting 11 minutes trying to place an order by phone. As much as I know online ordering is convenient, being old-fashioned, I enjoy coming in, ordering in person, and paying cash. However, in my tired and frustrated state that night, I ended up ordering from another place in under a minute. I understand the importance of online ordering but I hope us "old phone ringers" still have a place. Maybe I just need to adapt to the changing times.

On the evening of July 6, [redacted], at around 10:00 pm, I had a concerning experience with a Pizza Hut delivery driver. While we were driving side by side, he made an illegal lane change at the intersection of Indian River and Kempsville Roads, which almost caused a collision. Despite my honking and braking, he continued to move into my lane. The call center supervisor identified the driver came from the Kemp’s River store on Fordham Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. After speaking to the store manager, Richard, about the incident, I felt that he prioritized his store's customers over addressing my safety concerns. Richard appeared unapologetic and lacked concern for our well-being. I suggested the driver receive proper training on driving laws and that Richard improve his customer service skills. As a frequent online customer, I will reconsider ordering from this store in the future.

I inquired at Pizza Hut, located in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, about delivery to my address at [redacted] Bob Sikes Rd, DeFuniak Springs Florida [redacted] on 7/6/[redacted]. I was initially informed they deliver up to 7 miles, so I placed an order for approximately $65. When I asked about the delivery time, there was confusion, and a manager came on the line to say they do not deliver to my address as it's beyond 5 miles from their store. Despite clarifying that I am 4.3 miles away, they abruptly stated they do not deliver to my location and hung up. As a retired law enforcement officer, private investigator, and general contractor residing in DeFuniak for over 55 years, I found this experience disappointing. My preference now leans towards supporting Hungry Howies, as my money is valued there unlike the inconsistent service from Pizza Hut.

I placed an order with our local Pizza Hut for delivery on Saturday, July 6, and was informed it would arrive in about 45 minutes. After waiting for an hour and a half with no delivery, I called the store only to be told they had no record of my order. Despite my bank statement showing a charge of $22.71 at the time of ordering, the manager, Dean, claimed they had no matching transactions for my address or name. Even though our bank record aligns with their store number, Dean suggested we may have contacted the wrong store. We have ordered from this specific store numerous times without any problems as they deliver to our address exclusively. Dean insinuated that we provided the wrong phone number or address. He refused to assist further due to the lack of order record on their end, despite our payment being processed. He directed us to reach out to the corporate office during their opening hours. Now, I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I reached out to you via email yesterday ([redacted]) regarding my lost handbag at the Pizza Hut location in Watford. I was initially informed by DANIEL that the CCTV did not cover the area where I was seated. However, I received a call today stating that my handbag had been found at the restaurant.
I am incredibly frustrated with the handling of this situation. I reside in northwest London and had a distressing visit to Carpenter's Cemetery to see my late father's grave. Following this emotional trip, my family and I went to Pizza Hut, a place cherished by my father. My handbag went missing, causing me extreme distress. Despite being told initially that the CCTV did not cover the area, a new manager later confirmed that it did.
This experience has caused me great anxiety and shock, especially considering our recent loss. I demand an explanation and compensation for the time lost and the stress caused to me and my family. Unfortunately, this incident has deeply impacted our trust in Pizza Hut.

My family and I had pizza last Friday and were disappointed with the food and service. We had an issue with the pizza, asked to speak to a manager, but did not get the chance to do so. I ordered a pizza from the Torquay takeout tonight, but unfortunately, it was tough and dry. When I called to complain, a staff member was rude and insinuated that I had left the pizza out causing it to dry up, even though it had just been delivered. The pizza lacked sauce and was very dry when we ate it. As regular pizza enthusiasts, this was a disappointing experience as we never had to complain before. The expensive meal was inedible. I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the manager, Tara, at the Pizza Hut located in Cleveland, TN on APD 40. Recently, my husband phoned to order a pizza and was informed by a staff member that a coupon for a large deep-dish pizza for $7.99 was sent to us, but we hadn't received it. Despite this, the deal was honored and we added extra toppings. We decided to order again today and encountered Tara. She was impolite, lacked customer service skills, and declined to honor the previous deal. Even when I called to speak with a manager, Tara was unhelpful. It's disappointing that the store's prices seem inconsistent depending on the day. I believe Tara could benefit from additional customer service training. Due to this experience, I no longer plan to patronize this establishment and will advise others to do the same.

I ordered two pizzas for pick-up on 7/13 at the Burnsville, MN Pizza Hut. Upon arrival, I discovered the store was closed, leaving me to purchase frozen pizzas elsewhere for my group. Manager Tim Engel assured me that I would receive free pizza coupons from corporate to make up for the inconvenience, but 13 days later on the 26th, I still haven't received them. I reside in Dallas, Texas, near Hampton and Singleton. Every time I attempt to call the Pizza Hut on Singleton, they never pick up the phone; I am consistently left on hold by their recording. When I visited the restaurant to address my frustration after waiting for half an hour on hold, they mentioned that my number appeared as "out of area." This is quite distressing as I live just across the street from Pizza Hut. The [redacted] area code should not be considered "out of area." As a result, I have to resort to ordering from Little Caesar's or Domino's, which do deliver to my location. I live in a gated community of upscale apartments across the street, but Pizza Hut refuses to deliver to me, even though they deliver to houses behind me in a less desirable neighborhood. Last Saturday, August 8, [redacted], around 11 am, I found myself in a tough situation with my 8 and 6-year-old sons in the car. When my older son suddenly felt unwell and vomited, I scrambled to find a solution. Despite being turned down at Subway when asking for napkins, the kind lady at Pizza Hut came to my rescue. She empathetically handed me a whole roll of paper towels, with a reassuring offer of further assistance. Her understanding and quick support were a lifesaver, as I cleaned up the mess. Exceptional acts like hers deserve recognition, and I believe it's important to acknowledge employees' efforts. I intend to share my positive experience with Subway's customer service as well.
