I placed an order with Sue, who claimed to be a manager. She noted my out-of-state phone number, promised a 40-minute delivery time, and after an hour and 15 minutes, the wrong food arrived without breadsticks, marinara sauce, or wings. I was charged $28 for the incorrect items. When I called Sue to address the error, she was rude, unhelpful, and refused to refund my credit card. She insisted I ordered incorrectly, even though my receipt clearly stated otherwise. The food was cold, and she hung up on me when I requested a refund. Sue is located in Circleville, Ohio, and her disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I am requesting a refund of $28.

I ordered delivery at 6:36 pm and waited over an hour. When my husband called, we were told the driver had just left. After waiting 30 more minutes, I called and spoke to Ken, the manager. He mentioned they had my order under Pizza Hut due to an outdated phone number. Despite this, he found my order after I provided my current number. As a General Manager at Jersey Mike’s, I found the blame placed on me by Ken to be unacceptable. They ended up canceling the order and refunded my money. We are disappointed with this poor customer service experience, especially because we are regular customers who order weekly, sometimes even twice. We believe we deserve a refund for this order to feel compensated.

Last night, while giving my driver a cash tip in addition to the tip I left on my credit card, I was taken aback when the driver tried to loudly announce the amount of the tip left on the card as a way to express dissatisfaction with the gratuity. I believe this behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary since I had already tipped him twice for the same delivery. It's disappointing that some drivers may have this attitude towards gratuity, as it may deter customers from tipping in the future. I wanted to express my gratitude for the service but now feel hesitant to order from Pizza Hut again. This incident is particularly troubling since my household orders takeout frequently from this location. While I don't know the driver's name, the store is located on Big Bend in Riverview, FL. I hope this matter can be addressed as I value being a loyal customer, but if such poor service continues, I may need to explore other options. Tonight, we bought three Super Supreme pizzas from the Manurewa store: 2 with normal bases and 1 with a crispy base without capsicum. To accompany our order, we chose chips and garlic bread as our sides. Despite never leaving the store, we experienced a considerable wait before receiving our pizzas. Upon inspection, we were disappointed to find that the crispy base pizza had very little filling, almost just a base. Normally, this store is quite generous with their toppings, but this time the pizzas fell short. The other two pizzas had slightly more toppings but were still below their usual standard. As a retired couple on a budget, we are unhappy with this experience and will likely not be returning to this store or perhaps any other in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am requesting an urgent phone call regarding an incident on Friday, 14-6-[redacted]. A delivery driver hit and destroyed my brick letterbox at 1 Riverex Place, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria [redacted] around 5 pm. The driver, a 19-year-old with an international license, did not provide his license details. The owner/manager and another person visited my address but have been unreachable since. I have tried to contact them and the driver without success. I possess photos of the car, license plate details, and the driver's mobile number. The lack of communication and unavailability of the manager is concerning. If I do not receive a response by phone, I will involve the police after work tomorrow. Please address this issue promptly. I recently ordered carryout from the Springville Utah location last Friday. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered multiple issues with both pizzas I ordered. The sauce was wrong, the crust was incorrect, the toppings were burnt to a crisp, there were only four measly pieces of sausage, and the breadsticks were burnt as well. After contacting the restaurant, they provided me with a $30 credit for a future purchase.
Tonight, I decided to give the Provo location a chance for carryout in the hopes of a better experience, but regrettably, they also made a mistake. My pizza arrived without any sauce. Additionally, I was disheartened to see that the employees preparing my food were not wearing hairnets or gloves and had dirty fingernails. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of management and quality control displayed by this company. For the price paid for a pizza, I expect, at the very least, a decent quality product.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza for carryout. Upon arrival, I was completely ignored by two employees at the front of the store. One was folding boxes while the other was at the register. As I waited to be acknowledged, I observed the store's uncleanliness and noticed several employees not wearing any hair coverings. The employee at the register walked away to the back without saying anything. The employee making boxes tried to get my attention by shouting because he realized I was waiting. When he returned, he handed me my order with a box covered in greasy handprints. Upon opening the box, I found the pizza in disarray - it seemed like it had been dropped as the sauce and toppings were scattered inside, and it even appeared to be missing a slice. When I questioned the quality of the pizza, the employee nonchalantly asked if I wanted another one. I requested a refund, and the manager, who showed little interest in the situation, processed the refund without asking for details and dismissively commented, "There you go, my dear." This experience was so disappointing that I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I recommend investigating how this store is being managed.

