To whom it may concern, My name is Aristide Tanasescu, born on 11.08.[redacted], reachable at +[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] or [redacted] On 11.08.[redacted], I accompanied Gabriela Tanasescu, born on 06.04.[redacted], reachable at +40 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] or [redacted], to the IQOS presentation in Bucharest Piata Victoriei, where she purchased an IQOS kit. According to the promotion, I was supposed to receive [redacted] points on the IQOS club site for the referral. Despite multiple conversations with IQOS representatives, I have yet to receive the promised points. I suspect foul play as IQOS products are being sold at discounted prices on OLX and at certain gas stations. It appears that some employees may be misusing points for personal gain. I recently noticed that the discount advertised on Marlboro cigarettes at a gas station convenience store in Myrtle Beach has not been applied to my purchases. The store mentioned it was due to a register issue. I've bought 12 two packs of cigarettes during this special without receiving the $1.90 discount each time, amounting to $22.80 owed to me. I am seeking a refund or a compensation coupon. It might be necessary to notify all stores selling these products to follow the discount guidelines correctly. Dear Sirs, I would like to report the poor customer service of IQOS. Despite several attempts to claim a voucher linked to your "Net+" promotion, and being told I was entitled to it, I have been waiting for a week without any results. I have tried to contact IQOS customer service multiple times via email and on their official Facebook page, but have not received any further response. My husband and I recently purchased 4 cartons of Marlboro Menthol Blacks, but instead, we received Marlboro Menthol which is too strong for me. This mix-up has occurred multiple times in the past 2 months in various states. I have been unable to return or exchange them. I am requesting compensation for the 12+ incorrect cartons I purchased. I have been smoking Marlboro BLACK Reds for years, but recently I have noticed that the boxes contain regular Reds instead. This is frustrating as they do not provide the same enjoyment and even leave me with a sore throat and headache. After 26 years of smoking, I can't even enjoy the cigarettes I used to love. I am very disappointed by this, as smoking was a source of pleasure for me. In response, I have switched back to rolling my own DRUM cigarettes, which are both tastier and more affordable. It feels like I am not getting the product I have been loyal to for so long. Please bring back the real BLACK REDS, as they were the one thing I relied on for relaxation during stressful times.

I recently purchased a carton of Marlboro Special Blends Lights [redacted]'s. Upon opening the second pack from the carton, I noticed several issues with the pack. The silver wrap was bunched up, a cigarette filter was unattached, some cigarettes were smashed to one side, and there was loose tobacco inside. I documented this with photos and a video of me opening the pack. My husband even offered me another pack because of the condition of the cigarettes. I am willing to share the evidence I collected with you and would appreciate if you could notify quality control about this issue. Given my previous experience with a company that supplies Phillip Morris, I understand that mishaps can occur. As a loyal Marlboro Light smoker, I kindly request a replacement pack or even the carton. Thank you for your assistance.

Subject: Disappointment with Recent Purchase of Marlboro Menthol [redacted]'s I recently purchased a carton of Marlboro Menthol [redacted]'s in Crandon, WI, and I must express my disappointment. The cigarettes I received were stale, to the point where the taste was unbearable. As a long-time smoker of Marlboro Menthol [redacted]'s & Marlboro Slate [redacted]'s, this experience has led me to reconsider my brand loyalty. Despite my attempts to give the cigarettes the benefit of the doubt, I have found multiple packs to be consistently stale. I have spoken to the store manager at Sokaogon Chippewa C-Store where I made my purchase, and I believe the cigarettes were shipped to them in this condition, rather than being stale due to shelf life. I paid $71.99 for a carton of cigarettes that I am unlikely to finish. I am considering switching back to Newport due to this recurring issue with Marlboro. I would like to introduce my ex-husband to your services. He has only received coupons so far, which we both appreciate, but he's envious that I recently received a free Zippo lighter from you. I have been a loyal customer "come hell or high water" since [redacted] and would like him to be on the VIP list before he ends up on the RIP list. Despite having no email due to his beliefs, he has been a dedicated customer for 5 years. Since becoming disabled, he's become my best friend, helping me in my wheelchair. This support allows our daughters to work without worrying about me. I have faced health challenges, but with his assistance, I have avoided nursing homes. I recently purchased 6 packs of Marlboro full flavor 100s in a box, and unfortunately, they were stale. I was expecting to receive assistance to replace them, but instead, I received a letter offering only a dollar off on two packs. I am extremely upset by this experience as it is not up to the standard I have come to expect from Marlboro. I am frustrated that what was promised over the phone was not delivered. Despite my loyalty to Marlboro in the past, I am now considering switching brands due to this disappointing situation. I was hoping for my cigarettes to be replaced, but receiving only coupons for a dollar off is unacceptable to me. I do not wish to redeem these coupons and I feel let down by this entire ordeal.

