I recently bought the Philips Norelco [redacted] shaver from Costco online for $[redacted].52. As soon as I plugged it in, it started smoking and overheated, causing damage. Costco advised me to contact you for a refund or replacement. I have already disposed of the faulty shaver as instructed.
I have been a long-time user of Philips Norelco shavers and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I kindly request a replacement since I am a loyal customer.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. You can reach me at [redacted]. My address is [redacted] Mount Pleasant Road, Smithtown, NY [redacted], and my email is [redacted]
Sincerely,
Christine

I'm trying to verify the authenticity of the HQ8 replacement heads I purchased from Walmart online. I checked your website, but my package lacks a QR code or security code. The UPC code on the package is [redacted]41, with the markings "HQ8/52" beside the UPC barcode. Upon delivery, the box was open, and the card with the blades has no code or lettering. I just want to confirm if these are genuine. Any assistance would be appreciated.

After using the replacement RQ12 shaving head for my SensoTouch 3D razor this morning, I was disappointed. The new head pulled worse than the old one I replaced, leading to a less close shave. Additionally, the inability to access hinged heads for cleaning was inconvenient compared to the old model. It seems the "upgrade" was a step back, focusing on cost-cutting rather than user experience. I will be returning to a manual razor and shaving cream.

Hello,
I have a Norelco electric razor 875RX purchased in the 1980s or early 1990s. This particular razor has had minimal use despite its age. I also have an even older Norelco razor of the same model that still works, likely because I switched it to the Portuguese voltage. I attempted to do the same with the first Norelco 875RX but could not locate a switch for the change. Although this Norelco 875RX appears nearly new, I am looking for a Philips technician in Portugal who can assist me with this issue. Additionally, I have the necessary tools to connect the razor to the Portuguese electrical current.
Sincerely,
Nelson Henriques L.

I bought a Body and Shave & Trim BG7030/49 online, but the button controlling the blade depth came off in the package. I've registered the product and would like to return it for a replacement. Do I need a shipping label or a return authorization number for this? I tried to initiate the return online on your website, but encountered difficulties. Thank you, - M. R. via [redacted] [redacted]

I recently saw a highly inappropriate commercial by Phillips Nurelco. It featured a man shaving "his balls" in a vulgar manner. Is this the best you can come up with? It is offensive and lacks creativity. Please reconsider your approach and issue an apology to your audience for such distasteful content.

Hello, I recently encountered an unusual issue with a cordless Norelco shaver I purchased a few years ago. The shaver remained unused in the package until now. Upon attempting to charge it, I noticed that the green light initially turned on steadily but then started flashing rapidly after a few minutes. I referred to the instructions, which did not provide any information on the rapid flashing of the green light. I'm curious if this indicates an issue with the batteries due to their prolonged storage in the package. Despite being unused and several years old, the shaver is essentially brand new. Any assistance or insights you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

I am a 74-year-old who has been a loyal user of Norelco rotary shavers throughout my life. I have always been satisfied with their performance. Currently, I am using the Norelco Series [redacted] rotary shaver, and unfortunately, it is the most disappointing Norelco shaver I have ever had. This model can be used cordless or plugged in, but it takes an incredibly long time to charge, and the battery life is not sufficient. It struggles to handle longer whiskers, making the shaving process quite frustrating. I hope my feedback helps improve the product. Thank you.