On June 16, [redacted], I placed an order for your $19.00 offer. The pizza was supposed to arrive by 7:00 PM, but it took over two hours to be delivered to the Portsmouth, VA Pizza Hut. Sadly, once it arrived, the pizza was cold and the top box was damaged. The delivery driver was even complaining about the lack of service and assistance.
This experience was particularly disappointing because it was Father's Day, and we couldn't enjoy the meal as a family. Besides being cold, both the pepperoni pizza and the specialty pizza were unpleasantly like cardboard. Upon reflection, I feel compelled to share my feedback so that improvements can be made at this location.

I have been a loyal customer at Pizza Hut on Beach and Cortez for 30 years. Recently, I had a terrible experience with the new manager. I ordered a Thin and Crispy Meat Lovers pizza, but it was burnt, saucy, and inedible. After contacting them through email last time, the manager gave me a credit for another try. When my brother and I revisited, the same manager was dismissive and claimed I was being rude. He didn't offer to remake the pizza or address the issues properly. On my request for a Thin and Crispy Meat Lovers with extra ground beef cooked just right, the pizza had no sauce or ground beef. It's clear the quality and customer service have declined. I have decided to take my business elsewhere where it's valued. Despite trying to communicate my preferences, my experience was disappointing, and I suspect the manager's behavior was intentional. Having worked in the food industry, I know the importance of customer satisfaction, which seems lacking here. Sadly, this will be my final visit. Good luck to Pizza Hut in the future, but they have lost a long-time customer like me.

I am hoping to see the return of the old BBQ beef pizza. It used to be a favorite of mine and many others. I've noticed changes in the pepperoni pizza, and it doesn't taste the same with the new pepperoni. The removal of the BBQ beef pizza is disappointing, as I used to order it almost daily. The only pizza that remains the same is the supreme pizza, which I don't enjoy. Bringing back the original BBQ beef pizza from the 80s and 90s without any alterations would be greatly appreciated. I urge you to reintroduce it, promote it extensively, and watch it be devoured by the public. I have fond memories of enjoying this pizza in the past, and I would love to savor it again. As someone turning 50 and dealing with disability, I would be grateful to have this nostalgic dish again. Your assistance in making this happen is sincerely appreciated.

My fiance and I recently visited your store at [redacted] Williamsburg Rd. in Richmond, VA. We ordered three large pizzas with specific toppings but unfortunately received incorrect orders after waiting over 2 hours. The first pizza was supposed to be a large Pepperoni with chicken and extra sauce, but it only had pepperoni. The second pizza, which was meant to have Pepperoni and Sausage with extra sauce, had beef instead of sausage. The third pizza was supposed to be Double Pepperoni but also had beef and lacked extra sauce. Additionally, a salad we ordered was missing. This experience was frustrating, especially with guests from out of town waiting. We hope for improved service and order accuracy, as we visit your store frequently due to its proximity to our home. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered food that arrived cold, missing the sauces I paid for. When I called to complain, I was put on hold for over ten minutes, then told by the employees that the manager, George, who was also the chef, couldn't speak to me. This unprofessional treatment occurred at the store on rocksprings road in Apopka, Florida. My wings with garlic parmesan sauce were cold and tasted bad due to the hardened butter. I placed an order for a pizza online with a scheduled pickup at 7pm. However, upon arrival, the pizza wasn't ready, and I had to wait for an additional hour along with many others. Despite the delay, no one informed me when it was ready, and only after inquiring, I discovered it had been prepared. Unfortunately, when I got home, the pizza was cold and missing the extra pepperoni I had requested. After contacting the Roosevelt location and speaking with Andrea, she promised to send a replacement. Regrettably, the second pizza arrived cold and was of poor quality. I am a frequent customer, ordering 2 to 3 times a month, but recently, the pizzas have been consistently unsatisfactory. My interactions with Andrea during this experience were disappointing, and her explanations for the delays were unsatisfactory. The cleanliness and customer service at the location have also deteriorated. While I chose this location due to its proximity to my home, I am now reconsidering my patronage due to these ongoing issues.

