I was initially hesitant to share my thoughts, feeling quite upset. There was a lady working incredibly hard, answering phones, serving customers, cooking, cutting pizza, and handling payments. Her dedication was remarkable. I asked her for her name, and she said it was Crystal. It was evident she was unwell, and being a nurse for 15 years, I urged her to see a doctor and take some time off. She brushed it off as just allergies. Given my experience, I was increasingly frustrated. I've seen my daughter work in a similar setting, so I understand the procedures. I commend this dedicated employee. However, it infuriates me to see her working while unwell. I contemplated involving the Health Department and plan to check on her in a few days. If she is still coughing and unwell, I will have to notify the Health Department, even though I acknowledge it's not her fault. - A concerned customer

I ordered the Book Bundle Special: 2 large 3-topping pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. Upon picking up my order, I noticed that the cheese sticks were missing. I informed the cashier, and she took about 5 minutes to retrieve them. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, they appeared overcooked and weren't cut properly. When I questioned if they were indeed cheese sticks, the cashier assured me that they were. However, upon reaching home, I found them to be inedible. Furthermore, the large pizza was severely overcooked, with the crust and cheese being very hard. The whole experience was disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at the store today. I placed an order for 3 personal pan pizzas over the phone and upon arriving, I found one of them needed a remake as it was lacking toppings and seemed old. After waiting 15 minutes for a remake, the second pizza was even worse. It looked like a frozen pizza rather than a freshly made one, with sparse toppings. When I brought this up at the counter with the employee named Organza, she agreed the pizza didn't look good. I asked to speak to the manager who had made the pizzas. He came over, but when I showed him the pizza and expressed my concerns, he dismissed them aggressively, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. The young lady apologized for his behavior, and I ultimately left the store without a resolution. I have evidence of the pizzas with photos and a copy of my receipt.

I recently went to Pizza Hut in Bluefield, VA and placed an order online. Even though I specified a future time for pick up, my order was not ready upon arrival, which has happened before. When the employee tried to process my credit card, she had to reset the machine, causing a delay. After a few minutes, she said my card was denied, so I used my debit card instead. Later, I saw that my credit card was actually charged. I informed the manager, who promised the refund within 24 hours, but it hasn't been done yet after several days. I ordered a large supreme pizza and a drink at 8:45 p.m., but it didn't arrive until 10:50 p.m. after numerous phone calls. Upon inspection, I found that half of the slice was doughy and undercooked. Despite calling the restaurant a total of six times, they didn't pick up before closing at 11 p.m. The next day, I called when they opened, explaining the situation with the untouched pizza. The manager's response was, "We will not deliver anything else to your address, thank you, have a nice day," which was unexpected considering they had redelivered before in similar situations. I find their refusal to provide a refund or replacement pizza unprofessional given past experiences.

I received an email yesterday offering 50% off pizzas. I tried to order four pizzas but ran out of time. The email stated the offer was valid "through Sept. 1st". Today when I tried to place the order, it said the offer had expired. This is frustrating as I had planned to feed guests tonight. Pizza Hut has been our trusted pizza place, so this is disappointing. I have made alternate plans now and would appreciate it if the offer could be extended for our next gathering.

I want to share this great offer I received for a 50% off pizza deal. I received the coupon yesterday on 8/26/19, but when I tried to use it online today on 8/27/19, it was invalid. I contacted customer service, and they couldn't apply the discount due to a "technical issue." The customer service representative couldn't resolve it and mentioned she didn't have the authority to fix the problem. It's disappointing when a company can't address simple issues. I am considering taking my business elsewhere if Pizza Hut can't improve their customer service and business practices. Consider supporting a pizza place that values its customers.

I ordered garlic dipping sauce for wings, which did not have parmesan as stated on the website but instead had the garlic parmesan sauce used for pizza crust. This has occurred at least three times. After contacting Pizza Hut, they provided one correct sauce that was accidentally salty, and another incorrect sauce, mentioning it was the last one due to discontinuation. They did not refund the payment for the wrong sauce. The receipt indicated "Xtra DipSc 50 garlic," but I always order the thick garlic sauce from the wings menu. The pizza had insufficient toppings and chicken. Despite my rare complaints, they often get our orders wrong for over a year. However, recently, the employees have been more respectful. In a past incident concerning an incorrect order, an employee displayed aggression over a sauce issue. My fiance intervened, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Subsequently, both employees were terminated. We are deeply disappointed with Pizza Hut, and after redeeming my hut points for a free pizza at a different location, we will no longer order from them. I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and unfortunately, the delivery person caused an incident that led to me and my wife being arrested. We were falsely accused, but eventually cleared of all charges. My girlfriend worked there and faced daily harassment from her coworkers and manager. She's only 17. Her manager made a sexual comment about preferring to be intimate with her sister or mother instead of her, and even touched her inappropriately. This behavior is unacceptable, and she decided to quit due to the constant harassment. Her last day was today, and she was treated disrespectfully. Such a toxic work environment is unsafe for anyone.

I was called a derogatory term by my general manager and subsequently fired for playing music too loudly. When I requested the HR manager's name and a copy of my write-up, my request was denied, and I was banned from the premises, despite this being my first incident. Throughout my two years of on-and-off employment at Pizza Hut, I've never faced such mistreatment. I am planning to seek legal advice on Monday as I feel unfairly targeted. It's concerning that I was let go for a minor infraction while another employee, who happens to be the manager's sister, used offensive language without repercussions. I placed an order online, waited for 30 minutes, and then went to pick it up. To my disappointment, upon arrival, I was informed that my pizza hadn't even been started yet. Despite agreeing to wait, I observed others receiving their orders promptly while I waited for over 45 minutes. Initially, the manager, Eva, was apologetic, explaining they were overwhelmed with a large crowd before I arrived. However, as more customers arrived, they were informed that no further pizzas would be made, and the front door was locked while I was still inside around 9 pm on a Friday night. Eva left briefly and returned visibly upset, directing her frustrations towards the cashier and neglecting customer service. Despite my multiple requests for a refund, I was informed it wasn't possible. Eventually, around 10 pm, my order was ready, though my cookie was burnt. Despite my last call after 21:15, where no pizza had been delivered or canceled on my side, the issue persisted. By 21:35, I received a call from the agent, Samer, who attempted to provide me with the mobile number of the branch manager, Ahmed Najy, as they were unable to reach him. However, by 22:00, I had still not received my pizza or any updates. This experience has left me feeling that loyalty is no longer valued, with poor customer service and unprofessional responses from the call center agents.
