I purchased a subscription to People Magazine several months ago and have not received any issues. After calling over a month ago to complain, I was told there was an error and that my subscription would start shortly. It has now been closer to a couple of months. Please begin my subscription now, using the date of my first issue as the start. My name is Alan L., and my address is [redacted] Magnolia Drive, Wayland, MA [redacted]. While I believe my subscription should be doubled due to the poor service, I leave that decision to you. Please contact me at either [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you in advance for your help.

I arranged for my mail to be forwarded to Maple Valley, WA for August and September [redacted]. By the first week of October, I had canceled the forwarding with People, intending for my mail to return to my address in Shorewood, WI. It's now mid-November, and my mail is still going to Maple Valley, WA.
I am seeking confirmation that my request to change the delivery address back to Shorewood has been received. Additionally, I would like to know when I can expect to receive my mail again, as I have missed over a month of deliveries.
The correct address for delivery is:

In July [redacted], I contacted People customer service to request a temporary change of address for my magazine delivery. Despite my multiple requests to resume delivery to my home address in Shorewood, WI, People continued sending my issues to Maple Valley, WA, from August through November. Despite the post office's assurance that they are not forwarding anything to Washington since October 1, People's labels still show the Washington address as of the November 11 issue. Please cease sending my magazines to Washington and ensure I receive replacements for the missed October and November [redacted] issues. I have provided all necessary details for your prompt action.
Thank you,

I canceled my People magazine subscription over a month ago, and yet I have been charged another $60. I am extremely frustrated about this situation. It's unfair since I have not received a magazine in quite some time. I believe I should not have been charged $60 for this. I request a refund before the charge is completed. My name is Shannon D., and my address is [redacted] Castor Rd, Goodells, MI [redacted]. I would appreciate a prompt resolution as the holidays are approaching, and I have other essential expenses to cover.

I recently received a People Magazine with an invoice addressed to customer number [redacted], James Findley. I'm unsure why I received this and have no interest in the magazine. I once read an issue and found the tone unappealing. While I understand the challenges faced by print media, I am not the target audience for this. Kindly consider this response as a refusal. Thank you for contributing to my recycling bin. - J.F., [redacted] SE 22nd Avenue Portland, Oregon 97[redacted].

I am a subscriber to People magazine (#PPL[redacted]/6# b699#BXBDB6D) under the name Marcia Gilbert at [redacted] Seneca River Dr, Summerville, SC [redacted]. I have not received a copy of People magazine since the Sexiest Man issue. I had also subscribed to Entertainment magazine, but when it was discontinued, I opted to transfer my refund to extend my People subscription. Despite my label showing payment through July [redacted], my deliveries have stopped. I believe I have missed around 6 issues, so I would appreciate it if my delivery could resume, and the missed copies be added to my subscription extension to July [redacted]. Thank you.

I received a past-due invoice for People magazine, even though I never wanted the subscription. I made it clear that I did not want People magazine by responding appropriately. When I contacted customer service to contest the charge and cancel, the automated system confirmed the cancellation by stating that the October [redacted] issue would be the last one I would receive. Given that my last issue was three months ago, it is unclear why I am being billed $50. I find the phrasing of "past due notice" to be offensive, as it implies that I am neglecting my payment responsibilities. While I have enjoyed subscribing to Entertainment Weekly for many years, I do not wish to receive People magazine or be charged for it.

Subject: Cancellation Request for People Magazine Subscription
I am writing on behalf of Radiant Orthodontics to request the cancellation of our People Magazine subscription (#PPL[redacted]/6#). Due to health restrictions, we are unable to have magazines in our reception area for patients and their families. Our address is [redacted] Delta Street, Delta BC V4K 2V2, Canada.
The account was created many years ago, and I am unsure of the original email address associated with it. I am the previous owner of the orthodontic practice, and the account may have been set up before our current corporate email addresses were established. Please contact me to discuss the cancellation process. You can reach me at my corporate email address or on my mobile phone: [redacted].
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Last October, I responded to an offer from People Magazine to subscribe to a special series of "People Royals." I paid for the subscription online or by check, but I never received a single issue. Recently, I received an email from "magazines.com" Team on 2/21/[redacted] stating that my subscription to "People Royals" was ending soon and would be renewed automatically.
I called magazines.com and expressed my frustration as I had not received any issues despite the automatic renewal. People Magazine seems unlikely to fulfill the offer, so magazines.com cannot send me the back issues owed to me.
I am extremely upset about this situation, especially upon learning that several issues were released, and as a subscriber, I never received any. Now, over three weeks later, I received a postcard informing me that the magazines I paid for six months ago are no longer available. This is incredibly disappointing.
Please ensure my name and information are removed from any automatic renewals. I will complete my weekly People subscription and then discontinue.
No personal offense to the reader, but the company's customer service has greatly disappointed me.