I want to address a concern regarding the Store located at [redacted] Caton Street, New Orleans, LA [redacted]. Over the past month, my visits have left me disappointed due to the behavior of the staff. Specifically, on June 2, [redacted], I witnessed a heated argument between the Manager and another employee in the front lobby, which was disruptive to customers trying to place orders. I have a recording of this incident. On June 27, [redacted], around 4:00 pm, I encountered a lack of professionalism when a female employee was on the phone and then became rude and unhelpful at the register. This behavior led me to leave without completing my order. I have also discussed this issue with friends and family who shared similar experiences of poor service at this location.

Unfortunately, when I received it, it was not made according to my specifications. I have a screenshot of the order I placed online. My family and I are regular customers, and we have never experienced this issue before. Despite my attempts to contact the store, I have not received any resolution. I would like to order a custom pizza from Pizza Hut. I want a medium Pan Pizza with mozzarella cheese on both sides. On the right side, I would like green pepper, red onion, and chicken, and on the left side, I would like pepperoni and pineapple. I would like extra mozzarella cheese on top to prevent the pineapple from falling off. Unfortunately, I am unable to place this order using the app as it does not allow me to add extra cheese. The store suggested I call in the order, but I have been loyal to ordering via the app for years and it is frustrating that I cannot earn credit for phone orders. Please fix the app so I can place my order. In the meantime, I will go to Topper's Pizza to earn rewards for my purchases. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience at Pizza Hut in Zachary, Louisiana. I ordered online, but when my husband went to pick up the order at the specified time, he was told it would be an additional 45 minutes. The manager blamed it on the online system being wrong. When I went to cancel my order, the manager was unapologetic and gave me the wrong receipt twice, causing further delay. No apologies were offered to any of the waiting customers. This location has a history of poor service, as seen on social media. I am considering taking this matter to the local news to shed light on their ongoing issues.

On June 29th, my husband and I went to Pizza Hut in Corydon, Indiana around 8:30 pm. The tables were mostly dirty, and there were only 2 other families there with no staff around. A young girl eventually took our order and apologized for the wait. When she asked for help, the staff didn't respond much. We could hear staff yelling in the food prep area for over 10 minutes until my husband had to go back there and tell them to do their job properly. This behavior was shocking as the manager was also our waitress, and it seemed like the staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite enjoying the food, the poor service will prevent us from returning. The situation was quite disappointing.

I encountered numerous issues during my recent visit to the Pizza Hut located at [redacted] N Main St Fort Worth, TX [redacted]. Despite trying to place an order for an hour, the staff member, Eric, seemed uncooperative and left me waiting while he attended to another customer. When I finally received my order of pizza and breadsticks, the breadsticks were cold, which was disappointing considering I ordered them in-store and waited for them for 15 minutes. Order number [redacted]. Tonight, Thursday 4/7/19, my pizzas were meant to arrive at 8:36 pm. They arrived at 9 pm, cold, and without the cheesy garlic bread. I contacted the Beerwah store and spoke with an individual named Simon who was dismissive when I mentioned the late delivery and missing item. He told me to call [redacted] to make a complaint. After being on hold for over an hour, I was very disappointed and felt unheard. I used to enjoy Eagle Boys at Tewantin, which Pizza Hut acquired. However, my recent experiences with Pizza Hut in Beerwah have been subpar. I've been a customer for 1.5 years, and although most orders were satisfactory, there have been numerous instances of poor service, late deliveries, and inconsistent product quality.
