However, after providing the requested information and documents, I managed to utilize the account for payments, invoicing, and other transactions. Hello, I attempted to purchase a pair of earrings last Sunday, but encountered issues with PayPal. Surprisingly, a payment of $[redacted].36 went through, although it is currently pending. I did not receive any email notification from PayPal regarding the payment status or details of the purchase, which is unusual in my experience. Typically, payments made through PayPal are not pending. I would appreciate it if someone could look into the pending payment and clarify what it has been processed for, as I am uncertain. On July 25, [redacted], I purchased mini sealing machines for $22.96 through D.LifeStore in China. The work order number is NCB038#[redacted], and the tracking number is LW[redacted]78CN. The package was delivered to the local post office in Monroe, Ohio, but I never received it. The merchant is aware of this situation. Unfortunately, the post office is not responsible for reimbursing me as the package was uninsured by the merchant. Even though I am in contact with the merchant, we have not made any progress yet. It does not seem fair for me to lose money in this situation; the merchant should have insured the package. At this point, I would like a refund to my credit card. Thank you, Wanda Hills. I mistakenly sent money to the wrong recipient and attempted to cancel the transaction without success. Despite reaching out to the resolution center, the issue remains unresolved as I authorized the transfer. I've contacted Hunter London to return the funds but have not received a response. It seems that Paypal may not assist me further. I am considering escalating this matter to the FBI Complaint Center to address the situation with London. An email from Paypal confirming their inability to intervene would be appreciated for documentation purposes.

I recently transferred funds to your customer named Suneeta Bai Patel and Sunita Bai Patel, with account number [redacted], IFSC code PYTM[redacted], at Paytm Payment Bank to book my flight tickets to India. However, after the money was transferred, I have not received any response from them, and my tickets were not sent. I used my Remitly account to transfer the funds on August 23, 31, and September 3. Can you please assist me with this issue?

I have noticed some incorrect details on my account. I closed my previous account several years ago and just opened a new business account with a different bank yesterday. Despite your indication that you sent a 6-digit confirmation code to my phone for finalizing account setup, I don't use text messaging and never received it. Additionally, when attempting to access the Help section on the website, it does not seem to be functioning. Setting up this account has proven to be quite challenging. I am unsure if the business account has been successfully created. I am currently facing a difficult time as my husband has recently passed away, and I need to sell the merchandise from his Harley shop, including clothing and parts.

I established a monthly donation to a local charity some time ago. Recently, I received a statement from them indicating a $1.40 deduction labeled as a "PayPal fee." It seems incredibly distasteful for PayPal to subtract a fee from a donation meant for a deserving charity. If I had intended to donate to PayPal, I would have done so initially, rather than shortchanging the charity of my full contribution. This maneuver by PayPal is highly inappropriate and frustrating. Hello, I have some concerns about recent PayPal payments and credits on my account. There seems to be confusion in the transactions. I paid off a debt of [redacted].75 euros yesterday at the bank, which should reflect in my account with the same reference number as posted. Upon checking today, automatic payments from my bank account show duplicates - 93.85 euros paid twice and 42.90 euros paid thrice. The 42.90 euros were refunded to your account on August 26, [redacted], for returned goods. I urge you to cancel the payment request for 60.90 euros since I have already settled this along with the 93.85 euros debt. Please verify these discrepancies and refund the overpaid sum of 93.75 euros and 42.90 euros to my bank account. Kindly rectify my PayPal account balance accordingly. Thank you, T.D. Hello! I am reaching out about PayPal payments. My PayPal account seems to be improperly credited. I settled a debt of [redacted].75 euros at the bank yesterday on September 9, [redacted], with a payment sent with your provided reference number. I have also emailed a payment receipt. This should have zeroed out the balance. Today, there was an automatic payment from my bank account for 93.85 euros and 42.90 euros. The 93.85 euros appears to have been duplicated, and the 42.90 euros tripled. I returned the goods, receiving a credit of 42.90 euros to your account on August 26, [redacted]. Kindly cancel the 60.90 euros payment request, as I already paid a total of [redacted].75 euros at my bank yesterday, with a payment confirmation sent to you. Please review the payments and refund the overpayments back to my bank account, which total 93.75 euros and 42.90 euros. I am experiencing trouble with a buyer who returned an empty envelope instead of the item purchased. Despite refunding the purchase price as instructed by PayPal, the buyer has not returned the actual item and seems to have a history of scamming other eBay users. I am frustrated by the numerous obstacles preventing me from obtaining my refund for returning the wrongly sent item, especially after incurring an additional cost for the return. I suspect that the delay in processing my refund is intentional, hoping I might forget about it over time. However, I assure you that I am remaining patient and persistent in seeking a resolution. Due to hearing impairments, contacting customer service via phone is not an option for me, leaving me reliant on email communication. I have been dealing with Paypal trying to find how to dispute a claim and get my refund from Digital Empire. The item I purchased for $[redacted].91 USD, a solar fan, did not work as described and contacting the seller yielded no response despite their [redacted]% guarantee. I tried to return the items but got no reply. I contacted Paypal on August 23, [redacted]. I have been patient, waiting several months without resolution. On September 11, [redacted], I explained my unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the seller and my eagerness to return the non-functioning products. I recently encountered an issue with my PayPal account linked to my 13-year-old son's account. He accidentally listed his birth year as [redacted], allowing him to sell an item for £[redacted]. When trying to withdraw the funds, PayPal limited the account and requested ID and bank statement photos. I attempted to submit a photoshopped driver's license which was rejected. Dear Sirs, I have been experiencing difficulty reaching UK PayPal for quite some time. I kindly request a direct contact number from Serbia to address my login issue. I initially registered with PayPal while living in the UK many years ago, and have not used the account since around [redacted]. Upon attempting to log in after all these years, I am unable to reset my password due to the inactive cell phone number associated with the account that I used in the UK. I managed to speak with PayPal Customer Service a few months ago to bypass the cell phone number requirement. However, upon submission of my ID/passport photo, it was not accepted since it does not match the document used to register the account, understandably due to the over 10-year gap. I sent a parcel nearly two weeks ago with tracking. The payment is still on hold. I was told the tracking doesn't work, but the recipient says she got it. The buyer needs to declare they received it on PayPal for me to get paid, but they're not cooperating. Royal Mail confirmed it wasn't tracked. I have proof of postage and messages from the buyer. When will my money be released? I've been calling every day to resolve this.

When I opened my account, I accidentally selected a business account option. Everything was going smoothly until I tried to send £10 to a friend, and PayPal flagged it, mentioning something about needing financial experience with a charity. I have no business or charity affiliations. I have contacted them three times, and they assured me it would be resolved within 72 hours, but that was on Monday.