I reside in Canada and I have been a loyal subscriber to People Magazine for years. Unfortunately, I accidentally paid online instead of sending a check, and realizing that the payment was in U.S. funds, I promptly cancelled it. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in finding a working contact number or mailing address. I have attempted to call the Canadian number provided on the website multiple times but the call always disconnects. Additionally, I sent a check and a note to the address on Queen St. in Toronto, but it was returned undeliverable. I am eager to continue my subscription to this beloved magazine, and I am unsure where to send my Canadian payment of $[redacted].68. Regrettably, I have not received any magazines since the end of January.

When I discussed the ongoing issue with People's customer service representative, they immediately pointed the blame at the postal service. Typically, I receive my People magazine on Thursdays, occasionally on Fridays. Lately, entire weeks' worth of magazines are missing, and I doubt it's solely the fault of the postal system. On some occasions, I receive last week's issue belatedly along with the current one, and this is clearly not an error caused by the post office. I'm certain I'm not alone in facing this challenge, as even my sister-in-law in Arizona experiences the same delays. It's disheartening to think that frustrated readers may choose not to renew their subscriptions to People magazine due to these delivery issues.

In a recent magazine issue, there was a heartwarming story about an ice cream truck that supports individuals with special needs. Unfortunately, I accidentally threw out the magazine and lost the details. I want to find out the name of the ice cream truck to inquire about franchise opportunities. Can anyone remember the name of the truck from the past month's issue? I've been searching online but can't seem to find a match. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I would like to request a profile of the famous Filipino TV host and actress currently residing in the US, specifically in LA for treatment of her five diagnosed autoimmune diseases. Despite facing a critical condition with weight loss and a bleak prognosis, she managed to recover with the help of Dr. Gupta, an Indian doctor, who successfully treated her. After unsuccessful treatments in Singapore and Texas, her health improved significantly under Dr. Gupta's care. Kris Aquino, known for her family ties to former presidents of the Philippines, is now thriving in the US with her two sons. There are rumors about her relationship with a Vice Governor from the Philippines. As a Filipino caregiver in San Francisco, I believe her story of overcoming illness with faith and medical intervention would be worth exploring further. Thank you. - Bea R., a caregiver from the Philippines

I have encountered a frustrating issue with my account. Historically, inputting my account number sufficed for access. However, this time, I had to log in with my email. After resetting my forgotten password, I was puzzled to receive an email from an unfamiliar sender. Consequently, I signed up once more using my [redacted] email and the newly set password, only to face an error stating mismatched email and password. I urge for a resolution to access my account correctly with the selected email and password. I am eager to verify my account number PPL[redacted] associated with my subscription shift from EW to People until July 1, [redacted]. Despite promises made by Cheska from the Birmingham, AL office, the extension has not reflected in my account, causing confusion. I seek prompt resolution to this issue before resorting to further action.

Hello!
I recently read your online article discussing the Federal Government's role in protecting a woman's life when her pregnancy is at risk. I noticed an unusual reference to President Biden that included his age next to his name. Typically, articles identify politicians by their political party, not their age. This specific mention seemed like a subtle form of conservative micro-aggression. It might be worthwhile to investigate this further to avoid aligning with extreme viewpoints. We've all witnessed the repercussions faced by other media outlets like Fox & Carlson.
Thank you,
Sandra K

I completed an extensive online survey last night following an invitation letter from Wendy Naugle of People Magazine. The survey offered a $5 Amazon gift card code, which I received, but Amazon indicates it is invalid. I accessed www.opiniontrack.com/people and utilized study code BEKTCY. After finishing, I was provided with the following code to redeem on my Amazon account:

I saw an article in the May 15, [redacted] issue of People magazine about a man in Boston, NY who runs a jigsaw puzzle barn where people can rent puzzles for $1 or $2. I am an avid jigsaw puzzle enthusiast and often donate completed puzzles to places like Goodwill. I would be interested in sending him puzzles once I am finished with them since I do not redo them. It would be great if People magazine could contact him on my behalf and share my email to inquire about this. Thank you.

Suggestions to Reduce Crime:
After watching various crime documentaries, I have noticed that many crimes are committed by male members of society. Despite advances in DNA technology, matching DNA found at a crime scene with a criminal's DNA can be challenging, especially if the sample is not in the CODIS database. Genetic DNA matching can be inconclusive if no family member has committed a crime. I propose creating an ICODIS database where every male in society provides a DNA sample, administered by the government. Only when a match is not found in CODIS should ICODIS be used, with approval from 2 out of 3 judges for confidentiality. Just as it is mandatory to have a driver's license or Social Security Number, having an ICODIS database could prevent crimes like rape and eliminate serial offenders. Male employees across various sectors should also provide samples, reducing law enforcement costs. Visitors seeking visas should provide DNA samples too. I will be sharing my suggestion with the FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C. for consideration. Kind regards, Asit Goswami.