I recently bought the IQS 3 in Dubai last week. After charging it for 90 minutes, I was excited to smoke my first cigarette on the 27th. However, when I tried to use the device today, I encountered two issues. First, I had difficulty inserting the cigarette. Second, the cigarette wouldn't heat up and I had to eject it into the bin. Although the device is fully charged and heating up, I am unable to smoke. I've tried using a new pack of cigarettes and the earlier ones, but the problem persists.

I have been a loyal Marlboro cigarette customer for a long time, but lately, I have noticed that many of the cigarettes in each pack are broken when I purchase them from various stores. I smoke a lot every day and spending my hard-earned money on broken cigarettes that I can't even use is frustrating. I would appreciate some form of compensation for the wasted money and the inconvenience of having to throw away unusable cigarettes regularly. I hope that the company can consider compensating me with a carton of cigarettes as a gesture of goodwill for my loyalty. I prefer Marlboro over other brands, and I really don't want to switch, but if the issue persists, I may have to explore other options. Thank you.

Yesterday, I bought my usual dark blue ROTHMANS cigarettes that I've been smoking for 50 years. I was given black labeled and packaged ones, which I was told are the new version. However, this morning I opened the package and found they are not my ROTHMANS. The UPC code is 61[redacted]3 and the Signature code is CA [redacted], priced at $16.00 per package. I am concerned about the changes and would like to know if the original batch is still available. Can you please send me a photo of the cigarettes that are exactly like the original ROTHMANS? I purchased a pack of Bond Street 40s Menthol cigarettes. Upon opening the pack, I noticed that the filters are almost larger than the cigarette itself. When compared to other cigarettes I have at home, it appears to be double the size. This is disappointing as it takes less than three minutes to smoke due to its small size. I am dissatisfied with the current price of cigarettes as it feels like you are only getting half a smoke. I hope you can send me another pack where the cigarettes are of the regular size. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pack of Markboro light kings for my husband, but when he smoked the first one, it kept popping with every puff. I paid $8 for a single pack, only to encounter this issue, causing my husband not to want to smoke them. Being on a fixed income, I cannot afford to simply discard $8 like that. I would be grateful if this could be rectified. I bought the pack at Cumberland Farms in Berwick, Maine, but unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt. The cashier's name was Grace.

At Marlboro, I noticed a price discrepancy at Pitstop/Chevron in Las Vegas, Nevada. The price sign showed $6.55 per pack for Special Select or 72s when you buy 2. Despite purchasing 4 packs of Special Select Gold 100s, I was charged $6.84 per pack instead of the advertised price. After bringing this to their attention, the Manager got involved and eventually refunded me the difference. It appears there was confusion regarding the pricing based on their actions. I have been buying Long Beach tobacco for years, but lately, I noticed the pouches aren't lasting as long as usual, leading me to buy more frequently even though I haven't increased my smoking habits. When I tried to purchase a pouch today, I was informed that all Long Beach products were recalled for being underweight. This situation has resulted in unfair additional expenses for me. Hello. Both my partner and I have been consistently selecting Next Red KS (now Next Extra) as our cigarette preference for years. Yesterday afternoon, I bought a 25-pack of Next Red King Size, the usual choice, only to find that every cigarette in the pack had a notably unpleasant taste, causing me to almost gag. Residing in a small town with limited convenience stores, and the nearest alternative being an hour's drive away where a single pack costs exactly $20, I had hoped for at least a smokeable product.
